Loved the room layout. The room had no housekeeping done between nights. The cycle in the workout room was broken.Along with out toilet paper holder. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. We would stay there again

Elevators broke the morning we had to leave, had to haul all 50 lb luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Coffee maker broken the whole time. Breakfast was not great. Card key got deactivated multiple times despite trying to keep it away from keys, phone etc. staff always in the back room instead of at the desk. Won’t stay here again.

Parking spots were very tight. Had to park on the back of the hotel and walk back to the front in order to enter because the side doors didn’t work with the key. The room smelled had a very strong smell. It smelt like someone peed on the carpet. Definitely do not recommend.

Chose this location because it had EV charging for my Tesla. Had both Tesla and non Tesla chargers (overnight). The thermostat did not seem to work. Had to get up at 4:00 a.m. to turn it off cuz I was freezing. Water temperature in The shower was inconsistent for some reasons shower was inconsistent. No hair dryer in the room. Meh...

The rooms were clean and nice but ammenities need a lot of improvement. The pool was dirty and had bandaids floating in it, the breakfast was very limited, drink machine was taped shut and our shower handle was broken.

Bedsheets were filthy. I'm glad I brought sheets with me on my trip. There were pee stains on the toilet seat. My room door was open. I summarize that that bedding was not changed from the last 2 guests.

The room had an odd smell. The bathroom had mold or mildew on the ceiling and the shower head was kind of gross. Could use a vinegar soak and scrubbing. The breakfast was good (especially the biscuits) and staff was friendly.

Check in was great. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted good! The one negative was was the cleanliness of the room. I found food in the refrigerator, a blueberry on the floor and a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Other than that, this hotel was good.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The carpet is extremely old and looks dirty. The bathroom walls had some type of residue on it that grossed me out. It could’ve been cleaned with a rag from house keeping. The floor had a fresh mustard stain on it that caused me not remove my shoes other than getting in bed. It needs upgrades for sure but once again the staff was awesome!

The room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The bed had stains on the flat sheet. The floor wasn’t vacuumed, the tv stand table was dust. The shower head was dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while to where it had that pink color bacteria on it. The toilet was dirty, it looked like someone threw up on it and didn’t clean it properly. Oh and the room had a smell to it as you entered. The front desk employee had an attitude when I kindly asked her to move us to another room, she ignored my question and told me she could give me new bed sheets. She gave me the wrong size bed sheets, went back down to the lobby to ask for the right ones and she told me I gave you these so you could over the stain spots but the flat sheet was for a full size not a king size mattress sheet. All while giving me an attitude, I told her that I didn’t want to make her job harder, or trying to be complicated. I just wanted my stay to be comfortable. She told me she understands, and she would want the same if she was in my position. Overall I will not be staying here again.

The room were clean and the staff were nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location and as a heads up there is a $100 deposit fee you will have to pay at check in that I didn’t know about and that need to be listed on their website.

We got a double queen room with a sleeper sofa and it was a very nice room for the cost! We were a bit annoyed by the entry area light that couldn't be turned off- it was like a nightlight all night which would have been fine if we were just using the beds, but sleeping on the sleeper sofa right next to it, it was too much light. It also flickered constantly so it seemed like a strobe light. I would have much preferred a completely dark room. The temperature in one of the 2 elevators was really hot and muggy, not sure why. The hotel was very nice and clean, up to date, very comfortable. Staff was very kind and friendly, and handled our needs promptly (sheets for the pull out bed and extra towels). The breakfast buffet was fantastic- scrabled eggs, sausage patties, fresh biscuits, and amazing sauteed potatoes with peppers and onions. Also typical fare like cereal, waffles, breads, oatmeal. Plenty of coffee and tea, as well as hot cocoa. Quite happy with our stay there!

Our stay at comfort inn suites started out well. The hotel was clean and room was large and comfortable, however when it came time for bed that’s when the problems started. There was a parking lot light right out side our room that shone directly into our room. They had black out curtains but the curtains didn’t cover the window completely and so our room lit up like it was daylight all night long. Then at 1:30am someone tried walking in our door. The front desk clerk was with them and they were trying to get in our room. Needless to say strangers trying to get in our room in the middle of the night while we’re sleeping scared my kids and I to the point we didn’t sleep well the rest of the night. After trying to come in our room the front desk clerk called our room (in the middle of the night) and asked who we were and what we were doing in the room. Apparently when we checked in earlier in the evening the other front desk clerk didn’t mark the room as booked. In the morning when I went down to check out and talk to the morning front desk clerk she acted like it was no big deal and laughed it off. The staff is less than professional at this location and I would never stay there again.

Front staff was friendly and polite. However, the beds were rock hard and very uncomfortable. We were there for 3 nights and had poor sleep each night. I know that bed firmness is personal, but these beds just aren\'t for me. Also, housekeeping kept hounding us to check out. Knocked at 10:45am, 10:55am and then at 11:05am and rudely said "you know checkout is 11am??" Like we know, my partner went downstairs to get a luggage cart. Mind you, each time we answered them to let them know we were packing, so I don\'t feel like the extra hounding was necessary. We were out by 11:07am, and if 7minutes is THAT big of a deal, we definitely do not recommend.

The room was in good condition, front desk staff could have been a bit nicer. I also had a late check out , but I guess the person at the front desk didn’t put that in. so someone pretty much opened my door while I was still in my room asking when I was going to check out.

We got here in the middle of the night. I called ahead but did not expect the construction delay so we were later then expected 3:30am about 1.5hr later then I told them. When we got here I was told I would need to wait up to 30 minutes to checkin because she was doing an audit on the computer and I was late so I would just have to wait. Not a pleasant person. The room is clean but the air conditioner sounds like a lawn mower every time it comes on. Not the place to be if you want to sleep in. You can hear everything that is going on in the hallway and the room is not blacked out. The toilet also runs every couple of mins and was very loud.

We had a terrible experience with this property and unprofessional staff. The building went through some cheap upgrades, but the staff didn’t improve. The night staff is greatly undertrained to handle the customer experience, deescalation of conflict, and professional etiquette. We also had a horrible experience involving smoking billowing through the adjacent door, but we were told that’s not their problem. After protesting, we were eventually given another room despite being told the hotel was fully booked on a Monday night in a remote town without any apologies or ownership for our many problems with their property (there were more).

Staff was friendly. My first room was freezing because the thermostat was inoperable. I went downstairs and showed the clerk a pic of the thermostat and was immediately put in a new room! Comfy stay, just one night. Great location as far as proximity to restaurants and the likes.

All staff was very pleasant and helpful. The manager helped us with a date change without any penalty added. A mistake that was made that was my mistake. Parking was manageable but very tight. Very comfortable place to stay.
