They were doing daily renovations that consist of a lot of banging from 9 am till 6pm which would have nice to know before booking. It was really loud.

Property is very conveniently located. The property is undergoing a renovation right now, so the pool was not open and other areas have construction materials lying around, but that didn’t interfere with my stay. The room was spacious and clean and parking is free and plentiful. Will stay here again when I return to the area. Didn’t have hot water the first day, but it was fixed the next morning.

We were greeted with a sign stating there was no water between the hours of 8am-6pm due to repairs. These repairs went on during the 2.5 days we stayed there. After checking out the front desk notified us that we were being charged $5 per day for parking. It clearly states on Expedia website that this hotel includes parking. Really disappointed with our experience with this hotel.

We decided to pick the Hilton because we have had good experiences with their hotels. However, we were surprised to find that the hotel was undergoing renovations while we were staying. Normally, this wouldn’t have been a big deal, but it felt as if they were doing them right next door to us. The amount of bumping and noise, including drilling early in the morning made our stay less than comfortable. Also, from my experience, Hilton is usually a nicer hotel. This one seemed to need the renovations as it was older and worn down looking. Definitely not worth what we paid for the room. In my opinion, they probably should have just closed temporarily to get the work done, that would have better than disturbing guests.

The hotel stay was not completely horrendous. The staff were friendly. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets were dirty so I slept on top of the covers with a blanket. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. Only two were clean. The tub was dirty and looked as if someone just wiped it down. The water didn’t work properly for the shower and since it was dirty, I took a shower at the sink. I understand that the property was under renovation but these things were just a major turn off. Maybe I’ll try again in the future.

My experience from start to finish was a total disappointment. To be quick and make this short, the rooms were not properly cleaned. The hotel rooms have a funny smell. The staff started off friendly then on the last day and night I encountered not so friendly staff there were mechanical issues in the bathrooms (backed up sink, low water pressure in shower), they ran out of linens (towels, washcloths) then received stained ones the next day. Room service is pretty much nonexistent and apparently they only come every other day (during my stay they didn’t come at all). I would not recommend this location until they make some major adjustments and upgrades.

I enjoyed the convenience of the location. My room was not properly cleaned. There was hair on the sink and all over the bathroom floor. Makes me doubt the cleanliness of the rest of the room. My stay was not comfortable. Fortunately my stay was only one night I was in the last room, therefore I had to settle for the room. The woman at the front desk Cleaned the floor and the sink. Which I was grateful for. I don't think I would return or recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms. Very pleasant staff! Nice restaurant and bar. Will definitely stay here again ehen visiting Atlanta. Lots od restaurants to choose from and a big mall in walking distance. Excellent choice!!!

When I first walked into the hotel it appeared to be very clean and nice. But when I walked up to the desk to get checked in the overnight desk clerk was not nice at all. Her attitude was serious! When we got to our room it smelled very fresh and looked like it had been well kept up. The bed was comfortable as well. But the bathroom was not cleaned well and the sink was stopped up and kept getting filled with water that drained out slowly. The morning desk clerk was very nice and helpful. Overall I feel the price and the fees are too high. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking when you paying that much for a hotel that’s over rated.

The hotel is in a really nice area of Stonecrest. There’s lots of restaurants nearby and a shopping mall. It felt really safe. Upon arriving to the hotel, the lobby was nicely decorated for Father’s Day. It was cute. I checked in late because I stopped to see family first so it was past 10 p.m. when I got to the room. Everything looked okay until I got to the bathroom. There was someone’s hair all over the floor. It looked liked freshly cut hair and to add to that I looked behind the trash can and saw what I thought was two roaches and began to freak out but it was two sunflower seeds of all things!! The floor obviously wasn’t swept, looking at the hair made me gag but I was too tired to make a fuss about it, I just went to bed; which I inspected and it appeared to be clean. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Besides the bathroom I had no other issues. I spoke with the front desk clerk the next morning and she said she’d bring it to someone’s attention. I sure hope so because this was beyond unacceptable, it was outright nasty. I’ve never experienced this in cheaper hotels so I’m still in shock.

We were in a room close to the elevators. Every time the elevators moved there was an extremely loud humming/rattling noise. We informed the front desk and they essentially told us “sorry but too bad”. On top of that, there was no trash can provided in our bathroom.

Neat and clean. Friendly reception. I requested and was able to get a room on the 5th floor that afforded a relaxing view. Quick check-in. Love that pool is inside. Spacious room with comfortable furnishings and convenient layout. Translucent screened window with blackout pull-down blind. Next to Stonecrest Mall. Area has many shopping and eating options; as well as spas. Enjoyed my stay. Relaxing and rejuvenating.

Overall I would recommend this hotel due to its closeness to StoneCrest Mall and several eatting establishments. The hotel itself offered a Continental breakfast and a traditional breakfast (for a fee) Smoke free and clean rooms. On the flip side was the closet space which was not adequate for two people and no dressers.

On the morning of my check out we discovered 15 cars were broken into that prior night. Every car broken into was in clear eyesight of the front desk. The staff including the General Manager, Derrick , were completely uncooperative, showed NO empathy, would not even come out to address the guests who had been victimized. When an angry guest banged on his office door, he finally came out to tell us nothing except “call the police”. They had working cameras all around that he refused to review, wouldn’t even provide assistance with getting garbage bags to try to clean up the glass. He and the front desk girl were incredibly rude and no help at all. There seems to be some inside job type energy with this staff.

The facility itself is nice. There is a mall across the street which is nice. The staff however…much to be desired. When we first went to check in, we asked if we could check in early…the gentleman at the front desk seemed annoyed and just kept repeating no no no. Ok, fair enough but then when it did come time to check in at 3pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait 45 minutes. Very inconvenient when you’re just coming off a flight and already had been waiting around. The next day we asked if we could check out late, we were allowed to stay til 1pm then told to call to see it could be extended til 2. We called and the front desk said that was fine…awesome!! But then they called a few minutes later and said we weren’t allowed. When we said we were inconvenienced the day before and couldn’t check in on time, the front desk said they just got “reamed out” by the housekeeping manager but would check. We again were told no. We understand that late and early check ins aren’t a given and are a courtesy but when our check in time wasn’t honored, we didn’t make a fuss so we felt they could have tried to accommodate or at least did something for us. I just felt they missed an opportunity for exceptional customer service. The facility itself though is nice.

They charged outrageous pet fees, two small dogs cost $150.00, more than the cost of the room. Everything cost extra, breakfast, water etc. I had to join their club to get free wifi. The grounds were dirty, broken glass in the parking lot, litter, and not such a good neighborhood.

We got there almost at 4 and room was not ready, their excuse was that they were fully occupied the night before and didn’t finish cleaning the rooms on time for us to check in, while waiting for the room one of the security guys was cussing out a woman and kicking her out, apparently it was a homeless woman that went in to use the restroom, there is a lot of homeless people outside throughout the property, be cautious. When we finally checked in, the room smell like straight marijuana, it was so bad that they tried to cover the smell with some type of air freshener that actually made it worse, it make my throat feel dry and irritated, you could tell the room wasn’t clean properly, specially the bathroom. We just went in the room, got dressed and headed out to the event we were going, came back around midnight trying to go to sleep and there was a group of people in the hallway arguing so laud, we were so tired we fell sleep and around 4:40am a vibrating phone woke us up, we thought it was our phones and it was the people next room, we got up from bed, changed and left the room to head back home, we were planning to stay in bed until check out time but we were tired of the bs and decided to just head out and start driving home 4 hours away… definitely not staying here again

The front desk tried to be helpful. The lobby was chilly. Restaurant/bar was inadequately staffed, so wait was long and coffee, juice, plates went un-refilled.Room was adequate, but housekeeping did not attend to it. Pricing was on point. Paying for included breakfast (cooked to order and delicious!) was a good deal. No ice on our floor.

Pleasantly surprised. Felt like an upscale hotel. Super clean lobby. Johnathon was working the front desk, and was very nice and helpful. He also remembered my name (big deal for me) later on in the evening when I called down, and saw him in the hallway. Though breakfast is an extra fee, it was very good, and was worth the price.
