PRoperty is being upgraded and has been for some time now. So far the upgrades have been good except for poor floor tile installation. Looks like someone that was blind installed and grouted the tile.

Book with low expectations. When we arrived there is construction. We got our room on the first floor. The room was clean however the bed is very high and the toilet sits very low. The toilet paper is very far away because the toilet is too close to the shower. Very odd because the door gets in your way when you are going to the bathroom. Also, the chaise lounge is very low to the ground. We were here for 7 nights. On the first day no one came and replaced the towels. When we asked we were told they must have missed us. On the 3rd day we were gone since 6 am and when we returned at 5, no service. They sent someone down and got it done only after I insisted. On the 4 th day they did the towels but didn't give us toilet paper or Kleenex. Finally on the 5th day they changed our sheets after we had asked daily since there were stains on the sheets. But not once did they vacuum or mop the floor. With the construction, you track in a lot of dirt. This should be done daily. The breakfast was good and liked that each day they had different items. The front desk were nice and greeted us.

Upon arrival, the elevators were down. Wifi did not work. Phones to call lobby said number was disconnected or not in service. Front desk gave a number to assist with the wifi, but when you call it just guves a busy tone. The breakfast buffet, pancake machine wouldnt work. Buscuits looked like they had been sitting there for hours. Had to scrape thr pan for the sausage gravy. No cinnamon rolls. The dinning room attendant was out side smoking cigarettes.

This is our first time staying here. We will definitely be back. Our experience was wonderful. All employees were kind and helpful. Hotel is clean and in great shape. Our girls love the breakfast and the pool. We had to 2 room suite that was very spacious and had everything we needed.

Decent place with great staff and accomadations. The room had mildewy musky smell like an old shoe but the odor cycled out after i left the air running for a bit. No exhuast in bathroom. Found a small beetle alive in the bathroom, but it's Florida. Fair for the price.

Property was fine and the staff was friendly. The only problem was they checked us into a dirty room. We left our bags in the room and told cleaners the room was still not changed out. We came back 5 hours later to dirty room. They apologized and gave us a clean room

My second visit at this hotel. I’m not sure why for the second time our first room was a handicap room. I didn’t ask for it and I don’t want it. I went back to the front desk, and the girl was so helpful. She said that I had booked through a third-party. Anyway, she quickly remedied the situation. The next room, and she was an absolute pleasure. We love this hotel, they’re very friendly, clean, and always willing to accommodate. We definitely will be back. On a sidenote, the breakfast included is always wonderful. Lots and lots to choose from. Keep up the good work.

Front desk person lied about vacancy tonight when I called directly to the hotel. She stated we have ‘No vacancies’ I’m tired just trying to find a place to sleep so I don’t get in an accident, I pull over and book the ‘non-vacant’ room online and let’s just say there was plenty of vacancy on your web site. When I get to the hotel I introduced myself as the gentleman who you just said 15 minutes ago ‘No vacancy’, her pathetic response was ‘we are short on heated rooms’ while checking in a nice couple are coming in from the pool! I like Holiday Inn express due to the ING points but please instruct the staff just apologize instead of desperately looking for a pathetic excuse!👎😒

Staff not answering the phone several times while I was trying to locate the hotel. Had to stop and ask at stranger where hotel was located. Checkout person had difficulty in printing out a receipt. Said she was new, and she would email me one, but that never happened. I will can the hotel tomorrow and have them email me one if they can.

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff at front desk was welcoming. The sweet, joyful lady for the breakfast area just made us smile chatting with her. She ended the convo with "I love my job!" Breakfast was amazing with cheese omelet, biscuits w/gravy, pancakes, sausage, etc, then quick cereal & muffins too. Hotel was 10min from Sebring Circle. Other shopping & dining options were 10min awqy in opposite direction. We would definitely stay again!
