As you can see in the ratings I gave, this hotel's cleanliness, staff, and comfort were all above standard. The major issues arise from the hotel itself. This is by far the worst Hilton in the Atlanta area in regards to equipment and accommodations. As you can see in the photos, the carpeting, beds, and furniture are outdated. In the room there isn't even a coffee maker, let alone a microwave or any other equipment. There is no office space in the hotel and the only computer is prone to not work at times and old. Gym equipment is old. This is not a Hilton level hotel, this really should be called the Double tree of Norcross/Peachtree Corners. You are not getting what you expect or pay for here, especially if you compare with the Hilton downtown on Courtland or the Hilton by the airport. They both greatly surpass this Hilton, are much closer to the center of Atlanta, and don't cost much more than this one. Avoid and get your money's worth.

Easy parking and check in. Large room with good beds. Curtain didn’t cover window (pulled down in one corner) so light came in. Weird shower set up (hard to find something between too hot & too cold). Inconvenient shelf for coffee maker. Coffee in lobby was good but you had to pay for breakfast and internet. Took forever to buy a beer from locked ‘frig in little store. Who had the key? Kids enjoyed the pool. Elevators were fast. All in all pretty nice.

Staff was awesome! Tuesday and Wednesday “Wine Down” offering an hour of free wine, beer, and appetizers was really appreciated. Pool area outside needs a good spring cleaning but overall had a wonderful stay!!

Very comfort room with large size and beautiful view of the neighborhood. The Pool its cold so not recommendable for winter/autumn The hotel doesnt offer free breakfast. They have free parking, mini market to buy some stuffs and also a gym ( old equipments but ok for cardio) O hotel é antigo mas percebe-se algumas renovações. Room and bathroom floors were filthy, sink continuously leaked, there was food and drinks left in the fridge from however long ago, sink also was moldy/rusty. Also room keys didn’t work after first getting them, went back to lobby and got them reprogrammed and only 1 of the 2 keys worked.

Upon arrival/check in the staff did not greet at all and said "what is your last name" this continued onto the second day with rude staff at the front desk, specifically the two older ladies working the night shift. The hotel overall was ok. The first room given to us had mold/mildew around the bathtub the room was not properly cleaned. We immediately went back downstairs where another room was given to us. I would not recommend staying here unless you have to. Disappointed in the service and for a Hilton, I expected more for what was paid for. We will not be returning. The nice outdoor area is not part of the hotel and belongs to the restaurant unfortunately that area was closed the weekend we were there. They didn't seem to want to bother with it. The bar was ok, nothing special.

Welcome was nice the lady at the desk was nice enough however Ethan was far more personable. There was a stain on the bedroom sheet the was gross however I didn't notice it until we were getting dressed to leave. Had spent the day history a sick relative came in and went to bed and didn't inspect like I normally do.

The staff was great and extremely kind but the room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. Especially the bathroom. There was tiny hair on the side of the shower and corners that I can only assume was from a previous guest. The inside of the sink and on top of the counter looked as if it wasn’t wiped or cleaned properly. The shower water temperature was horrible. It never got hot. We let it run a few times and decided to take cool showers. I’m honestly disappointed in the whole stay. I’ve stayed at multiple Hiltons throughout the U.S. and it’s always been a great stay and that’s why I’m a loyal customer because of the cleanliness and staff. This Hilton wasn’t as clean and I was only in town for a weekend and didn’t spend much time at the Hilton in large part to the cleanliness.

The lobby and surrounding area looked very upscale and pleasing. The room was old and unclean. There was thick substance of something brown under the bed, dirt and dust everywhere. It looked like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned in months. It was hard to sleep because of how dirty and at 8AM housekeeping barged into the room

I couldn’t sleep… it was like the room above me was manufacturing something in the bathtub all night. Like they were slowly stirring with the bathroom fan on all night for two nights. It was rough… it wasn’t loud, but it was present. Wouldn’t do this again with such lack of sound buffering.

2 3 day stays in 30 days and they both went bad on Sunday morning. There doesn't seem to ever be hot water on Sunday mornings. How exactly is that not a thing you can isolate and fix in the 30 days between visits? It is very unlikely I will make this reservation again.

Bed and pillows were awesome! We had an issue with the shower and tub not draining but that was fixed right away. Bathroom itself was ok but needs a little sprucing. I absolutely loved the products in the shower!!

This Hilton location was nice. My room was specious, and the bed was comfy. I was only there for a night and the check in staff was great. I had an easy check-in and check-out. If I were to come back to Atlanta I would definitely stay here again!!

Update beds!!! Property needs to update tv. It’s humid in the hotel room areas and air inside the room wasn’t the best. Shower/tub needs to be updated to at least shower only to be more accessible. Staff was friendly.

The first room we checked into smelled like fish and they quickly were able to move us to a different room. The room was relatively clean but needs some updates. The carpet was very worn and frayed in spots and could use a good shampooing. The pleather headboards were peeling and ripped, the curtains were frayed and torn and the wallpaper in the bathroom was badly stained. The location was good and there were stores within a mile in case of any needs. Staff was courteous and helpful.

I love this hotel. It really is a beautiful place. This time was not so great. Our room did not have any hot water. I had maybe 2 minutes of hot water and then no more for the rest of my family. Our second room we had did not have any heat or AC. Nothing worked. I notified the front desk and nothing was done.

When we arrived lady at the front desk was so rude, including at the check out time - same person. Night prior to a check out I picked up some snacks from them and they’ve asked for my room # without asking me for my name. So anyone could charge stuff under my/any room #. After checking my bank account, they overcharged me by $50, now I have to go through trouble of disputing this charge. Overall, room was ok nothing special but front desk TERRIBLE, RUDE! Front desk needs to fix their attitude!

Let’s start with the positives: · The front desk and maintenance staff were polite · The bed was very comfortable · Plenty of towels were provided, which is often an issue Basic fails: · The air conditioner didn’t work · The fridge didn’t work, no biggie, but the replacement one didn’t either, which was important for dietary restrictions · Cream colored curtains had literally been stitched multiple times with black thread and were still shredding · The floor was ridiculously dirty and likely hadn’t been mopped in months (pic attached) · There’s no coffee maker in the room, so the lobby is your only option · The “free breakfast, the people in the restaurant ‘bill you for’, which can be removed at the front desk · We were asked twice by cleaning staff when we were leaving despite having the do not disturb on the door for conference calls, for a noon checkout. Once at 10am and once at 11:45am. There are lots of hotel options in this area and I expect much more from a Hilton. Slightly outdated is one thing, the rest made it very easily a place I will not return to. We had a minor accident that required ice and towel for some minor bleeding, then wiping the floor. Attached is the dirt from 2 steps in the door in that wipe up…that is gross, and I have 2 dogs and 3 kids.

A reservation was made and then not fulfilled. My family was unable to check in. The front staff were not welcoming and barely offered assistance. My family among other parties were told we were unable to check in due to their system being down and there was nothing they could do about it. However we know that other friends and family had checked in the day before and day of. None of us received phone calls or emails prior to our arrival. Many of us were visiting from various states and cities. It took my family and others hours to try to find other accommodations at the last minute.

It is like a 2 stars hilton or a 3.5 stara normal hotel, good enough to go and sleep, staff are a little rude but nothing worst than Memphis. We had a big inconvenience, a male open our room at 10 am, my wife was semi naked and my 2 years old was still naked, it was frustating, scaring and made us feel super insecure, we were going to extend our stay for 2 more nights, we just decided to stay somewhere else were we feel secure, it is a shame that a big chain as Hilton just became motel 6

Peachtree Corners, Norcross area- location is ideal. Likes: surrounding area is quiet, mostly business; amenities consistent with other Hilton large scale properties; room cleanliness and textiles nice quality, fresh. Caution: off property F/B options require car transport, shuttle does not operate post 5:30P; on property restaurant average quality food prep, menu and service. Plan to use again based on business convenience.

Standard room with two queen beds. Good blackout curtains. General’s chips were great from the Latitude 33 (hotel restaurant). Good location to reach businesses in the Norcross region and not too far from Atlanta to drive in for a Braves game or go out in downtown.

The hotel is about 30 mins from airport but in a great location. There is a lot surrounding the hotel and close by restaurants. The staff were very friendly as well. I had a smooth check in and check out process. Overall, great stay!

The property was nice and the staff were very friendly. We were very disappointed with the brunch which had overcooked sausage, uncooked eggs, mediocre fruit and costed $20 a person. I brought this up with the receptionist and all he did was apologize which doesn't really help that I was at $60 on bench
