This hotel was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. I loved that each bed had lots of pillows! The staff was friendly. The gym was adequate for what I needed with 2 Peleton bikes and dumbells from 5 - 50lbs.

From arrival, the staff were excellent. We all felt very welcome. The pool area and play area were just what we needed for a one-day stay. Breakfast was great, and the food area was kept clean and nice. And the location is very close to Legoland, so it's a hit for all.

We did a quick trip to take our son to Legoland so did not want to pay $$ for a rental home like we normally do. This was basically around the corner so location was ideal. Walking distance for a few restaurants, room was clean, check in easy, breakfast was good, pool was clean, liked that there was an area with a few games like cornhole. Would recommend.

This was very conveniently located to Lego Land. The property looks newer. My gripe is that our bathroom was not clean (toilet) and the toilet was not sealed to the floor and dabbled. You could tell where they attempted at fixing it and failed. The breakfast was good as were all other things. However, after seeing the bathroom it made me very cautious of everything else. Is something so obvious is t taken care of, how are the things that aren’t so obvious taken care of?

Love that the rooms weren’t all carpet. Only had carpet under the beds so worked well for us with allergies. Room could have been a bit cleaner. I recommend cleaning walls and all tables, dressers and nightstands. Could see a lot of visible dirt and stains, especially on walls. Would stay there again but will probably bring my own cleaning products.

9ur room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The breakfast was nore than you typically expect for a continental breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pancake making machine. They also had eggs and biscuits & gravy. I think it sources well water so if that is a problem then I suggest you get some bottled water. The AC is controlled by the wall thermostat. Wifi was reliable and connected quickly. Staff was nice and professional.

We stayed here recently with our family of seven, and I was very impressed. And I am difficult to impress. lol. This place is brand new. Everything is spotless, well decorated, and well appointed. The room was massive - plenty of room for us and our five kids. Two beds and a pullout couch. Spacious bathroom. Really nice lighting options all over the room, which I appreciated. Two tvs. Comfy beds and pillows. There were only three towels and no bath mat in the room when we arrived, but I called to the front desk and they brought them up lickety split. The free breakfast was delicious and fresh, with hot options like eggs, sausage, pancakes, and potatoes. Nice coffee too. And I’m super picky about my coffee. The staff was helpful, attentive, and warm towards us. And we don’t always get that reception with five kids in tow. :) We were in town for a day trip to Legoland, and it was nearly right across the street. Near some large chain restaurants too for convenience. Spent the next day at Bok Tower gardens, which the kids LOVED.

The easy check in. The rooms were clean and smelled nice and fresh. Loved that we had a microwave as well as a mini fridge. Plenty of parking. The only negative was that we were on the same floor as a group of cheerleader and they were loud, running back and forth, no parents at sight and doors slamming.

Room was big and spacious… very comfortable beds. Staff was great—everyone was friendly and saying hello. Check in was quick and transaction done effortless. Great place to stay for the weekend for the family. Hotel is close to many restaurants as well. Great location.

Clean, updated and nicely designed property and rooms. Breakfast was good with a variety of options (eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, bagels, cereal, oatmeal etc.) The only drawback was there does not seem to be enough soundproofing because we could hear everything; doors being slammed shut, people talking, running above us. We did not have a restful sleep because of this.

Everything was pretty good overall, except for when we left a set of airbuds in the room. The front desk Lady called us and said they have them. However, they would not give them to us because they did not connect to the phone automatically. So they are keeping them and donating them. Which is ridiculous, considering they called us saying we forgot them in the room! She had a terrible attitude!

Three nights in a row we have had to call downstairs due to noise control. Last night it was 11:30 PM and shoulder were running up and down the hall on the fourth floor. Staff does little to control the unmanageable guests.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. My children loved the outside patio and rec activities they had. They enjoyed the different options for breakfast and they especially liked the look and feel of the hotel. My two boys told the receptionist on their way out they plan to come back. My husband and I liked that we could walk to Legoland versus paying the extra money for parking. The staff at the hotel were friendly and kind. The ladies who did the breakfast were helpful in refilling anything needed without being asked. Management also greeted us and asked about our stay and what we needed. There are lots of restaurants and fast food restaurants you can walk too as well. Overall such a great experience for our family. My boys have requested we stay at Best Westerns moving forward. Thank you for a great time!

New place everything was really good. Only thing is they charge $30 if you want in 1-2 hrs early even if the room is ready. That's not right no one does that. I left at 8 am. Before 11am. Do I get money back. No.

Inconsiderate place, booked for 4 nights. We didn’t show up on the first day as my cousin pick us up to stay in their place and we forgot to inform them. The next day I called, they cancelled my booking for no show and my 4 days was forfeited. No consideration at all. Worst customer service!

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is located in a convenient place for Legoland it’s close enough to walk or drive. The continental breakfast was a great start for each day, and the gym facility was very nice and had updated equipment, with a nice view of the pool. The only downside was that the hotel electronic system was down during check in however that didn’t affect the timeliness or courtesy during check in.

The hotel is walkable distance from Legoland so we saved money on park parking. Close restaurants and food options. The breakfast that was included had multiple options. The only complaint would be not enough water pressure in the shower, but everything else was perfect.

Hotel is located just 2 minutes driving from Legoland. Publix a few blocks away and Starbucks just in front of the property. Many restaurants are located within 10 minutes driving. The rooms are spacious and have microwave. Breakfast was ok.

If you are heading to Legoland is a perfect place to stay, is walking distance from the entrance and many dining options. They can improve a little the breakfast in adding ham or more sausages. The 2 days of my stay they were out of sausages very early in the serving and I was there at 8:30am.

Hotel was very clean and new. The room was very large and spotless beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable, coffee in the room with a Keurig and refrigerator. The weird thing was they did not have a rollaway bed which we requested for an unexpected but welcomed guest. Breakfast was average at best. Cold potatoes precooked eggs, room temperature lunch meat in place of the standard bacon, Canadian bacon or sausage. The pancakes we're good and saved the day.

Seems like a newer property and found it to be super clean, staff were great, and the location is wonderful. Only demerit we would give is for the quality of the food on the breakfast buffet. It was truly awful. The buffet itself was the cleanest we've encountered in years, but unfortunately, the food was barely edible.
