I have stayed here twice this month ..a couple of weeks apart. I do not understand why there has been no effort to fix the ceiling tiles in the lounge area, and no effort to repair the breakfast area. Last time I stayed i booked two rooms and did not get my deposit back My youngest son got married and i had other relatives stay. This location is convenient to visit my son and i would return in a couple of months but not when i feel.like the hotel is pocketing a deposit for no reason given. There are other hotels nearby. The rooms were comfy and clean ..there should be a better policy for returning a deposit.

The hotel has an issue with their ceiling when you walked into the lobby and it was all falling down with big black buckets and mold everywhere and it was right by the breakfast foods. In addition room service was very lacking and had to keep asking for towels. The beds could definitely be replaced as well. The pool was absolutely disgusting. It was slimy and full of leaves we actually checked out a day early because of the hotel issues

The staff is extremely friendly and we found the room comfortable. I should only mention that the ceiling in the breakfast area was completely destroyed, I think due to a broken pipe, and was full of moisture. Something totally unhealthy. I hope they solve this problem soon so that the quality-price ratio is appropriate.

Hotel itself is a good overnighter overall! Pools nice! I know they’re remodeling the place soo there’s some minor imperfections but nothing that’ll be too disruptive nor concerning . My only complaint was there were no cinnamon buns in the morning because of the remodeling which was heartbreaking to me but understandable at the same time! I just wish I knew that sooner prior to booking was all..

It started off on the wrong foot when I wasn't told until I checked in that they're nice, hot breakfast was not being served during my stay. There was some renovation in the kitchen area and we settled for basically a continental breakfast and microwaveable sandwich. That was disappointing. Gross everything else was nice, Modern rooms, nice pool area. But I did not appreciate when a housekeeper walked in on me without knocking or announcing yourself. Luckily I was clothed and just watching TV

It is great that the property is improving their building, during check in the workers were playing very loud music and the young man behind the counter was soft spoken and it was difficult to hear. The staff was great and everything went fine but the music was a bit overbearing.

Perfectly as hoped and described. Very convenient location as close to 2 major roads. Rooms are quiet and a decent size with food shower. There is a smallish pool with loungers which was very welcome and all in all excellent value. The free breakfast is a nice touch and has some reasonable choices of branded items. We used it every day of our 10 days and it was clean and adequate and appreciated.

Loved the layout, the comfy beds, the FOOD! Great location, could walk to two different restaurants. Did not like the lighting in the bathroom, the landscaping was bad, and the elevator floor stayed dirty the whole weekend

The hotel wasn’t terrible but I believe they’re undergoing renovations which was not shared before booking. The condition of the room was okay but veryyyyy humid our clothes, carpet and bed were very damp and had a little odor. The condition of the hotel wasn’t the best there were blocked off areas in the lobby, hot breakfast was not available (but they did accommodate the guests by supplying some quick grab breakfast which was appreciated), but I feel the condition of the hotel should have been communicated especially when guests are paying over $100/night to stay there.

The room was clean but very dark paint. Staff friendly. We booked a KING room but were told when we got there all they had was a queen bed. There was no price adjustment i guess due to being booked through Expedia. We will book directly through hotel from now on.

The hotel was clean and a good location. Big shout out to the breakfast lady and the gentleman who was at the front desk this morning. We had an early flight from Orlando and I’d told her we wouldn’t be there for breakfast today. She asked what time we had to leave and she, and front desk guy hustled to make sure we didn’t leave on an empty stomach. Housekeeping all greeted each morning. If I have one complaint, it’s the ac units in the bedroom. Was quite loud (though happy to have it on a weekend when temps were mid 80s) Well done to all the staff!

Due to lack of staffing, I did not receive cleaning service. I had to leave my trash cans in the hallway in order for them to be dumped. I’m quite sure a manager knows how to bring up clean towels and wash clothes and make a bed. I asked for a late check out in order for my son to take a shower after his baseball game. I was told 1:00 wasn’t doable but 12:30 was. His game was over at 12. I saw the list of check out rooms. My room just could have been cleaned after the other rooms in the list. Staff was nice. Bed was very comfortable.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Vero Beach for 2 nights, Dec.13,14 for The Holiday Bazaar at The Vero Beach Outlets. Great stay! Easy, quick check in, room was large and beds comfy. Breakfast was very nice. Steak and Shake and Cracker Barrel flank this hotel on either side, so quite convenient. Outlet mall right next door. Right off 60 and I-95. Enjoyed the stay here!

No lighting in the bathroom! The only light in the bathroom was an ambient light behind the mirror. There were people smoking marijuana by the pool, the pancake machine was not working and the biscuits were not fully cooked. Morning front desk staff seemed very annoyed to be there much less being asked to do anything including checking us out. We will not stay there again.

The male at the front desk that checked me in is not very friendly at all !! But the rest of the staff is great. This place is cold clean and quiet!! The breakfast could use some fresh food. We were there Monday thru Thursday and all bagels and bread was hard as a rock… bananas were not fresh cereal is on the stale side… biscuits were hard all 4 days… but all in all they do try… And I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place…
