Absolutely exceptional location, watched the sunrise each morning from our balcony. Bed was comfortable, plenty of good pillows. AC worked great. Very clean, responsive and friendly staff. Easy access to the beach, 3rd party will rent you 2 lounge chairs, an umbrella and table for a reasonable price. Nice sized pool. Connected to a fun island style restaurant. We love Vero, and will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Weather was perfect for our 3 night vacation. The view from our balcony was spectacular!. Mulligans next store was convenient for any meals or drinks. Great pool area too. Close to everything.

Front desk staff was amazing considering how busy it was. We had an issue with our keys, but the got us new keys quickly. Nice beach area and pool. Parking is tight but the watch to make sure only hotel guests park there.

Being located at the beach was a huge plus! The pool was clean and warm. Nightly live entertainment at onsite restaurant, Mulligans, another nice experience. Overall completely satisfied with our stay.

A great beach front hotel. Nice clean pool with a small workout area. Very walkable with restaurants and bars. The staff here was outstanding. Treated us like we were the only ones here. Mulligans restaurant and bar is right next door. Don't get fooled, much better places just a short walk away.

We arrived less than a week after Hurricane Milton that caused at least 3 tornados in Vero Beach. They had internet and elevator issues but electricity was on, staff were amazingly helpful and the pool was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable, Right on the Ocean, nice restaurants and bars right there! Staff was accommodating and friendly. Pool was fantastic! Excellent stay, and even though there were ritzier places to stay, never felt we missed a thing in our stay. Wonderful stay! Would be back without a doubt!

The tile on the floor in the shower was disgusting. Pink and black mildew in and on the cracks of the tile. The receptionist that night was rude, impatient and lacked empathy and seemed angered by our issue. We showered with a towel on the floor in the shower. This was sad considering I spent nearly $300 for one night on my honeymoon. I was desperate to leave the premises in the morning.

The beach view is absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s location deserves a full 5/5. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathtub was heavily stained and the drain was not working properly. Walking around the room with socks quickly made them dirty, which showed how unclean the carpet was as well. Overall, while the location is outstanding, the lack of cleanliness really took away from the experience.

The location is perfect to walk around downtown Vero Beach! On site parking and Mulligans restaurant is attached. The pool is QUITE LARGE 8.5 feet deep but not heated enough. It was 70 degrees (Feb2nd) beautiful 85 degree weather and a nice breeze but the pool water was too cold. No guests were in the pool. Ocean front hotel. No the negatives. The toilet had urine from the last guests all on the base of the toilet and in the caps that hold the seat on. The rug was dark, old and dirty. No night lite in the bathrooms. At night you are blinded when yo turn on the light. There was a curtain panel missing from the window drapes. We had to pull the curtains together so that others couldnt see in the room. It was a room darkening panel that was missing. The girl that cleaned our room (127) left us with 1/2 roll of toilet paper, our hand soap was gone and so we had to call the office along with a roll of toilet paper sent to our room. The tub as not cleaned or rinsed and left just as it was when we went out to shop. Hair on the bathroom floor. If I sound critical it’s because I did that job in high school during summers. We had a manger that checked every room before we could end our shift. The beds were hard and no extra blanket in the room.other than that it was a great trip.

Stay was OK. Cleaning service left our door open and unlatched after cleaning the room, we were gone all day. No idea how long it was open for. On day of checkout, I was checking everything to make sure we didnt miss anything and was shocked to see this guy, a 1+" Cockroach in the bathroom area. Took a photo, went to front desk and they laughed it off. Not an inexpensive place to stay either.

I hate to write such a terrible review because the staff were very nice and accommodating however, the cleanliness of the hotel was NOT good. Visually it looks clean but you can smell the humidity and mold all over the hotel and in the adjoining restaurant. The room smelled wet and moldy. They attempted to update the rooms to look more modern, but I cant imagine what’s behind the walls and under the beds and in the ceiling. They need to fix this issue and update those A/C units.

I booked the city view room, it was absolutely a motel type room and the whole “city view” part of the hotel is a motel type, do not expect anything better despite the pictures. It has very loud air conditioner, a noise from the street road as well. The beach is excellent, the restaurant has live music at night.

The oceanfront hotel room was spacious and clean. The room has modern decor with faux wood flooring. The closet and bathroom were very suitable and typical of current hotels. The entrance to the rooms is an open walkway, and there was an elevator if needed. The restaurant on site offered indoor and outdoor seating and was a great breakfast spot and the bar had plenty of TVs for football watching.

I have stayed at multiple hotels along the beach in Vero Beach, Florida, and this hotel has one of the best locations, but it is one of the most rundown. It needs updating and needs a total facelift, and then until the property invest money in the rooms and grounds, it will just be like a motel six on the beach. Honest review, not dirty, but not in line with very expensive for oceanfront rooms close by.

The reviews led us astray. The rooms look nothing like the advertised pictures. Our room was not ready at 4 when we were told it was “guaranteed” by 4 and we had to wait 45 mins. The bed was not a queen as advertised, but a double. There was a dead baby roach and the amount of dust was disgusting. They overcharged me and processed a payment for $1026 when my balance was $628, so now I have to wait and see if it “fixes” and if not, call back. The location to the beach was great.

I booked two rooms for 3 nights at the beach after spending time at Disney. My sister also booked a room. The first thing I noticed was that one room was considerably nicer for the same price. The shower in my rooms were very dated, poor water pressure, could not find a happy medium water temperature, and generally kind of gross. The beds seemed very worn but rooms were otherwise clean. Our second day there a toilet backed up all over one of our rooms. The lady working the desk was unapologetic but did switch out the rooms. This left our party separated on different floors, which was not ideal. When asked if there was any way we could at least be on the same floor, the lady reiterated multiple times that it was my lucky day that she even had a room for us. You know, the room I reserved and paid for? The room we moved to was smaller and only had one king versus the two doubles of the orher room. The shower was pretty gross in there as well, but had decent pressure. We enjoyed the area- very quiet, walkable, with great dining options. But ultimately we checked out a night early and lost our money because of the room situation.

I was right on the beach, visible from my room. Cindy at the front desk was amazingly friendly and accommodating! I will say, I stayed an extra 2 days and got a better price directly thru the hotel. They staff stays on top of cleaning rooms and providing clean towels.1 setback, the parking area is very dark.

Perfect location within the community. Beach access was perfect, but guests should have been notified when reserving that the biggest and loudest beach event in the community was to take place that weekend RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR ROOM!! Front desk staff was exceptional. Room was clean, albeit a typical beachfront room with lots of sand and dampness. Housekeeping failed to replace all towels and bathroom supplies, but front desk was very helpful in supplying us with missing items. A bit pricey for the level of accommodations.

We just returned from a 4 night stay in this hotel. It is a previous holiday inn. No fridge, no microwave, but what it lacks in the room, it makes up for in comfort and location. First, you are right on the beach, making early morning walks and late night strolls effortless. The staff is AMAZING! Ready to help any way possible. The pool and grounds are really clean and well cared for. The beds are super comfy and we only had one night where noise was an issue, other than that, it was quiet. Lots of families with small children taking advantage of the proximity to the beach. Mulligan's is right there, attached and offers a great "tiki hut" experience. I would absolutely go back.

Ocean Breeze Inn was a wonderful place to stay in Vero Beach, right on the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. The room was quiet and clean. The beach right in front of the hotel was lovely. The pool was warm & clean. We were there for two nights, originally with a pool view room, but once we saw the ocean view we asked on the second night if it would be possible to upgrade to an ocean view room and they were able to accommodate us. All I can say is, pay for the upgrade - you won't regret it! The view was fantastic, the room was newly renovated, and the sound of the waves at night was relaxing. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Not a bad place, but definitely only 3 star. The friendliness of the staff made up for some issues. Water had to be turned off for some reason, so ran ugly brown/red color for a bit. AC leaked in the room a little. Pool area is nice and drinks and apps are good at Mulligans, which is attached to the hotel.

The ocean view room was wonderful with sounds of the ocean filling our room. Nice view of the sunrise from our balcony. The hotel is dated so if you are expecting a well-appointed room you will be disappointed. I am not sure if the attached restaurant, Mulligan's, is part of the hotel but it is way over-priced. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Grounds were clean. Note that beach chairs and umbrellas cost $15.00/day.

The Mulligan’s Restaurant had a foul smell throughout the dining area. The bar area was completely wet with no effort to mop things up. The bathroom floor was likewise completely wet. There had been some rain earlier, but no one was mopping anything. After we placed our drink and food order (together as it was late -about 8 PM) no drinks had appeared although my husband had received his soup for quite a while. It would be better with beer he said, so I went looking for our waitress who could not be found. I went up to the bar and there the drinks sat so I took them. Not a good experience.

This hotel has a pool and is next door to Mulligans. Easy to grab breakfast a cocktail,or casual lunch/dinner. Across the parking lot us the Ocean Grill. Traditional,upscale seafood.Both places are family favorites. The hotel has reasonably sized rooms. We took an ocean front suite and it was perfect. Not as lux as Hloria Estafans places a few doors down. But comfortable better priced and direct access to the ocean .

I have family in the area and I and my immediate family visit every so often. We booked this hotel online. The pictures and reviews online were deceiving. Loved the beach access and how close the hotel is to the beach but the rooms were really small and our room was not cleaned very well at all. No microwave. They do not serve any continental type breakfast at all. You have to either pay for the breakfast at the restaurant which is pricey, or walk, or drive to get breakfast. The pool was very nice. The local shops were very pricey. Again nice beach but other than that we wont be staying there again.
