This place is great! We were a large group traveling for a wrestling tournament. The games and lounge area was perfect. Very convinient location for the convention center nearby. The rooms were clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Coffee, tea, and cocoa all day is a nice touch. Clean ice maker and filtered water was a fantastic convenience. Service was outstanding. We will definitely stay again!

Checked in with family of 4 on a Friday with a scheduled checkout Monday. Sticker on bathroom mirror says housekeeping services the room every other day. We never received service, when requested no housekeeping on duty- requested extra towels at least- never got them. Last day of stay, we find a roach in our room. No surprise there when we had 3 days of trash piled up in our room. Never heard of zero service in room for over 3 days. Overall, not impressed with stay and wont be returning to the hilton hotels.

Area was dirty and I mean unacceptable dirty. The toilet was backed up and couldn't flush it. Outside was dirty and horrible. Inside was just disgusting and wouldn't stay here for free again.

The room was spotless but the thing that stood out the most was the staff at the front desk. Check in was easy but the kindness with which we left was so nice. Lately I will say that it hasn't always been this way but there were two wonderful associates, maybe one was a manager but whatever the case they were both top tier. The kindness to my elderly mother to our old dog was the icing on the cake. I personally manage 5 coffee shops, and I know how hard it is to find the right employees. I would say each of these employees deserve gratitude if not more. We will be back. Thanks for a great start to our amazing vacation.

This is a nice, clean room, but….The room is tiny and no coffee in room available. I don"t know the last time i had a stay without at least the coffee pods. You have to dress and go to the lobby for coffee. This is a deal breaker for me.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The major complaint is that the walls and windows are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and snoring. The outside noise was also an issue even though the hotel is in a quiet area. Sleep was difficult.

I booked two king rooms for two nights. I wanted to change one of the rooms to a room with double beds. I was told it was "impossible because i booked through a third party" I know its not impossible. So that was definitely a turn off. However, the hotel was nice, staff was friendly and the area had lots of things to do. Also, the property is close to the highway which is a +. Free breakfast and a free parking lot. The rooms are very small and does not have a couch or microwave. I personally would not stay here again because i would prefer a bigger room. The hotel however is nice and clean.

The property was great and so was the staff. They were very welcoming. The 3 starts are because the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. My husband and I woke up the next morning sore from how uncomfortable the bed and pillows were. The pillows were very soft even with two it felt like we had nothing. Despite those two things the hotel was very nice, clean in the lobby and the room. I wish I could give it more stars.

While the room and the hotel itself was great, we experienced on day 2 the staff coming in to our room while we were there. They would knock on the door and immediately opened the door without waiting for our acknowledgment. I avoided an uncomfortable situation while coming out of the shower! When I spoke to the manager she excused the action of her staff because they had sprinkle inspection. I was very upset and told her she needed to notify us of this inspection before her and reprimanded how poorly she ran the operations that morning. As guests I would have allowed the inspection had we be given prior notice, instead of the management not caring for the intrusive behavior they created that morning.

The hotel is close to a shopping mall, so it is conveniently located. Breakfast options were pretty fair. My only complain is that they never went and cleaned my room or changed my towels during my stay.

The service is not good. The front desk help does not have answers to anything and our rooms was not ready when we were told it would be. Manager was apathetic and clearly is not interested in training his employees. Beds are comfortable but that was the only good thing we experienced.
