I liked was the lobby, my room & the fitness center was nice & clean. Everything was working properly & the hotel staff were friendly & respectful. What I didn't like was when i was at the checkout, my room wasn't ready. I almost would've got the 3rd floor, but luckily, I got the 2nd floor. I wish I could've got the first floor, but it was all full. The elevator was out & they had to fix it when I was checking out of the hotel. There were 2 rusty holes at the side of the bathtub wall.

The customer service m, breakfast, and cleanliness were great. Whoever thought it was a good idea to renovate the pool in the hottest months of the year was an idiot. My younger crowd was so disappointed the pool was not working at the end of June.

Property was lacking in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. Elevator was broken and there was a dead roach on the desk of the room. When I informed the front desk staffer he was courteous but said there was nothing he could do regarding a partial refund because I booked thru Expedia. Definitely would not stay here again.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel definitely needs to be updated. The sheets and bedding were clean but the floors had not been vacuumed as evidenced by my finding a contact lens on the carpet beside the bed. I could not keep the shower curtain closed which in turn caused water to get all over the floor when I showered. The room had a smell that drove me crazy and was very disappointing. Overall I felt like the room was not clean and I could not stand the smell. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. I will not be staying there again.

The overall stay was good. Unfortunately you could hear hallway noise too easily. We were by the ice maker and could hear when people used it. We also could hear housekeeping in the morning. We even heard people in the halls all night.

Everything was fine, didn’t have the breakfast so I can’t say anything about it but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. It was so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor. I barely slept, grateful it was only one night.

The hotel is okay but the mattresses were very soft and I got a really sore back. Special call-out though to the amazing receptionist, Al, who was tremendously helpful, particularly in guiding us to area restaurants.

Checked in on Friday, March 15 around 3:45pm. The guy at the desk was wonderful and accommodating. (Apologies for not having names which is why I’m specifying times) I returned to the front desk maybe 9pm or so that evening after dinner to get an additional key because of course, I left my keys in my room…A different guy from check in was present. He verified my name, made the key, and yelled and slammed the key on the counter…There was a bus load of people (literally) to witness this. On account of, I know that he was in the middle handling the bus load and he was alone…However, it’s never a good idea to lose your cool like that when working in customer service. Perhaps you should do something like stocking, inventory, or work with animals instead of people…I felt safe at this location, parking was easy, breakfast was Ok (2.5/5), hotel was clean. Everyone else was pleasant, but sometimes it just that one bad apple that spoils the bunch.

When I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by the front desk manager immediately with a kind and friendly welcome. Check-in was smooth, When I went into the room was overheated so I turned on the a/c which the A/C compressor wasn’t coming on then the a/c cut off completely. I called the front desk and told them what was going on, the front desk manager came up to check the A/C and he confirmed it wasn't working, he relocated our room right next door and brought the keys up, and also check the A/c before we went in. His customer was beyond great. The room was clean with a few spots not clean which shows in the pictures. The next day I called for clean towels and I was told a housekeeper would bring them up. Waited 40 minutes and I couldn’t shower because there were no washcloths and I didn’t have clean towels. I finally went downstairs to the front desks and a heavyset guy came out I asked him for towels and wash clothes and he said he was going have a housekeeper bring them which once again never arrived, finally went back downstairs and he told me they were out of wash clothes and then gave me two towels, his service was a completely 360 from the front desk manager!

When you walk into this hotel, the most polite and professional front desk staff are there to greet you. They will make you feel so appreciated. They have been pleasant every time I have stayed here, and they really seem to actually like their job. The lobby is nice and clean. The rooms are very clean and the space is very efficient. This time, our room was right by the elevator, but we did not hear lots of noise! The beds are comfy. The bathroom is a nice size. The location is very easy to access. There are quite a few places to eat nearby. We have stayed here before, and we will continue to book it when we are in town. We are always very happy with our stay at this location.

We had a very nice stay at BW, the rooms were clean and surrounding areas were neat and tidy. I had a business trip at a nearby conference area. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to partake of breakfast due to my meeting. However, upon checkout the staff were to kind to my Mom and made sure that she was nice and comfortable. I want to send praises to Mr. Danny Rana and team for ensuring her and me that it was all right for her to sit in the lobby area while l was at the conference. Even though it was for a short stay I am grateful this team and their kindness.
We had a very nice stay at BW, the rooms were clean and surrounding areas were neat and tidy. I had a business trip at a nearby conference area. 5 stars all around. Every staff member was courteous. I had an issue with the computer chair and they replaced it very quickly. Room was very clean, hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Location is fantastic, countless dining options within 1 mile, including the excellent buffet across the street. 10/10 would stay here again.

Checkin was great. Quick and very courteous. We encountered a problem with our tv reception. Gentleman at front desk tried to get problem resolved multiple times. He offered us new room but we were already settled.

We would stay here again! Chloe was on-duty at the front desk when we arrived and departed. She was super friendly and made us feel welcomed right away! All employees we encountered during our stay greeted us with a smile. We stayed on a Friday night and attended a concert at the Gas South Arena which was a short drive from the hotel. We returned late at night and felt very safe walking across the parking lot to the hotel entrance. Breakfast buffet was tasty with a nice variety of hot & cold food items. Coffee was good and always available in the lobby as well as a dispenser with refreshing fruit-infused water. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The shampoo/soap products smelled nice. There is an iron/ironing board in the room that we used. Both were clean & in good working order. The hotel has interior hallways and is smoke-free. The property & standard 2 double room pictures on Travelocity were accurate. The price was right too!

Good value for the price. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was in good proximity to our daughter's apartment in Duluth. Everything was clean, well maintained, and appeared to have been somewhat recently remodeled. AC worked well and the room was quiet. Some minor areas for improvement -Lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused the room to feel constantly damp (a common problem in many hotels). -With a couple of tweaks the breakfast could be great; muffins were dry, the only fresh fruit available was apples, and there was nothing to put on the plain yogurt (berries or granola would be a simple fix) but the hot offerings were very good and kept well stocked, other cold options were decent and there was sufficient room in the dining area for everyone to be seated. Everything was clean, well maintained, and appeared to have been somewhat recently remodeled. AC worked well and the room was quiet. Some minor areas for improvement -Lack of ventilation in the bathroom caused the room to feel constantly damp (a common problem in many hotels). -With a couple of tweaks the breakfast could be great; muffins were dry, the only fresh fruit available was apples, and there was nothing to put on the plain yogurt (berries or granola would be a simple fix) but the hot offerings were very good and kept well stocked, other cold options were decent and there was sufficient room in the dining area for everyone to be seated. I stayed a week at Best Western after a terrible experience with Clarion Hotel next door. I was looking for to move to the area. The staff and management were extremely cordial. The week flew by and it felt safely than staying at the hotel next door which had homeless people roaming the parking lot. That being said, if I were to ever stay at a hotel for a reasonable price in Duluth, I would stay there again. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient with plenty of shopping and dining options. Make sure to sign up for Best Western rewards to earn points towards your stay.

We would stay here again! Chloe was on-duty at the front desk when we arrived and departed. She was super friendly and made us feel welcomed right away! All employees we encountered during our stay greeted us with a smile. We stayed on a Friday night and attended a concert at the Gas South Arena which was a short drive from the hotel. We returned late at night and felt very safe walking across the parking lot to the hotel entrance. Breakfast buffet was tasty with a nice variety of hot & cold food items. Coffee was good and always available in the lobby as well as a dispenser with refreshing fruit-infused water. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The shampoo/soap products smelled nice. There is an iron/ironing board in the room that we used. Both were clean & in good working order. The hotel has interior hallways and is smoke-free. Good clean hotel close to the Global Mall that we were visiting. Chilled Lime flavored water 24/7 was great to have. Coffee/tea was available 24 hours. Check-in and Check-out were both smooth. Breakfast was OK and could improve with some basic fruits like apple/bananas.

Rooms were nice and big. Did not care for the breakfast. Sausage did not taste good. No baked goods such as muffins. The pancakes were very good. No Ice machine on 2nd floor which we were on. Loved the email Al sent shortly after we checked in. Al was also very friendly when we checked in.

Very happy with my stay. From the moment I checked in, until I checked on, everything was perfect. The employees I encountered at the front desk were very nice and friendly. The room was nice, and comfortable Good location, with lots of places to eat close by. I'm not a fan of hotel breakfasts, for the most part, but this hotel's breakfast was above average. I'm in the area often, and expect to stay here in the future. The price I paid for the room was a good value.

Went down to breakfest and not open..... Had to get to work, but person came in at 6:30 (when they were to open) and said give her 10 mins..... No way with Atl traffic..... We stayed at this place for 3 nights. The area was nice and quiet. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Staff was very kind and helpful especially the gentleman at the front kiosk. Its a pretty small hotel which we liked. It didnt feel too crowded at all. I would stay here again.
