The hotel was clean. The in-door pool was definitely what brought us to the hotel for our children. However, we were disappointed that there wasn't free coffee, tea, or hot chocolate available in the lobby for guests. This was the case in the two other hotels we stayed in while we traveled on this vacation (one hotel which was cheaper to stay the night in and one which was more expensive). Also, there wasn't a free breakfast included, which, for the price of the hotel, we thought should have been. You could only purchase breakfast in the hotel dining area. Coffee was available in the room, but only dark roast and one type of tea.

This is undoubtedly the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. All the staff have that southern charm. I was particularly impressed with the kindness and hospitality of Brenda at the bistro. The breakfast there is excellent by the way. This will be my go to place whenever I am in Dalton. The only downside is that there is not much around the hotel, but it is very close to, and within easy walking distance of, Dalton State College.

This property is located right off the interstate. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were two luggage carts available, which made unloading and loading easy. The opening and closing of the window shades were old school, which wasn't a problem. Breakfast was available but for an additional charge. The state of Georgia now imposes a $5 administrative fee on hotel stays, according to the staff member at check-in. We enjoyed our one-night stay at this property and would recommend it.

The hotel was ok. Only problem was my room had an overwhelming mold/mildew smell. Luckly i had my portable air purifier qith me so the room was bearable. Other than this the room was clean and comfortable. I probably would not stay here again there is a Hilton Garden Inn next door and a Fairfield across the street.

Everything was great except the bed was not comfortable. The room was EXTREMELY clean and very well appointed, and the staff was great. But woke up at 3:30am with back spasms, could not get comfortable, the bed had a dip that I couldn’t stay out of.

The young lady (Mandy I think) was friendly and efficient. The next morning desk lady was not friendly, and stated I had to wait for a receipt from Expedia in my email. I wanted a receipt showing zero charges since my stay. The hotel has an overwhelming smell in the room and hotel of a perfumed smelling cleaner. Very difficult with someone such as myself that has allergies, and copd. The balcony had wasps nest and had been unswept for awhile. The hotel was nice but I would not use this hotel again due to the cleaning smell being so overwhelming.

I stayed her for one night, Expedia showed breakfast included, however it was a bistro that you have to pay for. The room was great for the most part, clean, stocked with hygiene supplies expect no shampoo. None of the charging outlets in the room worked and the tv would randomly shut off.

This is undoubtedly the most friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. All the staff have that southern charm. I was particularly impressed with the kindness and hospitality of Brenda at the bistro. The breakfast there is excellent by the way. This will be my go to place whenever I am in Dalton. The only downside is that there is not much around the hotel, but it is very close to, and within easy walking distance of, Dalton State College.

It was a convenient spot to stop and I’ve liked other courtyard properties but this one was not my favorite. Aside from the clientele being loud and drunk, which is not the property’s fault, the accessible room had really high beds making it tough for a person with mobility issues to get in and out of. In the evening, drunk adult men knocked on our door and then kept walking. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am on a Sunday to clean the room and opened the door, I was walking to the door at the time and said, “we’re still here”, so she said ok but no apology. So, not peaceful but at least it’s clean.

We stopped in for just an overnight stay on our way back from Florida, just could not drive any further. The staff was exceptionally friendly when we checked in/out. The one thing that I though was odd is that they did not offer a continental breakfast, but other than that, they were great. Rooms very clean, staff very friendly.

Hotel was nice, clean & comfortable however there was no FREE breakfast. They did have a restaurant on site but it was at additional cost. My search filter was to include a free breakfast but I assumed wrong.
