Clarion Pointe Hinesville near Fort Stewart

Average room, saw roaches last night there. Overall not bad if you’re looking for something inexpensive and near a lot of things! non bothersome stay !

the room was filthy, the floor wasn't cleaned, I didn't notice until I was taking my shower. there was no shampoo in the dispenser or conditioner, there was a black hair in the shower, I didn't see until I was showering I have white hair.

The lady that worked with us at check in was very nice and helpful. I give her a 5! The morning staff was not respectful. Kept knocking on my door super early disturbing my sleep 9am this morning way before check out asking are we check out now. Check out is not until 11! I was sleeping! We didn’t eat the breakfast because of tired from being on the road military duty. I called up to the front desk and asked for an extension like we always do when we come this way and they never charged us to check out at 12. They said they charge $15 just to check out extra 30 minutes so we had to rush to get our stuff together and be out by 11:30 and it was late and we didn’t have enough rest. I told them whenever they was under the other management from my understanding, we will never charge. So that is the reason why I gave the negative rating along with me telling the lady that we was in Military and she had no respect for us the front desk attendant at checkout this morning.
