You get what you pay for! Although it was pretty clean, the tv only had 5 channels, the pool was down and outside there were cigarettes butts every where. There was also trash laying around the property. Breakfast was pretty terrible. No fruit or yogurt, just nasty eggs and sausage and waffle maker.

My main want for the room in the weekend was for the pool when I booked the room the pool was being pitched to me as a closing point even bragging we got u a room rite by the pool only to find a pad lock on the gate closes and the pool green there was no kitchen or bar like I was told idk the room was fine just nothing promised was available

You get what you pay for. About the only two things I liked were that I was able to get a quiet night sleep and the "hot", although skimp, breakfast. The room, which was a hodgepodge of one and a half regular rooms, smelled dirty, the security latch was broken in the main entey door, the bath sink faucet was loose and the floor needed a major sweeping.. The grounds were unkempt, the pool was out of service, and the parking lot lighting was dim and limited.

If all you want to do is sleep this hotel is ok. Just a word of warning though you may end up high. There are adjoining rooms and people have no problem smoking pot in their rooms. The pool was out of order. Ice machine broke on one side of the building so I had to walk all the way over to the other side. At 7:30 in the morning went to get breakfast and there was hardly anything there. Plus there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom and hotel room. Only good thing was the air conditioning in the room worked great.

The laundry facilities were subpar. One dryer had 6 quarters stuck in the coin slot. The other dryer worked well. The washers were very small and extremely dirty, mostly inside. There wasn't much room in the laundry facility, which was upstairs and at the back of the property. TV channels were not very good, not many accessible, and no channel guide available. The main areas of the hotel were clean with nice plants and a welcoming breakfast and sitting area. The price for the room was great. I always stay at this hotel when visiting my mother.

This is our third stay at your facility. I was told it was under new management & changes had been made. It took over 30 min to check in even thought I was the only one doing so. the pot holes are still in the parking lot & driveway, only larger this year. Our room's #133 door had to be forced open & closed. There were 2 chairs in the room, each had one broken arm. The sink was very slow to drain. General of the room's appearance was OK all thought the dresser was in need of painting. The bed was very noisey on entering. There was only one ice machine working in the complex, the other was turned off. The morning we checked out both pots of coffee were cold. There was no mix to make waffles with

Floors felt sticky and there was mold on the roof. The bed sagged really bad in the middle and felt like I was being folded in half. Check out is 11am but I was sleeping at 8:20am and the staff just opened the door and walked in. No apologies or anything. They did it again at 9:30am while I was getting dressed. No knock or announcement. When I said something she said the room says vacant however, they should have known it wasn’t vacant when they barged in at 8:20am

Good value for the money. We did not pay a lot to stay here. The floors in our room were very dirty and we couldn't take our shoes off because of it. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was okay for that sort of food. No complaints. Took a look at the pool and it looks pretty dirty. I'm guessing not a lot of people using the pool this time of the year. A lot of the place is dated in It's Beginning to show. But you can't have it both ways. You can't expect having affordable price and have everything brand new either. Front desk people were very nice and the housekeeper I interacted with was helpful. I would stay here again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and how clean the room was. The room had a refrigerator which was cold, a coffee maker, and a microwave. It was a very basic room that was very clean. I did not go in the pool but I went to the pool to check it out and it is a large pool area and the pool looked beautiful. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, bread, juice, coffee and a few other things. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

The best thing I can say about it was the bed was clean and comfortable. The pillows were comfortable.There wasn't enough lighting with one bulb missing from one nightstand. The microwave was wobbly due to a support leg missing from the bottom of it. I saw a roach on the wall. The complimentary breakfast was very limited with items compared with other hotels I've stayed at and I had to ask for missing items. The bottom of the pool was black with dirt so I never was able to take advantage of the pool. The TV only had two clear channels the rest were fuzzy. I would never return to this motel again. Illleft.lccomplastw.itiows were comfortable.

I am guessing the photos on their web site are VERY OLD! perhaps soon after the place was built, this place is far from what they show in the photos! The entry door to our room (108) was not secure, no strike plate to catch the latch or deadbolt. They installed a shed door latch as a lock! The floor was flithy and sticky, we used a towel to clean the floor. I informed the lady at the front desk PRIOR to checking in that we were only going to need the room for two night instead of the 3 nights we originally booked, yet was still charged for 3 night and told to "take it up with Expedia " I Would recommend Running away fast to somewhere else as to booking a room here.

Very clean hotel, overall including bathroom & hotel room itself. Feels safe place with plenty of security cameras. Front desk staff when I checked in 7 pm & checked out 7:30 am were very friendly, efficient and pleasant. Light breakfast was sufficient for me. Highly recommend, for the value or cost of stay also.

Upon arrival I walked into a dark room that just felt off, looked like a worn down version of the pictures on the site. I went out to dinner, came back and upon inspection I found they were bed bugs and a roach. I immediately took the keys and went back to the front desk to check out. Management was cordial about it but refused a refund, so lesson learned. Couldn't recommend this place less and if you do book it, make sure you book it as refundable in case you run into the same issues I encountered.

You could hear people talking through the walls. The grass was so high I had to take my dog to the hospital property that was behind the motel to go potty. Really needs a update. We didn't use the pool too hot outside.

First the electronic key would not work. Had to go a new one, that didnt work either, but after about 5 minutes finally got it to work. 2nd, lights would not come on, again, had to play around with them to get to work. 3rd, no TV channels although Direct TV logo kept showing up, could only get 2 stations. 4th bed caved in the center when my spouse laid down. Once that happened, we packed our belongings back up and promptly checked out. Lady at the desk did not seem to care one way or the other that we were leaving. I always try to stay at local places when I travel. In the future, I will stay to the main hotel chains.

Not wanting to totally trash the hotel. The lobby of the hotel was very nice. The first room that we were given was not the room we paid for, so we had to move. The room that we got I really liked. It. Had a separate bedroom made it very nice. The room was very clean which I give a lot of credit for. The problem started with no internet. I had trouble picking up the hotel signal all together and then when I picked it up it was too weak. The TV was basically non-existent and we had two TVs. Out of 30 channels only three worked. None of the pictures were clear. So we had no TV. When I pay for internet and a TV I expect to have it. The bed was comfortable. The remote control in the bedroom had no back to it. The lighting was absolutely horrible. In the main room there was one light by the front window and that was it. It was a big room. The sofa the cushions were sagging into the sofa. So it was not comfortable to sit on. The room. Setup was very nice as far as tables and chairs. Next time I'm in Sebring I will stay somewhere else. If it was the last choice I would stay there again.

The walls inside the room are horrible. The furniture is somewhat updated but the walls are horrendous and the mattress is so old. Gross. The sheets were clean. But it’s like they tried to update the furniture but left other parts of the rooms old, if that makes sense. The worst part is the bed and the walls.

It’s not a Hilton for sure. Incident: our door somehow jammed the inside lock and we couldn’t get in. Went to counter- lady said maintenance will be here in 10 min. Sat in the lobby and said they opened the door for you already. We ran to ourroomn yes it was wide open with no one around. I told the lady how irresponsible are you to not have them there and open it in front of us, let alone open the door and leave the door wide open.

The hotel is very dirty and outdated. And it also smell funny too. It's definitely what is not advertised on the Internet. I do not recommend this hotel. The front desk girl Maria was very helpful with my refund. Which took a long time to accomplished because their phones don't work on. Expedia was unable to get in contact with them to cancel my reservation. The representative had to email Maria at the front desk in order for her to be able to cancel my reservations and give me my money back. There was nothing about this hotel that is acceptable. The first room we were in had a poorly overlay put into tub which moved and popped. We moved to the 2nd floor to another room. The phone didnt work. The deadbolt didnt work. The sinck had a crack all the way across it. Our cards has to be redone once for first room and 3 times for 2nd room. No apologies for anything that was wrong. Nobody knew how to get ahold of the manager. Didn't feel safe there nor clean. Beds were terrible. Nothing like any of the photos on the website.

The room was decent, the location was quiet. The problem is that we were locked out of our room last Saturday so we went to the front desk. We told them the problem, they did not ask if we were guests, did not ask our name, and then procedded to activate a key for our room. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is friendly. We were not able to check in until 8:00 p.m. when check in is at 4:00 p.m. and the staff worked with me and were extremely nice. The rooms are clean, the beds were comfortable and the pillows are comfortable as well!

The hotel has no curbside appeal and appears very old. However, we were pleasantly surprised how clean and kept the room was. The morning breakfast was okay…nothing spectacular… but we still ate it! The employees (Eesha, Maria, and Jose) were extremely professional and courteous. For the price and location… we will definitely stay here again.

The first night the receptionist was very kind and informative. The second night it unfortunately wasn't the same experience but they did get the job done. We had a few issues with the keys but were able to get in after the 3rd switch. The hotel is located on a main road which was very convenient

You get what you pay for! Although it was pretty clean, the tv only had 5 channels, the pool was down and outside there were cigarettes butts every where. There was also trash laying around the property. Breakfast was pretty terrible. No fruit or yogurt, just nasty eggs and sausage and waffle maker.

If all you want to do is sleep this hotel is ok. Just a word of warning though you may end up high. There are adjoining rooms and people have no problem smoking pot in their rooms. The pool was out of order. Ice machine broke on one side of the building so I had to walk all the way over to the other side. At 7:30 in the morning went to get breakfast and there was hardly anything there. Plus there was a funny smell coming from the bathroom and hotel room. Only good thing was the air conditioning in the room worked great.

The parking lot area was iffy a lot of cigarette butts. The pool area should be cleaned up a little bit more. Cool water looked good was nice soon warm, but yet refreshing. Which is good to find in july. Someone needs to attend to the breakfast bar better. There was no coffee made.There was no butter out for the waffles... I had to ask for all of that.

Our bathroom had a sewage smell. At breakfast, we were there at 8:45am, there was no food. None of the service people seemed to care or apologized. The dining area was filthy and no one cleaned up. Very disappointed

Had a problem with the key card of the room. Everyday the key desensitized and had to go to the front office for them to fix the issue! Very annoying! Other than that, I had a good stay!
