Quality Inn Forsyth near GA Public Safety Training Center

This is not a handicap friendly property at all.

The hotel could use a facelift on the exterior but the interior of our hotel room surprised us. It was reasonably clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The pet fee was very reasonable and staff was very friendly with check in and out. I think my biggest concern is the stairs to the second floor of the motel. Both myself and my husband slipped on them as they are steep and slippery. All in all a good stay for travel

The app gave me wrong directions. Once We figured out we got to motel and it didn’t look like it was opened - building material everywhere and No bar or restaurant. I picked this location because it said it had a restaurant. Very disappointed. But luckily we got 1 of their remodeled rooms and it was very clean and new. Bed was comfy. Only fast food was found near hotel but had to drive to. After 10 hrs of driving we were tired.

I booked this place for the pool. There was no pool due to the in progress renovation. It has apparently been this way for months and will be this way for the foreseeable future. I was told by the front counter clerk that the unavailable features will not be removed from the online listing because it would interfere with sales. Perfect. Rooms were outdated. No amenities. If you’re down for a no frills room at a somewhat decent price, go for it. Look elsewhere otherwise.

Expedia has this property info wrong. There is not a pool nor is there a bar. Quick easy on and off the expressway.

The staff was friendly. The system was slow for checkin. No access from rear of building to office at least at 5p. Ice machine broke. Mattresses are horrible.The surrounding blds look abandoned. 1/2 of the quailty inn blding is closed. Not worth $70. A nite

The hotel was under construction, so there is no pool or the tiki bar. When we arrived late so it was dark and we were very tired, so when I walked out of the room to get our luggage the tile was not completed and uneven on the walkway. With this not done I fell almost breaking my leg. There were no signs that said watch your step, with this happening I had to go to the local hospital.

There’s no pool or bar as advertised. Trash all over the parking lot in the rear of the motel where our room was. Room was small and filthy. Fake wood planks were mismatched and missing from the floor. The floor had debris like it had never been properly cleaned. There was a tortilla chip IN the ac vent.

When we pulled up we were a little reluctant because it looked run down. Walking into the room we were pleasantly surprised. Look like it has been recently updated. Very clean and well taken care of.

there was pubic hair on the shower walls.

I had to leave the hotel for having bugs and food crumbs.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom floor was dirty and looked like pet throw up under sink. Something stuck to outside of toilet. Outlets in between the beds did not work. Staff were very friendly. Easy access to hotel. Parking was good. Was not loud at all so easy to sleep. Had hot water in bathroom sink but only lukewarm water in shower. Was good location to where we were going. Much nicer than some places but cleaning floors and bathrooms are needing to improve. The breakfast was as was expected but no one could use the waffle maker as the plates were gross.

There was a brown stain on the comforter of 1 bed. The comforters smelled like they hadn’t been washed, like BO. The shower had slime on the walls. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, there was food by the the nightstand and a bottle lid by the bed. The chair was stained with who knows what.

Updated bathroom. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable price.

Expedia showed it had a pool, it did not. Air conditioner was very loud. Right on interstate. Noisy.

We were in the newly remodeled section on the first floor. It was very clean and modern.

Staff are always friendly. The property is quite close to I-75, so there is some noise, but I usually sleep well there. They've been renovating the rooms these past couple of years, which sometimes shows, but overall its a comfortable, economical place I keep coming back to.

The front desk employee was very sweet. However, the paint was peeling in the shower, the bedding was stained,the tv didn't work, the wifi didn't work and the man who did housekeeping opened my door in the morning without knocking.

I've stayed here multiple times and this was probably the most disappointing. There was a huge gap beneath the door and i had to stuff a towel under it each night to keep the bugs out, which only mostly worked. Woke up this morning with bugs on the ceiling. Fairly certain I probably wont return.

I booked the room because of all the "good" reviews. The room seemed like it didn't get a thorough clean. The floor seemed like it wasn't swept or was mopped with a dirty mop. The refrigerator kept making noise all night. The toilet handle didn't seem clean. The bed wasn't great and the pillowcases looked slightly worn. And you could hear ALL the truck traffic off 75.

Everything was good about the experience except for the traffic noise from I-75. The room was not well insulated to dampen the noise.

Property was next to the noisy interstate so beware of that if you get that side of the hotel. Property could have been a little cleaner but not the worst I have seen.

We were just staying here to sleep and finish our drive to Florida for our family vacation. It was clean and we asked for a room away from highway. It was perfectly fine for what we needed it for. A great price too! Everybody was friendly which is a huge plus.

The room's appearance was excellent, but that's where it ends. Check-in was good, however, the attendant when I checked in told me I had to pay a $50 deposit. When I inquired when that would be returned to me, she stated as soon as I checked out. That was not the case. I contacted the desk this morning and the gentleman told me that it would be two business days. I believe the property has old pipes. Both the shower / tub was dispensing Brown water and when you flush the toilet, brown water was left in its place. I didn't trust the sink to even brush my teeth. Glad I brought bottled water with me. I did not bring this to the attendant's attention. Too tired to deal with it. And this review is not allowing me to add photos. Bummer.

I love the location of the property and the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

First of all, I don’t know how this place has a rating of 8/10. It is absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had, and I have stayed at 2/3 out of 5 star hotels before. And these are my complaints: (1) really terrible customer service. My personal body scrubber I left in the shower disappeared after they came in to fix the clogged shower. I didn’t realize they were still doing daily house keeping, so I was surprised when I came back, all the beds were made and towels replaced. Had I known they were doing that, I would’ve placed the “privacy” tag on the door. I went to front desk to ask about the missing scrubber, and they said they would check. When I got back in the room, I get a call from the front desk, saying that the house keeping didn’t take it and maybe I misplaced it. I told him I used it that morning, hanged it on the towel bar, so the only reasonable assumption is that house keeping took it by mistake with other towels and I needed it back. He talked over me, very loudly, and I tried to explain again why I wouldn’t have “misplaced” it, then he hanged up. When I went to the front desk to continue conversation, he yelled at me and blamed that I was taking advantage of them. They are horrible people, I don’t even know why they chose to work in hospitality industry. Other reasons this is a horrible place to say are (2) clogged shower (3) very old and rough towels (like the ones you get at the pool), and the so called “park view” isn’t really a park view.

Always a good easy stay. Close to GPSTC, clean and quiet.

The hotel was acceptable. It was difficult to walk in the area due to poor roads.

This hotel was near many State training facilities. With this, I would have believed this property would have more up to date . The area was very run down . Although accessable not very safe feeling.. Not recommendable. As most Quality Inn we have good luck with . This one not so

This has been one of the better stays I've had at Forsyth. If you're up here for a class but not looking to break the bank at some of the pricier options, go here. This location puts the other chaper option down by WalMart to shame. Very clean, looks to be newly renovated and surprisingly quiet. Only about 2 minutes from the GPSTC front gate.

Always clean rooms, breakfast could be better. The beds are TERRIBLE. Probably won’t stay again just for this reason.

It’s perfect! Will pick this one again in all Hotel around Forsyth this is the best one breakfast was good

The staff was very nice but was totally disappointed when I was told their truck did not arrive with breakfast items. I chose this hotel (we usually stay somewhere else) based on their breakfast reviews and all they had that day was waffles, yogurt, bread and muffins. I had been looking forward to sausage and eggs and whatever else they usually serve. The room was clean and updated but for the same price I could have stayed somewhere with a hot breakfast

My husband & I stayed here on Feb 19, 2024 on our way to Florida. It was excellent. Love the new remodel there doing. The beds were so comfy. Glad we had a room on the back side because I am a light sleeper and the highway is noisy on the front side of the building. Breakfast was just continental but all of it was fresh. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.
