I dont want to beat the property up too bad, but the carpet was stained in a few areas, several areas needed painting. The bedding, bathroom, and furniture was clean. The kids loved the inside pool, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly.

I would not recommend this place it it old and while they have tried to clean it up it needs more than paint. Tv did not work at times nor did the heat it was either hot or cold because the fan was not working correctly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator is very slow it is only 3 floors but it was quicker to take the stars.

The property was clean and well maintained. The parking area was well lit and user friendly. The woman at the front desk was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and completely stocked with a complement of hotel amenities. This was a very clean and well maintained facility.

It was really fair for the price, indoor pool was nice. No hot tub though. Next to a gas station and a Waffle House. Breakfast was alright. Beds were very comfortable.

This place had good reviews but it was NOT GOOD. The room was barely clean- there were fingerprints on the mirror, the bathroom floor was disgusting, and the sheer blinds were missing on one half. There were stains all over the carpet. The remote was broken as well at the extra latch on the door. I had to move rooms because of the faulty latch on the door. The place overall was just not clean and sadly I did feel a little unsafe. This place really needs some work. I would never stay here again. However the lady at the front desk was polite and accommodating.

Not very welcoming, one night stay, very dirty!!! We didn't even use the shower/bath it was that bad. When we walked in there, we noticed a shower cap on one of the lamps in the bedroom area!

We’ve stayed here previously with nothing but praise but this time was so different. Bathroom was not cleaned. Hair as of someone shaved was all over the sink. The white shower curtain was brown and mildewed. Towels had make up stains from previous guest. Large whole in bathtub floor that is just taped over. Ceiling hanging and paint peeling in bathroom. You can definitely see a difference not that it is owned by choice hotels from when it was Radisson.

First room had very strong odor of cigarette smoke. Changed rooms. 2nd room did not smell of smoke but was unclean (hair balls on carpet, hair in shower, etc.) Would have left but it was nearly 11pm and was only staying for a quick rest while driving to Florida. Breakfast was not edible. Would never return to this hotel. Lesson learned - you get what you pay for.

Aside from the rambunctious children, room was good, air was cold, water was hot and had good pressure. Great spot for a two day drive back home if you’re looking to get clean and get some rest.

The service was friendly and they definitely tried to keep it clean. The building is old and there's not much that can be done for that. The walls were incredibly thin. I could hear EVERYTHING going on in other rooms, the hallways and in the parking lot. My room was right by the outer building lights so it was like it was daylight ALL the time. It's right next to the interstate and a truck depot, so you get to hear that noise too. Needless to say, I got zero sleep, but I'm glad the super snorer next door did.

The comfort of this Hotel was Very Uncomfortable. The beds were Very Hard, and It Was Brought to the attention of Management. Unfortunately, There wasn’t much they were able to do.

The associate servicing breakfast was super friendly.She went above her duties by tell the patrons she would clear their tables.She made the comment she wanted them to enjoy their dining,you don't get that in restaurants.The check-in associate was professional and nice,alot different than the chckout associate,who probably was having day,and showing it.

We found the desk clerk to be exceptionally pleasant. Her professionalism is commendable. She is assigned to the second shift. Her explanations were thorough and detailed.

Overnight receptionist was rude, lazy, and either doesn't understand, in the industry she works in relies on customer satisfaction or doesn't care. She was more concerned with her male company than actually do what she's paid to do, she does NOT have any respect for her co-workers, she directed me to put trash and towels, which were soaked with vomit, for housekeeping to pick it up. Apparently "she wasnt touching bag of vomit towels". The bag was coomerical oversized bag I had to get from my car, because she didnt know where the bags were.

They need to have a 2nd person at the desk during peak times such as 5-7pm. One clerk at the desk, phone kept ringing and she finally started answering the calls while the line of customers was growing. Finally I called the front desk as she was still on the line. She had an exasperated look on her face and I held up my phone and said "that call is me. I figure you can ignore them now." I was nice about it and she took it as a favor to help her along. The customers behind me liked it too. If they had day and evening shifts overlapping here it would solve that problem. The bathroom had been remodeled and the tile work was nice, but whoever caulked the shower liner and painted the walls & trim must've been a kindergartener. It looked like that quality of a job. No freezer portion of the fridge. I needed to refreeze water bottles for my cooler but couldn't.

They marked me as a no-show after I checked in, so on the second day of my stay, someone entered my room while I was sleeping! They gave key cards to another couple, not knowing I was in my room. On my morning before checkout, I had to get my card re-assigned so I could retrieve my belongings because they disabled my card. The staff have made no mention of compensation for their mistake. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was a little traumatic to have someone walk into my room while I was sleeping in my underwear!

The property was decent, but could use some upgrades. I didn't care for the people hanging out in front of the hotel. Breakfast ends at 9:30, we went down at 9, food put up. She was nice to go get what we wanted but it was just the point we had to ask for everything, except drinks. The area is busy andvits hard to get to get to the main road because of the busy traffic. Its no not for me, regarding another stay.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Only complaint is the main road between the hotel and I-75 is only two lanes and the there are several huge warehouses close by using many semitrailers coming and going making it almost impossible to get in our out. Definitely needs a backroad out of the hotel to access the road at the nearest traffic light. Would I come back - for the hotel yes, for the road conditions no.

There wasn’t any plates for breakfast. We had to eat out of bowls. There weren’t many options for breakfast either. We were missing a shower curtain in our bathroom which we didn’t notice until it was time to shower. Staff was friendly tho.

We traveled in for the NASCAR race and it was not far from the location, very convenient and good price. Clean and courteous staff Ms Emma at breakfast made sure we all had everything we needed and even made the waffles for my partner Aka Big Baby lol. She was amazing I would visit NASCAR again and make this place our go to for our stay. Thank you for a pleasant experience during our stay. To the entire staff.

Our room had.105 Toilet that never stopped running and our daughter room had a cricket in the AC unit ( right across the hall ) . Th breakfast came out and looked wonderful but it was all cold and had to be heated in the microwave which was small and so everyone had to take turns waiting on the microwave instead of the hot food keeper which was not turned on . So people were backed up at breakfast in line . The quality of the food was good . But frusterating stone cold

Ms.Emma in dining area is always cheerful, happy and accommodating, she made the stay, feel like we were at Grandma's house. I appreciate her smile and helpfulness. Breakfast was not the same when she was off. Thanks Ms. Emma.
