The breakfast was great! The internet didn’t work one day but they apologized for that so I don’t think that is common. The pool was large, clean and conveniently located( though the paint was pealing and sticking to me when I was sitting on the stairs).

The bed was great to sleep in but the conditions of the room was horrible. The usb outlet didn’t work, one of the lamps in the picture would turn on and off by itself. The pool was closed for maintenance on July 4th weekend, that’s crazy. As you can see in the pictures that there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The outlet near the bathroom sink was about to cave in. Won’t be staying at this hotel in the near future. We came from out of state

The stay wasn’t the best or the worst. There are some things that need improvement, bathroom door needed a fresh coat of paint, hallway carpet had some heavy staining. Entry door near elevator didn’t lock.

Bed was comfortable but that’s about the only good thing. Took 20 minutes to check in at 11:30 pm. Carpet in room was dirty. Looked like a drug deal was happening out front. The fitness center, which is a main reason I booked this room, was closed due to maintenance, and even if the gym wasn’t under maintenance, it doesn’t open until 9 AM? Very poor experience and will not come back unless it’s the last resort.

First impression was great! Clean lobby. Recently updated. Check in was pretty easy. Staff was friendly. Once in the room, I noticed some significant stains on the carpet, and the walls as well as some mold on the joining room door frame. In the bath room and bedroom areas there were ants and a used mask between the mini fridge and the cabinet from a previous guest. I was a bit grossed out but was too tired to ask for a different room. The bed was amazingly comfortable and I was able to sleep all night. The room was updated and seemed nice. But, the next morning, I was awoken by a small brown roach crawling across my forehead. I promptly took a shower, gathered my belongings and checked out. I politely told the woman at the desk I would be checking out because of the bugs and specifically mentioned the roach that crawled across me in my sleep. She did not act at all surprised. It was almost as if she’s had this conversation before with previous guests. Her reaction was very nonchalant and did not have an ounce of shock on her face. Concerning. Very concerning. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay since I paid for the stay upfront at check in. She agreed and I politely left. Great looking hotel but it could definitely go for a visit from a qualified and reputable professional exterminator.

This stay was extremely disappointing and I wouldn’t stay again or recommend this. The TV didn’t work, the room smelled of urine and the sink was clogged. The elevator and doors were soiled. But my bed was extremely comfortable and aside from the smell it was very clean

The room was clean and fresh. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with many options. Down side was that the waffle maker was not working. Also, the hallways felt a bit dingy and worn and the room door/doors have a wider space at the bottom and don’t meet the floor. Light and sound came through. All in all, it was a good experience and I would stay again.

The floors in my house were being redone, and I was quite sick. When I arrived, I was charged an extra 30 dollars to get into the room two hours early. I normally wouldn't mind, but I was really sick and just felt like the price plus the extra money seemed a lot for the room here. Also, there is a lot to giving grace to a customer when you see they need it. I needed it..The cleaners did an amazing job! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room just needs to be updated. The toilet paper holder was rusted and coming out of the wall, the shower hardware was old and pulled away from the wall. There are no extra blankets or pillows. In all, I was able to get rest, which was the point.

This was by far the worst hotel I've been in and I travel a lot. My room smelled horrible and nothing felt clean. It felt like I was in a dirty space. we felt very uncomfortable there. Lastly, the Wi-Fi was just terrible...awful. I would give this place a 2/10.

The location is ideal being close to all sorts restaurants and entertainment. The front end workers were very kind and respectful. The breakfast was very mediocre, however. It’s also free so take it or leave it honestly.

We were looking forward to using the pool and it was out of service. This was a big disappointment in the heat. We had unresolved problems with the television. There were staff available to work on it but it was time consuming. We found ourselves troubleshooting the set. Staff was friendly and professional. The included breakfast was decent. Our bed was comfortable and the entire facility very clean.

The desk clerk who was on duty during my check in was so very rude. It was Friday around 6:00 p.m. He wouldn’t allow me to complete a statement concerning our check in. Our spiritual group of 10 was checking in and I booked all the rooms under my name on one credit card as I always have. All of my members were present, however, the information was all under my name stating what adult would be in each room. The desk clerk wouldn’t accept the payment as a group payment on one credit card that was used to book the rooms. He demanded each persons payment individually. It was aggravating. A white lady standing behind me, he insisted on waiting on her and tells her that her guest who were not present could tell him that they authorize her to use their card and he would accept it. My members and I stood in amazement but not in shock. We are of the African-American race. He’s Indian but he was definitely racist toward us. The next day on Saturday, May 29 and May 30 were wonderful, kind and pleasant desk clerks . There was a guest who was threatening and talking very off the wall in the lobby on Saturday and didn’t seem very stable. The desk clerk handle the situation very professionally, quietly and had the person removed from the premises. He never said anything rude to the man, although the man, said some very threatening and disrespectful things. The desk clerk made sure that he allowed us to know that we were safe. The desk clerk on Sunday was awesome as well.

Breakfast was fine, not much ‘hot’ food to choose from. Had to move rooms because the mattress was worn out, drooping to the middle. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. 2nd room had a real musty smell when the a/c was on but not when the heat ran. Since it was cool the rest of the days there, the heat was primarily used.
