The check in and front desk was GREAT! The onsite restaurant/bar was exceptional and quite reasonable. The every-other-day housekeeping was…not. I checked in on Friday. I got a ‘short’ towel exchange on Sunday. I called in that and another towel was delivered - but no more wash clothes or bath mat; and they comped a breakfast. Nothing else changed by the time I checked out on Wednesday. True, I could have called down to the desk. But I shouldn’t have had to. The elevators are s-l—o—-w, as in it would be faster to walk - but the stairs down only exited exterior. All in all a good stay. But there is room for improvement. Chase was terrific. Phillip was also good. Mulligans was a true gem.

Can’t beat the convenience of this hotel. Right next to the shopping center, grocery store and restaurants. Friendly and accommodating staff and one of the best hotel gyms. Highly recommend this hotel

The pictures of this hotel look incredibly clean.. What you find there is not what you’e seeing in the reviews. The first room we will put in head mold on the walls and the window windows. The bathroom had other peoples hair on the floor. The second room we will put in head, clearly not swept correctly because there were bands from a child’s braces inside the sofa sleeper on the surrounding floor. The walls must be paperthin because we heard everything that was happening in our neighbors room. There was a refrigerator in microwave, other than that nothing else would allow you to prepare any kind of food. We paid for breakfast yet. We did not see any signs of breakfast nor were we told by staff where to go for the breakfast that we paid for in advance. The pool is incredibly small, the hot tub was not working and was closed, there are no signs anywhere to tell you where the gym is you either have to go and ask or go on a treasure hunt. For a Hilton Hotel I will say I was very disappointed.

I booked a night specifically at this hotel to enjoy the hot tub for a bridal shower weekend and it was closed the entire time we were there. The ice machines were also all not working so having to walk downstairs every time we needed some was a little inconvenient. Other than that the hotel itself was very nice, just disappointed that the hot tub was closed.

The property was nice and the staff was very helpful. Parking is very limited for so many rooms. Also, Expedia claims these are the final charges, but the hotel charges for daily parking.

Great location between Jacksonville Beach and Mickler Beach. Property upkeep is outstanding. Restaurants are around the hotel were good and walkable. Publix and CVS in walking distance. Coffee and water were available in the lobby. My only issue was we were not told parking was going to be $5.00 a day. My husband is a diamond member so the parking would have been free had we booked the hotel stay under his membership and not under my name. However, this was a surprise trip for him, and it would have spoiled the surprise. Tamekka, the front desk representative was not the nicest in explaining anything we asked however, all the other Front desk representatives were very nice and helpful.

The bathtub was rusty, surface worn, did not appear clean. The window blind was rolled up and held in place with large paper clip. Multiple holes in the blind. Front desk did send someone to clean tub when requested but still felt dirty. Hallway carpets worn and dirty.

The property was clean, safe and convenient. It would have been 5 across the board except for the shower drainage was slow and the shower was dirty when we checked in.

My room was dirty, like it had not been vacuumed. There was like styrofoam pieces on the floor. The runners at the bottom of the elevator doors were dirty with pieces of food. And the toilet runs water into the bowl constantly.

Dislike: Room had not been cleaned. Toenails in carpet, hair clumps in bathroom, I was afraid to even look under the bed sheets. Parking charge was unexpected. Like: Management moved me to another room no extra charge.

I’ve stayed here many times. The service is usually very good and the restaurants in the area are excellent. This time the staff was helpful but I found the room to be a bit too worn (window shade has holes and is held by a clip, bathroom has rust spots on fixtures and tub, ac makes hellish noise). The hotel is still a very good choice for the price and area but I hope they consider updating the rooms a bit.

Clean quiet hotel. Good to see Dog friendly. Really well positioned for both Jacksonville and Mid Southern Florida. Amenities were fine but close to some nice eateries and bars too.A must visit is the nearby splendour of the TPC Sawgrass course which was immaculately presented. Nominal parking fee. Room clean modern and spacious definitely stay again. Only real are to improve was noisy Aircon.

My partner wasn't well so when we arrived he just really needed to sleep, the room next to ours had the TV on very loud and we could hear it through the walls after 10pm. In the morning, he was awoken early by a delivery truck again being very loud. The worst part was breakfast. Staff ignored us for 10 minutes as we entered the restaurant and the manager's attitude was awful. She was short with customers, rude, and arrogant. She treated another lady with two small children very poorly and made us feel uncomfortable. She was eating food out the back of the restuarant (we saw her do this) before serving guests. We waited 30 minutes for an omelette and toast with eggs- in the end we walked out. In total, just not the Hilton service we would expect and are normally use to. Very disappointing.

Chase at the front desk, and Rica, at the bar, were great. One point I would make is that the toilets are very low to the floor. They’re more difficult to use than chair height toilets.

The toilet don’t function properly and the manager hung up the phone when we called after two hours waiting on a solution. No change of room was offered and they threatened to kick us out. Keeping in mind we had two rooms on New Year’s Eve. We won’t be back at that hotel. Terrible customer service and non functioning toilet.

They couldn’t get my key card to work three different trips down the elevator. I was assigned another room, the key still didn’t work. Finally the manager came up and opened a 3rd room that I stayed in. The next day the key worked but my room wasn’t cleaned or stocked. When I went to get towels and coffee, the desk person acted like I was inconveniencing her.

This was my first stay at this property in this area around Jacksonville, Fl. I enjoyed the stay from start to finish. The well trained front desk staff Rikki took care of me and my guest during the entire stay. She is provides outstanding service and understands what a hotel guest needs. This particular hotel has all the amenities with larger rooms, pool and hot tub, easy parking, and a good connection to local retail areas for dining and shopping that are very attractive to guests. I will be back for another stay. I was completely satisfied.

Irish pub attached to hotel which has breakfast at a fee. Some dining option around the hotel, but not major food chains. Publix and CVS within a couple minute walk of hotel. If you're into golf, the hotel is located right next to where The Players Club Championship (TPC) is played, but note that the front desk person said it's booked at least a year in advance for the event.

Beautiful Inn situated on the end of a super nice shopping and restaurant town square. Great spot to stay if golfing at TPC Sawgrass as it right in front of the entrance. Room was nice with a brand new outstanding TV. More water pressure in the bathroom would be nice, but not at all a let down.

Hilton Garden Inn in Ponte Vedra Beach is an excellent hotel for the price! The standard rooms are huge and very clean! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Having the great bar/restaurant “Mulligan’s Pub” is an added bonus. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great hotel - very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay that is close to the Ponte Vedra Music Hall. Stayed to attend a concert and liked how close it was. Only negative was, wish they included breakfast in the rate.
