The pool was closed the entire time we stayed. When you stay at a hotel to expect to be able to use the amenities you paid for. I took 3 kids with me to celebrate a birthday birthday and we had to spend the day out of the hotel since the pool never opened. Wall paper was hanging off the walls, our room furniture was out dated, hotel hall has a terrible smell, hotel was under construction and it was a mess and didn’t seem organized. We stayed a year prior and it was a nice experience, I won’t be back again. Very disappointed.

The property was in a quiet area right off a busy and convenient road. The parking lot was very dark at night, so that didn’t feel safe, even though nothing else gave me that feeling. The beds were comfy, and the water pressure in the showers were great. Breakfast was very heavy on breads.

Fitness Center was very inadequate and pool was closed. Also a lack of towels and washcloths for the rooms, And most importantly, a safety hazard that the boiler room was propped open and could not be closed.

Bed very uncomfortable, woke up every morning with a very sore back. Room needed upgraded, paint chips on walls and in bathtub. Some staff was friendly and others were not. The elevator was very scary, scared was going to get suck in it. It was very hard when stopped.

My room was dirty. There was mold growing in the shower head, the sink was sticky and the plumbing didn’t work well. The staff was really nice but the hotel needs to be updated and cleaned.

While checking in, the original room we were sent to was not ready for a guest. The door was open and a fan was blowing in the carpet next to the bed and the trim on bottom of wall was removed. We had to go back down to front desk and be moved to another room. After we unpacked in that room, I noticed a smell of vomit on the carpet between the beds. I went down and spoke to front desk. At that point I was too exhausted (I had a migraine) to change rooms again. I went to publix and got a bottle of febreeze to try to cover the smell. It only helped a little. And last night there as iw as fluffing my pillows for bed, I noticed dried chunks of vomit on headboard in bed closest to door. So no, I was not pleased with the room at all. The evening clerk was very friendly but the cleanliness was severely lacking. I feel a partial refund is not asking or expecting too much at all..

Overall was a good experience. The hallway on the 5th floor needed vacuuming and the room we stayed in had a very wet spot in the carpet from the fridge. Talked to front desk and they had written to check when I checked out so they were very attentive to fix the problem! Customer service was excellent! Besides those 2 little hiccups very well maintained in and out of property!

The hotel is run-down and dirty. The room had dirty bedding and broken fixtures in bathroom. Bathtub lifting up . People were loitering outside hotel into early morning hours. Questionable activity. No AC in hallways, graffiti in elevators, people had spit on elevator walls. Avoid this hotel

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. We called the front desk and got a curt reply the the hot and cold were hooked up backwards. Upon investigation under the sink there was a 12 inch diameter hole in the drywall exposing the plumbing. When I straightened the hose, black water ran out, then the hot water came out.

The room was clean. The facility was nice. The biggest problem was the doors do not have a dampener on the closing so every time someone closes a door it slams shut. I was woken up over seven times in my stay of one night. If they got that resolve I would give it a five-star experience.

I stayed here based off reviews from previous guests; overall, I’d say I was let down with the accommodations. The room was somewhat clean but had a mysterious liquid on the cabinet, hair in random places, and a fingernail or toenail at the edge of the bed. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the doors paper thin. Friday night into Saturday, we heard people coming in and out of their rooms until around 3AM. It was disappointing that this was allowed as it wasn’t just people arriving later. I finally turned on a sound machine on my phone and could still hear everyone. The breakfast was decent, what you would expect but the area far too overcrowded and the food sparse. The pool was much smaller than pictured and when multiple kids’ parties were allowed in the area, we couldn’t even enjoy the area because of the screaming. It was too loud to enjoy. Overall, the space was decently clean but also a let down in several ways. The price is comparable to others in the area and I’d almost suggest it.

Staff at front desk charge my credit card for $50 instead of holding deposit on my card. i needed to call them to solve the problem after few days. They return the charge of $50 back to my card. I still think that they need to train their staff so don’t repeat that mistake with someone else. if i wouldn’t catch this mistake would cost me extra $50 for that night stay.

This was our 2nd time at hotel & rude lady at breakfast on Fri morning. Starting cleaning up bfast at 8:55 . Then housekeeping bangs on door 11am, 11;15 am & 12pm & lady was sooo rude to me. We had late checkout & she starting yelling. Completely unacceptable Then manager at desk was rude also. & strting arguing with me abt late checkout & disnt care abt housekeeping waking me up 3x . Ridiculous. Never stay here again

First, you need to know that there is currently construction going on at this hotel. It would have been nice to know that before booking the room. However, I still would not choose to stay here again. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the breakfast was lukewarm and other than the nice young lady who checked me in when we arrived, there was never anyone at the front desk. When we came down for breakfast, I had to go to the bathroom, so I went to use the restroom in the lobby, but it was locked. (There was no one in there), and there was no one at the desk to ask about it. I had to go back up to my room. By the time I returned, my breakfast was cold. I had called down to the front desk when we first got up to see how long breakfast was served, but couldn't get anyone to answer. The only other good thing I can say about this hotel is that it was a great location for the reason that we were there, but there were other hotels in the same area that might have provided a better stay.

Hotel is in a quiet area walking distance to grocery stores, some retail stores and restaurants. We were there for four nights and no one emptied our garbage or changed the towels during that time even though I asked twice at front desk. I finally had to get some extra towels myself and empty the garbage myself as well. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

We had good time at the Hampton however we had no housekeeping done once or amenities (coffee in the room stocked once) or towels. We will come back but will need to let front desk know. We did not put any sign out asking anyone to stay away either. It was very close to our family we were visiting. We were comfortable in our bed.

Bad service. They don’t do daily room service, unless you request the receptionist to send one to your room; therefore if you’re run out of bath towels, you have to get one or two from receptionist by yourself

I travel frequently and use Hampton inn all the time. This location always has the lowest quality breakfast and lack of choices. It's like they are doing the "Bare" minimum . other locations go out of their way to be helpful. My previous visit here none of the garbage cans were empty and garbage was everywhere falling on the floor. As I manage people for a living this atmosphere stems from weak management at this location
