I did not like it there. The entrance smells and the bathroom floor was dirty. A towel dropped at floor and it was very dirty. The paper holder was not right screwed at the bathroom counter. Elevator was broken.

Exceptional service. Immaculately clean rooms. Quiet. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast! Only small note would be to fix or replace the broken Bowflex machine in the gym. Otherwise, a perfect stay!

We did not like that there was no ice in the only ice machine in the building. At first the front desk lied and said a guest turned it off and that was unexceptable behavior. We were told it was being fixed and also that they would buy ice. 4 days with no ice was totally unacceptable. We noticed numerous drug deals in parking lot. Cleaning was supposed to be every 3rd day but they came on 1st day.

It was a really good experience overall , little tricky to get in hotel the first time . Room was clean and beds comfortable, pillows little bit to soft for my liking but not a big deal , bathroom had a cracked tile between sink and bathtub that moved every time you stepped on it, water pressure great Love the gazebo by the pool , breakfast not as good as some other chains but was fair . We would stay there again

This was NOT a good stay.....the Elevator was broken which meant we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The Ice machine was also out of order on our floor

My stay was good and the location was okay. Parking is very tight. . I booked a king suite with a small sitting area. The room was good, decorated well, but it would’ve been nice if the TV was on a swivel so that when I’m sitting in the small sitting area, I can watch the TV.

Very clean -This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and will stay here from now on. The only bad thing is the breakfast. Visit 1- Everything was empty when we got there at 8am Visit 2- The hot breakfast was full but the taste was terrible

I thought the property was nice and well kept up. The inside was very clean, and the room was spotless. Good variety of breakfast items to pick from. Very quiet facility, and the property management was very kind and friendly. Definitely my choice of places to stay in the future. I encourage others to visit this Country Inn, the best I have stayed in quite some time.

I chose this hotel because it was rated excellent but I am convinced it is solely based on the location. It’s in the middle of everything where you could walk to get food or to the store. The lobby smelled amazing. It was beautiful walking into the hotel but my high hopes were dashed when we stepped into our room and it smelled like dirty wet carpet. We went to set up the tv so we could settle in from our 14 hour drive and couldn’t. Later we asked the from desk staff and he told us that the smart features don’t work and we could only access the cable tv channels. So the tv was pointless. The sink in our bathroom was visibly cracked and glued back together and there was a gum wrapper sitting on the desk in the room. The carpet not only Smelled but they felt disgusting to walk on. I kept my shoes on the either time. As we were checking out we found the hidden microwave and mini fridge. I guess we should have looked around but I was scared to see what I’d find.

When I get into a hotel room and there's no smart TV, I am immediately irritated and refuse to stay there again. No excuse. Huge TV, but nothing to watch. Coffee cups are so tiny - if you want to take it to your room prepare to go up and down 3 times to get a full cup. Bathroom sink was irritating. A dried pink liquid on bathroom floor... an inch of caulk piled around the sink.

When checking in, the lady at the front desk took around 5 minutes to come to the front desk because she was busy on her personal phone. Then, after she came to check me in she rolled her eyes and acted like she was inconvenienced by doing her job.

Front desk Indian person was rude and nasty. When asked questions she talked down to us. When asked why $100.00 hold on our card she go real upset. Treated us like we were there to damage the hotel. We were on a business trip, we are 75 yrs old and we don't need to be treated in this manner.

At Check in I had to wait until someone from the back decided to wait on me while she continued her personal conversation on the phone. It was a week day reservation so I thought I would get an upgrade since I’m a gold member but was told no. The ceiling in the room was literally peeling off; hair in the shower; and old sheets that scratched and irritated my skin the entire night! Coffee wasn’t good at all; tasted like it had been sitting there for days, and one sip was like drinking a pot! So I decided to pass on the breakfast. I this was my second time staying at this hotel and it was very disappointing to see how run down it had gotten in a year’s time!

A wonderful place to stay! The area was clean, quiet and close to everything we needed. The staff was very gracious and check-in took no time at all. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we look for in a hotel. Even the tv had great channels! There were decaf options for me and a great breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is a gem. The property and room was very well maintained and very clean. The staff is excellent from the front desk to the maids. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. They treat disabled people with respect and try and give them the best rooms according to their disability needs.without them having to pay extra for those rooms like at some other hotels. The only shock was there is a 100 deposit fee by credit or debit card collected at the property that was not in the listing with Expedia.

Everyone was really nice., Kelly was soo Awesome. Very personable and you could tell that she cared about making my stay as enjoyable and uneventful as possible. Thank you Kelly!! The other desk clerk was just as pleasant., I cannot remember her name but she works the desk until Kelly arrives at 10:00 pm. She also was really compassionate about my situation for being there. I was attending my sister funeral. She and Kelly took really good care of me and my family. Thank you both. ❤️

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Northside Hospital. It is about a five minute drive. The person at check-in acted like I was a bit of a burden. The room was OK and was relatively clean. They should provide more than just a small bar of soap. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. At breakfast, the eggs are the packaged scrambled variety which are tasteless. All-in-all, it's just an average hotel in a great location.

The place was clean, and folks very friendly. The morning breakfast was outstanding. Freshly cooked sausage, potatoes and eggs. They had make your own waffle and other breakfast items . Easy access to rooms and very clean and fresh. Wonderful place. I highly recommend it.

Nice, safe area. A bit hard to find, look carefully when you turn on the road. Room was warm when entering. Nice and clean. The breakfast was typical. Fruit, yogurt, breads and waffles. They had great herbed potatoes, but the eggs were inedible. Very salty and texture was strange. The coffee was good. All in all a good stay.
