Front staff was great

Overall a great stay. The room was great. On site gym was a little sparse for my taste, but we made it work. Was disappointed that breakfast was an 11.99 buffet. I'm from the area and there are better options nearby.

shower pressure is horrible and it takes 10 minutes for the water to get hot. there was only 1 working elevator. elevator companies have 24 hour service and they should have been called to get someone there ASAP as there were a crap tin of people in town for a wrestling tournament that spanned 3 days. there was no note on the broken elevator and the door to the stairs was locked so you couldn’t even use them. we left our scale in the room and went back for it and it surprisingly was not in lost and found which means a staff member took it. i suppose they needed it that bad to steal it. the front desk staff was very nice the whole time even when the drunk adults were yelling and screaming in the lobby.

I was a contact with the hotel to let them Know we are going to be late because we went to Sun &fun and end late. When we go the hotel they charge $255 Like the reservation but they gave us the room for people disability . Was terrible I felt sorry and thank God we do t have any phisical problem. We call to exchange the room and was no more room . I hear the hotel keep the good rooms for the reservation directly to the hotel. Too expensive for that room. I will no go back there . But the Women’s at the breakfast are great !
