Review: A+ Rakhi and crew are a professional bunch who lovingly attended to my needs making certain my stay was blissful. Yet, what's even more super-duper-awesome than that is that during my whole stay (3 nights) the place was under construction and I didn't hear a single peep from the construction! The room was clean and beautiful, AC great, fridge larger than most hotel rooms, bathroom super fresh and the TV was a decent size. I look forward to staying at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Atlanta Roswell again when I'm in the neighborhood.

The building was older in need of upgrading. Our room had torn carpeting. They didn’t have a luggage cart and had to use a laundry cart to bring in our suitcases.

All the photos online for this hotel should be removed!! In reality it is very old, run down and not maintained at all. Paint peeling on room walls. Door to room looked like a dog chewed on edges of the door. Elevator was out of order. I was placed on the 4th floor (got good exercise) because he said it would be quiet. Figured out it was because the first floor or 2 was for "extended stay" people although that was not advertised. The folks at the front desk never acknowledged me leaving or coming into the hotel. The breakfast was horrible. Basically coffee, waffles and some toast. Area around hotel was not very desirable either. In a nut shell DO NOT STAY HERE. If I didn't prepay through Hotels.com I would have left

The place smells so badly, the carpets in the hallway as well as the room smell wet and dirty. I felt sick from the muggy smell. Pool was out of service, but it looks as if it’s not been serviced for ages. But the website advertised the pool as one of the available amenities. It’ll be nice if they can update the information of their website and avoid the look of deception.

They were doing renovations on the floor above me, and woke me up at 8:30 am to saws and hammers. They didn’t have a luggage cart and offered me a laundry cart instead. Gross. We killed a roach within minutes of entering the room.

We first arrived and were given a musty smelling room with wet floors. We asked to switch rooms and the next room was exactly the same quality. Later in the evening we went to use the beds and the sheets were dirty. We also found used sex toys in the drawer in the night stand.

It was very dirty, dirty towels with stains, dirty blankets and pillows a ton of little mosquitoes all over me while I’m sleeping and when I go to the bathroom. It’s a no smoking room but the whole place smelled like cigarettes and it just looks like they don’t clean the place at all!

The hotel looked nice when we checked in. Once we got to our room the beds were so uncomfortable we both woke up in severe pain. We woke up stuffy and coughing extremely bad when we were fine after we got back to the room. When i went to take a shower black stuff came out of the water and the bottom of the tub was filthy. I had to clean out the bottom of the tub before I could even take a shower. The room was definitely not worth the amount i paid for it. I told the young lady at the front desk and all she said was she would take care of it which i know nothing will happen. I actually would like to see my money refunded considering we have been sick since we stayed there and how bad our stay was.

Do not go here. Pay the extra to go somewhere else. This place was filthy from top to bottom and smelt terrible. Our room smelt like cigarette smoke and had nasty yellow/brown stains on the roof of the bathroom from the nicotine (supposed to be a smoke free room). We needed to ask for new sheets as there was hair and stains on ours and seemed warn, like they were never changed. There were dirty hand prints, and dark substances on the walls in our room and throughout the halls ways. We were nervous to change rooms as we thought it may be worse and had already asked for, “the last clean set of sheets”. We knew this was a low star hotel but good god, save yourself from this one.

This is literally a roach motel. It stank. There were bugs. I found a staff member sleeping on the lobby couch when I went to my car early one morning. The parking lot was dirty. The room was filthy - thank God I brought my own sheets. There was visable mold on the walls. Stains in the hallways floor & a mop that stayed in the hallway both days of my trip. It was demoralizing to stay here. I do not suggest it.

This was one of the worst La Quintas I have ever stayed at. Everything was worn and looked like it hadnt been updsince the 1970s. The breakfast was nearly inedible. And the food store was empty of almost everything escept Cheetoes. Even teh Elevator inspection was expired.

No dolly to transfer items to room from car, no remote for TV - no side or under button to turn on either, no working side left lamp, no towels, fridge was not cold. I turned it to max. I'll see if it comes on. The desk clerk thinks all of this is funny. I don't know why. He said he is new - 2 weeks on job. Chairs are scratched up. Desk clerk said I can check out a diff rm to see if everything works!!! I believe that is the job of the hotel staff!!! It took 1 1/2 days to get a TV remote finally. Toilet flow and bathtub flow drainage is very slow. Bowel movement must be flushed with buckets of water.

This hotel needs some serious updating. The desk chair left pieces of vinyl on my leg when I stood up. The bed was comfy, but that was the best thing about the room. Pets used to stay free but it’s now $25. The air conditioner was loud and didn’t cool very well

The staff was very short and unhelpful. No one works night shift. We Couldn't get clean towels after returning to our room around 10pm. Our tv was broken. The top half had no picture as if it had been hit. The shower was dirty. The freezer was dirty and unplugged took 24hrs and spoiled food to notice. The sheets had lint balls all on it. There was no manager for us to talk to. And the property was disgusting!!!!

I reserved three rooms for three nights for family members. One had a broken toilet the other had a wet carpet with moldy spell and the other saw a roach. They ended up switching hotels after first night. The hotel staff was apologetic and promised a refund however when the amount wasn’t refunded I spoke with them only to have them deny any of it ever happened. Very dishonorable and dishonest. I was promised that notes were taken when I asked to see the ledger they refused however I did notice the ledger is filled with other complaints from other rooms.

The worst. Staff couldn't be inconvenienced to speak to you, and if they had to, you could tell they were ignored. Booked a room that had a pull out couch, and was told they didn't have linens, so we had to go out and buy extra sheets and pillows. The sheets that were on the bed were dirty. The key card was apparently reset every night, so before going back to the room, we'd have to go back to the front desk and get the staff to re-key the card. There were only two towels in the room that was booked for 4 people. It wasn't terrible, but after driving all day, it would've been nice for the hotel to have the bare minimum.

The staff are overly aggressive. The manager does not understand his role. He just supports what ever the staff ask of him. They charge me $20 for not coming out at 11o'clock. I was ready before twelve. They know that they can easily take money out of your deposit and thats exactly what they did. Its an unwritten rule of thumb that you an hour grace to check. There was nothin that they only give 15mins grace. They took twenty out of my deposit because they have the deposit which suppose to be for smoking

Stay here a week at a time while working. Location for me is great as well as the price. Front desk is very nice and helpful. It is an older hotel that could use some updates but they do a great job keeping it clean, which I really prefer. Have never had any issues with safety as long as I've stayed there.

Horrible! Smelled of urine and mold upon arrival. Hoped for the best as it was only a night stay. Got to the room and it was even worse. Sticky finger prints all over the headboard. A hanging, dirty towel on the towel rack in the closet! The pool is a joke. Literally a pond. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. Not even for free. Not that i would have eaten there but there was no breakfast as advertised
