Hampton Inn Hinesville

The stay was good onky problem we had that the front dest associate did not let us know that the elevator was not working and we was on the 3rd floor

The day was great. The elevators was broken the whole time we were there.

The pool wasn’t available due to construction

They offered complimentary beer, wine, and snacks in the evening. Nice touch!

Great place, just the public areas where being renovated so that wasn’t ideal

The hotel was very clean, convenient, and comfortable! The room was spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was great, and they even had a happy hour with complimentary beer, wine, and snacks! That was a surprise to me. In addition, the staff was very friendly; the evening desk clerk even helped me cut a tag out of my outfit before going out, and hooked the eyehook for me. Now that's service!

I had a king suite so there was plenty of room for my husband and I. The hotel is doing some renovations and I honestly don't remember if I saw that when I booked, but we were not disturbed by the construction noise. My biggest complaint would be the parking due to construction and a big portion of the parking lot is blocked off

Hotel is clean. The freshener they use in the hallways is a bit strong. Morning breakfast is very good. I believe his name is Dennis who attended the buffet on a couple of the mornings and he is extremely nice, friendly and goes out of his way to accommodate. He takes pride in his work and is a bright light in that hotel. He made sure to tell us he was making cookies that he would put out starting around 2pm and that there was happy hour late afternoon with beer, wine, soft drinks and chips/salsa. All complimentary. No issues with our room. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. Would stay there again.

Breakfast was ok and they have a happy hour daily but the hotel is being remodeled so there was dust everywhere. They kept the doors ajar all day long while they worked which seemed a safety issue. Pool was closed during what was a very hor week.

Staff was exceptional. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable.

We were only there for the weekend but our stay was excellent. Nice clean room and beds were very comfortable

Came to see my see my son on base …hotel was comfortable but needed some maintenance…we were on second floor and ceiling was dropping from mold or water leak…room was ok but bathroom all the corners had dirt and grime and mold from no one wiping them …wish they would use bleach to clean hard to tell if cleaning sprays … breakfast was good and service worker at the breakfast area he was excellent….Overall Hinesville is a tough place to find.a 5star hotel …the last one I stayed at was pretty much the same as this one

It did not look like a Hampton inn.The entrance to hotel dirty.The sheet felt the old and not clean.Had to wait 10 minutes before someone came to desk to check me in.

Room was so cold carpet was damp. Lack of parking due to construction. Would not recommend this hotel with so many others in same area

I felt like it was just ok. Dusty and not super clean in the bathroom. Moldy stains on the ceilings and like a big ugly spot on the wall. The decor is not my taste. Staff was friendly and bed was comfy.

Room and bathroom were dirty. Room was not completely cleaned - bed was not made, shower dirty, and no toilet paper. Front check in staff were great.

Arrived at 3:07 and checked in (check in starts at 3). The parking lot was empty along with the lobby. Desk associated puts us on the third floor. Upon entering the room we find a dehumidifier plugged in. Also found workers completing an addition on the back half of the building directly under our window on floor two. As we aren’t ones to complain and it wasn’t bedtime we didn’t request a room change. I guess we should have, as the next morning on Saturday the construction crew started promptly sometime before 8am, so we are awoken by banging and machine noises. Then we notice the floor in front of the ac system has soaked the floor and one of our suitcases is on the floor and wet now (as the area was easily (3x5 ft). Upon going down to the desk to complain about to noise and the soaking wet floor we are met with disregard. No real apology is given. No offer made to change our room. Not even a discount or credit for the inconvenience. The fact we weren’t even offered another room was crazy. So we had to check out and find new lodging. Luckily the area has many other options. All that to say that we most likely will never stay in another Hampton Inn and maybe when associates check people in they shouldn’t place them in rooms they know are unacceptable. The fact a dehumidifier was in the room means they recognize this is an ongoing issue. Additionally, guests should be notified when booking that the hotel is under construction, this way they have the option to book elsewhere.

Thermostat wasn’t working properly, either too cold or off. Otherwise room was very nice and clean and breakfast was very filling.

Although there was construction during my stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nicely appointed; however, it was strange that I was asked by staff on two separate occasions if I had a floor lamp in my room. No floor lamp was ever placed in the room. Overall I had a pleasant stay and would book this property in the future.

Loud traffic noise- difficult to sleep

The property is renovated and looks nice. I was awakened in the middle of the night and could not fall back asleep because someone above my room was constantly walking and I could hear their footsteps and every move.

Had booked a king bed some time ago, they changed us to two queen beds. Room was clean but run down. Part of the molding around the walls were falling over. Ceiling had water damage, the sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t drain properly. Definitely in need of remodeling. We have stayed at a number of Hampton inns and were always satisfied but not this time. The breakfast was ok.

I stayed for one night the room was clean upon arrival. There was a clean lemon fresh smell in the room. It didn’t have a stale or sour odor. Very refreshing. Check in was simple and easy. I did eat the breakfast it was ok nothing too much to brag about . The only con is that the walls are very thin you can hear next door and anyone above you . Other than that the stay was nice.

Dennis was amazing. Very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. He is so friendly and made us feel like we'd known him forever! He does an amazing job taking care of guests and the hotel! Thank you, Dennis!

The property still has a $50 hold on my credit card for incidentals over a week after check out.

Experience was great, stayed for five nights. The rooms are nothing special but the breakfast area and gym are nice. Maintenance and housekeeping was friendly and attentive. Dennis, who cooked and hosted breakfast during the week, was phenomenal. Front desk was friendly and always offered water or complimentary snacks. Have family around the area, would definitely stay again.

The front desk lady was extremely helpful and provided wonderful advice which aided in my travel plans.

The location is convenient, it needs to be renovated.

I was traveling alone so I was looking for a safe, clean, friendly place to stay. This Hampton Inn fit that bill completely!

Hinesville is the place where all hopes and dreams went to die. Avoid the entire town. Not worth it at all.

My mom and I were visiting family in Glenville, GA and decided this was a grest location. The room was very clean and up to date with quality furniture and appliances. The breakfast had a nice set up and great food. The staff were very professional and hospitable. Every staff member spoke each time they saw us and greeted us with a smile. My mom and I truly enjoyed out visit.

Overall clean and safe stay. Great customer service. Happy hour treats were a great surprise. Will definitely return when visiting Son at Ft. Stewart.

The personnel very friendly. The breakfast was very satisfying. The time was very good 6 am to 10 am. Which gave time to be ready and have breakfast and go out to see the town. The beds were very comfortable.

Their continental breakfast is awesome. The guy on Friday. He was pretty much like a server he made you feel comfortable he served or he didn’t want you to get up to get your breakfast, but they really do a great job with their breakfast. I will most definitely visit again, even though they were under construction, they still made you feel like a home away from home
