One of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The all of the bedding including, sheets, pillows, pillow case, spreads, and mattress were dingy yellow with stains. The bath towels were the same. They allow smoking in some rooms which was all we could get. That’s disgusting. The pool was green. These people absolutely do NOT care about the customer. I didn’t pay 39.99 per night. It was $100 per night to stay at this dump. Another Days Inn living up to its reputation.

Basic place just to stop for a sleep. Pool looked nice. Room was clean except the bed cover was stained. The area might be safe but several police officers were there right where I needed to park. A few shady people staying there. Basic breakfast items available.

Late arrival after a day of driving. The room was fine. Could not connect to Wi-Fi. Couldn't get the Direct TV to work. We were so tired we just gave up and went to sleep. In the morning others had the same comments. "Deluxe continental breakfast"was not very deluxe!

Stayed there on a Saturday nite on way to Florida and then the following Friday on the way home. There was only one gentleman working the desk both nites. It was the same man both times. He was extremely slow at checking people in. It was spring break so therefore they needed more than 1 person. The lines were very long. Both rooms were on the first floor by the stairs/ice machine. Both rooms had wet bathroom floors from leaking showers. We had to put towels down as soon as we walked in. The first room the bed was hard as a rock. The second time the bed was comfier. The rooms were very noisy as people were up and down the stairs all nite, esp in the morning when people drug their suitcases down the stairs. The first morning for breakfast we got there at 7:30am and there was no coffee, milk, juice, muffins, etc. We had to ask for everything to be refilled. The second time there was no pancakes, oatmeal, bread, etc. Once again we had to ask. Also the ice machine rarely worked. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times for spring break and each year it gets a little bit worse.

We've probably stayed in 1000 rooms, and this is by far the dirtiest we've ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy with black ooze clearly visible coming from under the tub mat. When we made the mistake of lifting the mat, there was black ooze (mold?) underneath. The towels are so stained and have thread bare holes, they should just be thrown out! The next morning we found a cockroach in the shower. There was trash clearly visible beside the night stand. The bed was on what looked like filing cabinets and made terrible clanking noises when we moved. The hotel is located near the I-75 so it is noisy all nice. The grounds and pool look nice and clean but we're didn't use them. If we hadn't gotten in so late, we would have tried to change rooms. We usually tip housekeeping, but not this time! We will NOT be returning.

I would never ever stay here again. The carpet was disgusting and my grandmother's white socks were black after 20 minutes. The carpet was moist, there were stains everywhere, the bathroom floor wasn't even swept or anything and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, not to mention the 50 mattresses stacked outside of the hotel. Honestly, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I would have swapped properties but after driving twelve hours with two little ones and an 80-year-old woman, we just slept on top of the comforters.

The bathtub had pubic hair in it. The carpet was wet, the door wasnt sealed at all so there was light shinning around it, there was spider webs in the corners of the room. I should've stayed in my truck.

Great location and decent price. Updated room furniture but tub and carpeting need some attention. Curtains do not block out all of the bright lights in the parking lot and there were stains on the duvet. Pillows were comfortable and plentiful.

Although the man was very friendly at check-in, our room was dirty, towel had multiple dark brown stains, bed mattress cover was metal and every time you sat on bed or moved in bed it made a loud sound and it literally sounded like a gun shot. Avoid room 113! No kleenex in box by sink. Horrible pillows(thankfully we brought ours and also towels and washcloths) Ice machine did not work at the end we were on. Carpet was filthy. Bathroom was dirty. Urine on underneath seat and on floor. Although very noisy because of interstate, it was "quiet" as far as guests staying on our end. No questionable stuff. This is definitely a place that needs remodeled and carpets removed Very dated looking, but cleanliness and new towels should be top priorities. The towels were disgusting.

Ms. Jewel and Mr. James at the front desk were both awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. The only drawback to our stay was someone from housekeeping beating on our door at 9AM, like the police doing a raid, 2 hours before checkout, wanting to know when what time we planned on leaving.

Excellent staff at registration, breakfast buffet, and housekeeping. The property is old but has been refreshed with painting and was very clean. The area is close to downtown Forcyth which has local restaurants for dining. Price and convenience for a roadtrip stop over make this a good choice!
