The hotel is a bit older so it’s not the best looking inside. The hotel is pet friendly and that was a huge plus. The fee associated with the pet was excellent. However the cleanliness of the pet friendly room was not up to standards. The staff was wonderful and that was also another plus.

The hotel met our needs. No elevator- stairs only to the second floor. The a/c was not working or not on in the hallway. The couch was torn, the bed was okay for one night, but not for a multi night stay for my back. Good location close to restaurants and amenities.

This property had good ratings and a reasonable price so I went there. When I arrived, the lobby was under construction, and the elevator was not working, which caused us to have to take the stairs to the second level. After entering our room and my wife getting a shower she came out to find no towels when she looked behind the door of the bathroom to find a towel. There was a pair of men’s dirty underwear hanging on the back of the door. I told the staff about it and they were friendly but of course we had to relocate rooms all the way to the far end of the hotel after already unpacking all of our stuff.

Was ok. Rolling desk chair on slick laminate flooring not so great, ended up on said floor. We were here for less than 12 hours just to sleep while traveling. Decent hotel to do that in but wouldn’t make an extended stay here. Renovations are going on and that’s good. Front desk ladies were very friendly and accommodating. Nice TV. Room layout is great just outdated.

Photos are deceiving. Property smelled like mold. Red hair was stuck against the wash cloths. There are no elevators so it is not handicap accessible. Very outdated building. Ice machine did not work. You’re better off staying at a Motel 6.

Spend your money elsewhere. The photos of the hotel rooms and facility are wildly misleading. Our first night here we got in about 11pm, when I laid down in bed I discovered the bed was damp with URINE. The whole room was dirty actually. I immediately left the room and asked to be moved to another room, they apologized and did that. Only to find out the room they put us in was already occupied. Third time was a charm, I guess. The entire places smelled of mildew and weed.

No soap no toilet paper had to move room first room outlets were busted and the floor had horrible scratches and mold in the bathroom second room had mold in the bathroom and no toiletries had to ask for towels wouldn’t stay here again the pictures online do not match the condition of the rooms this hotel has poor customer service

The first room given reeked of cigarette smoke and my son has bad asthma couldn’t even finish putting in bags. Lady at front was apologetic and gave me another room and set of fresh sheets. Went in new room smelled much better but went to change to to fresh sheets seen bed bugs on mattress took pictures and went back to front desk; reported condition and showed a pictures. Front desk clerk was apologetic and stated I will be refunded in a couple hours and I left. Had to go 1.5 hours to find another hotel room. And I still have not gotten my refund

I’ve stayed at a couple of different hotels in that area and I saw this one which the picture for the breakfast seem to be OK but when you get there, it’s not worth the price that I paid for it. Breakfast consist of warm coffee, waffle machine, cereal that look like it was there for a long time and Thomas English muffins that were in a bag and that’s all the rooms. The AC kept on turning off to where it was getting warm I heard other guests complaining about the ACs. The bathroom was dirty not really dirty dirty but you could see that and sweep properly. The tub had hair and a lot of areas the bottom of the door you could see right through if you lay on the floor and look the bed was extremely hard the TV well at least that was OK. It had decent channels and it’s a two-story hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on the price that I paid for. The floors were scuffed up badly, looked at pretty outdated. There was some clear paste on the floor by the desk table, and when you walked in even the staff was really plain once you walk in the front receptionist didn’t even want to get up to hand you the key you have to stretch over the counter to get the key. Very minimal language like hi here you go thank you. Kind of felt like if I was going to someone’s house that you really wasn’t welcome I don’t really leave really long reviews but this one really hit me so I figured why not There’s other hotels in the area personally I wouldn’t go to this hotel again I rather pay more.

This hotel is rated as a B for cleanliness through the health department, that’s a hard stretch. The hallways and stairs look as though they have not been vacuumed or cleaned in years, the lobby had at least one homeless person sitting in the chairs every time we went down or came in. The rooms were semi maintained, flooring coming up, rusty shelves in bathrooms (rusty screw fell out of the wall), dust and dirt in every corner. My boyfriend saw a roach one night. The owner and manager definitely don’t take pride in this property and need to revamp it. The name Wyndham used to have a good backing, now they have just bought up all of the crappy hotels with no improvements. Also, this is a pet friendly hotel, but with little enforcement of noise. They should designate a certain area of the hotel just for pet owners.

The parking lot was full of trash and broken glass, beer bottles, fast food packages, etc. It was really disgusting! The room was large, reasonably clean with one exception. There were 2 nasty, filthy, wet wash clothes draped over the shower curtain. Aside from that, the desk clerk that checked me in seemed unenthusiastic and perhaps annoyed that she had to do her job. I'll never stay there again.

The room was not cleaned prior to us coming in; and it was very dirty and disgusting. There was pizza in the ac control panel. Dirt and trash on the floor, hair all over bathroom, ans inside the tub! Stains on the sheets. It was evident this room wasn’t cleaned. We did not stay, we left and had to get another hotel.

When I got there I was helped by a very nice girl, Josolyn. Gave me my room and I went. Get in my room and a/c and telephone both don't work. I go to the front desk and tell Josolyn, so she comes down, fiddles with the controller and tells me it will come on in a minute. So I sat down to wait, did my Spanish homework. I walk up again, and she changed my room. This isn't by considering the last two places I stayed.

Staff was great! Very nice, had a long drive from San Antonio and was nice to be greeted with a smile! Some remodeling would be good for this place! The room was clean and looked as though they did some remodeling, but they could definitely use an upgrade there. Its an old place!

The room was a little outdated but clean, and all the staff is amazing. Front desk employees are very friendly. Unfortunately there were people shouting almost all night long, and you can hear everything from the other rooms and hallway (walls mustn't be very thick).

The room was recently upgraded and was very nice. There was obviously a big push to not have individuals smoke in the rooms as there was not a horrid pot smell that you often find in hotel rooms these days. The carpets in the hallways and need to be replaced in the lobby. It appears that there are still some renovations to be done, but the rooms were great.

Definitely would not stay again. Beds were super uncomfortable and every movement make a loud squeak sound. No elevator. Bathroom needed multiple repairs. One light didn’t work in bedroom. Water pressure sucked and the water smelled. Hallways were hot and smelled bad.

The cheap prices should have been a red flag enough. Checked in with the blond lady at the front desk and she was rude with an attitude the whole time. Kept rolling her eyes at me and sighing. The side doors were never locked our whole time there. Anyone could come and go as they pleased. Also, one time during our stay we left the key in the room on accident. Same blond lady at the desk couldn’t be bothered to pause her phone call gossiping about her coworkers to help me. When I asked her for a new key, she didn’t even ask my name or for my ID to see if it matched the name on the room. This is a HUGE safety issue considering anyone can just go to the desk and ask for a key to any room without verification. I would definitely not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone I know.

I wouldn’t go back, room services comes knocking on the room 30 mins before check out time very rude demanding to go in. Kindly told her I still have 30 mins before my check out and her response was so rude and uncalled for made my husband and I feel uncomfortable and rushed.

I’ve stayed at a couple of different hotels in that area and I saw this one which the picture for the breakfast seem to be OK but when you get there, it’s not worth the price that I paid for it. Breakfast consist of warm coffee, waffle machine, cereal that look like it was there for a long time and Thomas English muffins that were in a bag and that’s all the rooms. The AC kept on turning off to where it was getting warm I heard other guests complaining about the ACs. The bathroom was dirty not really dirty dirty but you could see that and sweep properly. The tub had hair and a lot of areas the bottom of the door you could see right through if you lay on the floor and look the bed was extremely hard the TV well at least that was OK. It had decent channels and it’s a two-story hotel. I would not recommend this hotel based on the price that I paid for. The floors were scuffed up badly, looked at pretty outdated. There was some clear paste on the floor by the desk table, and when you walked in even the staff was really plain once you walk in the front receptionist didn’t even want to get up to hand you the key you have to stretch over the counter to get the key. Very minimal language like hi here you go thank you. I reserved a pet friendly room. I understand the room wasnt going to be the best. But the sheets were dirt, there was soap scum in the shower, the floor was dirty and there was hair on the pillowcase. I did let the staff know the next day and they gave me clean sheets. The breakfast is not a hot one. It’s more of a grab and go. The ladies in the front were helpful and had great customer service. The pet fee was only $20 so that wasn’t bad compared to other locations.

The air conditioning was not great but it was super hot too. The staff was nice and helpful. When we arrived in our room the toilet was running over and the air conditioning was not working and the smell in our room was very unpleasant. Once we told the front desk they moved use right away to another room and it was much better and the air conditioning worked better.
