The amenities were not as advertised. I booked this based on the breakfast, gym and laundromat. The breakfast was disappointing as it was not as pictured. There was no waffle/pancake machine, no cereal, no creamer for the coffee. The cooked breakfast was ok, just scrambled eggs, potatoes and some kind of sausage. The gym equipment was very dated and did not work well. I was there for a baseball tournament and needed to be able to laundry, per the listing this location mentions a laundromat, when I asked the staff where is was the said there wasn’t on this property. My room was ok, but the door didn’t work well and the staff had to show us how to turn the handle up or down to get it to open. There was only one ice machine in the main building, and even though there was a note on the machine to not fill coolers there was never any ice available. I would recommend Expedia confirm amenities and update the photos to be specific to the location.

Excellent facilities in a convenient location. The rooms are light and airy with clean modern furnishings and everything you could need for a business trip is included. Massive channel selection on the huge TV if thats your thing and fairly fast intetnet. Try to secure a room in one of the front buildings as I-75 can produce a bit of noise in the back. Also take limited expectations to the breakfast room as yogurt and fruit were not avaiable during my stay, however the hot breakfast options were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot is well lit and well planned out for plntiful parking near to the rooms.

The stay would have been great except for the fact that the pool was not going to be open until some time in July. We had picked this hotel above others for only two reasons; distance to my son’s graduation, and a good looking pool to keep the younger kids happy being away from home. There was nothing wrong with the pool, and the kids could see that and whined about it the whole time. The staff never disclosed this huge fact at check-in, especially knowing by the reservation that we had young children. We would have 100% found another hotel with a usable pool option.

The pool wasnt working, inly one elevator worked and the staff is very very rude. There is a fee for late checkout whi h is dumb. This is the 1st place ive stayed at that has this charge.

Elevator was immensely outdated, buttons didn’t light up for some of the floors. Bad service. Room didn’t get cleaned during stay and were not given clean fresh towels and the used towels were not picked up. Phone in room didn’t work and this was not stated when we checked in and found this out when I tried to call for new towels to be brought up.

Unlike the 14 previous places we stayed on our road trip, they, for some reason, did not accept Apple Pay as an option for the deposit. This was not disclosed on the listing. The elevator was a year overdue for the inspection certificate. Room plumbing, while functional, was loose and felt like it would snap off at the drop of a hat. The TV was defective and looked like it had been dropped. And to top it all off, the pool was closed.

Pool was bright green

The pool was closed because it was green didn’t open when communicated. Only limited breakfast on Friday Saturday and Sunday no gf or healthy options. Overall old hotel only one elevator worked. My bathroom door would not shut and the hallways were dirty.

the room was ground level. I saw a bug in my room alive,the only good thing was Tv access the bed and the Bathroom. There was dead bugs on the floor. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Roaches all over. Complaints to front desk and expedia went no where. would never book again

Didn't have the king room I reserved. Floors were sticky and needed mopping. Pubic hair in shower.

The smell was terrible, smell like Mike in the hall ways and rooms also a mildew smell through the whole building.

The property has three buildings. One with interior facing rooms, two with exterior facing rooms. We stayed in 142 and awoke to live bugs in the room, crawling on us. After reviewing further there were several dead ones under the shelf and bathroom vanity. When I reported it to the front desk, they said they were aware and have been trying to take care of it for a while now. If I wanted compensation I needed to wait until 10am when the manager was onsite. Compensation was the least of my concerns, returning home with bugs on our clothing, in our suitcase and the lack of sleep was. No one empathized or apologized until I pointed out the least they could do was apologize first for the incident. Nobody wants to be awoken by feeling and finding bugs crawling on them. There were several other options in the area, I selected this particular one based on the reviews. Definitely NOT a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel overall was not very clean and room was very humid.

My room was dirty. Mold was behind my bed, the beds were not made properly. Sheets were not clean. The door did not lock correctly. There was a hole in the door and the room was dusty. The AC control wall unit was torn off the wall and the AC was more like a window unit. Completely disappointed with the room and the hotel. More like a motel rather than a hotel.

Dirty and Noisy

Terrible customer service, property dirty with cleaning staff nonexistent. Common areas dirty. Unable to get clean towels. Roaches in room. Elevators not working. Pool out of service numerous days. Overall poorly run hotel, customer service terrible and dirty hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. Terrible

Internet was horrible

There was minimal channels on the television. Remote didn’t work. Could add a microwave to help the room seems sound proof except for the freeway noise

Nice hotel. Just noises at night. The shower and tub could be renovated. It doesn’t match the nice room.

There was not any remote control for the TV.... The room was facing the highway which was very noisy....

No TV in my whole stay the tv doesn’t work and the receptionist doesn’t do much the technician just check and say the tv was broken in the antenna connection at night the receptionist said she was gonna gave me discount for the tv

The WiFi was none. I went to the front desk for help. Got it, and as soon as I got to my room I had none. The entire stay was with no WiFi. I won’t be staying there anymore

I had to leave early because there was not wifi and I could not get any work done.

Update of my last review i did too soon. Check in was smooth. Room is clean. No mini fridge and phone didnt work (needed wake up call. My cell was almos dead and left charger). Overall it was good stay though.

We had a good stay but we had issues with the door not closing poorly and required a lot of effort. The bathroom shower liner was missing and caused a lot of water to drain into the floor.

Message light on phone was blinking. No message. Couldn’t turn it off by following directions. Static on phone made it impossible to communicate with front desk. Phone should be replaced. Terrible choice of TV channels. Lighting was only right next to bed, no overhead light. Otherwise, room was adequate as a clean and convenient place to sleep.

Great stay, quiet and in a good area. I asked to have my room cleaned twice for the 4 days I stayed there and it was never cleaned.

Horrible check in experience. No elevator to second floor explained to girls at desk traveling alone with daughter for a week and couldn’t carry all luggage upstairs and since booked thru Expedia they wouldn’t help me or change my room! Told sold out put me in back of hotel and only 3 cars in parking lot at 11:30 pm! Very scared to be in this room alone with daughter!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! Scared to even fall asleep as no one to help back of hotel. Very poor help at front desk!

First this property was nice and well taken care of. The problems I experienced were with checking in. I was not able to check in due to a hiccup with the clerk finding the confirmation number for the room. She instructed me to call Expedia. I did and he tried to call the hotel. She repeatedly would not answer the phone, which she had done several times while looking for the confirmation number. I alerted her that the Expedia representative was trying to reach her. She smiled but would not answer the phone. This went on for almost 20 minutes. I was finally able to get her on my phone with the representative. After he gave her the information she needed to check me on she just left and went in the back. She finally came back and checked me and my family in. I had my children and my 80 year old mother with me. I was late for my engagement. It was awful. Other than that and the breakfast my stay was nice and rhe other clerks were very sweet and accommodating.

Booked the hotel but when we arrived they overbooked the hotel and had no rooms for the family!! Sooooo unhappy arriving and not having a room after a long day.

Front desk staff was able to accommodate our early check in request and pleasant throughout our stay.

Not the most friendly staff

We arrived and were greeted with a smile and given our room. The first room we were given was not clean and the bathroom door which had a whole in it was poorly patched with plaster (on a wood door). The door did not close without substantial force. The hardware on the furniture was all rusted throughout the room. We brought the concern to the front desk who were not surprised and offered us another room. The second room was filthy and smelled musty. The hardware on all the furniture was also rusted. We asked for an alternative to which they had none. I asked for some cleaning supplies so I can get the sticky stuff off the floor and dresser and they said that they could handle it but if the room overall was unsatisfactory maybe we should try another hotel. The staff gave us 3 recommendations. We chose a different one. I was introduced to the supervisor who apologized that they did not meet our expectations and would not contest Expedia for a full refund. And would write a letter to that effect. We just learned that they are enforcing the cancellation clause and not refunding anything. So aside from being an unkempt facility they are also liars. The lobby had several holes in the ceiling from water damage and all the carpets and furniture were stained and heavily trafficked. Well done Wyndham!

I had prepaid for my reservation through hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. (had prepaid specifically assuming they would hold the room), we were told they were sold out and didn't have a room for us. The same thing happened to two ladies who walked in after me - they had prepaid via another 3rd party app. Exhausted from a long day of driving, this was not a good end to our day.

Location

The hotel is located near I-75 and an assortment of shopping and dining. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The breakfast has a limited assortment. All in all, I’d rate the property good but not great.

This property was close to our sons house and we found that it met our needs.

Was close to interstate and Life University.

Close proximity to restaurants, local shopping areas

Staff was not friendly. Area was unsafe.

Close to Truist Park.

This property is located in a great spot. Very easy to get on to 75 and centrally located to restaurants and stores. The pool area is fantastic! Plenty is seating and large. Front staff was wonderful. My room was located on the inside. Clean and comfortable.

Didn’t like the area. It was convenient to the interstate.

Very LIMITED breakfast. Food portion is given by the staff, and they give VERY LITTLE AMOUNT of it. I always book for Wyndham properties, but this one is by far my least favorite. Will probably not come back again.

Nice rooms & very clean. The breakfast isn’t that good. They have an employee serve you a kid size amount of food instead of you serving yourself like at other hotels.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had very limited choices.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff, nice location, negative about it was the green pool, housekeeping was by request only, not one mention that, typical breakfast extra charge.

Booked for location and Free Breakfast but they charge you for it. Once I saw what they offered, I left early and went some where else to have breakfast. Young male that checked me in was very nice.

I didn’t like the breakfast. It said it was a continental but only cereal, pancakes, coffee and muffins available. Nothing too special. Overall for a one night hotel it was good and then hit the road to continue my roadtrip. Affordable

Breakfast was terrible.

The staff were nice. However, could not make change when you bought snacks. The breakfast was lacking and the waffle iron was not working because the didn't have the butter for it, which made the lacking of choices for breakfast worse. Very nice and updated cafe area, so the atmosphere was good, just no food to speak of. It was very clean and we felt safe. We were there because of medical appt and have booked 4 nights for the next appt.
