I stayed 3 days.... I actually stayed less than that because I didn't feel comfortable, my first night it was a homeless man sleeping inside the elevator, theres a dirt ring around the tub noone one cleaned the tub,microwave dirty, floors were dirty unswept, I brought food wipes and a broom and baby let me tell you, DISGUSTING, if I can upload some pics I will... If I culve given 0 star I would've

Power flickered on and off a few times during the rain storm, messaged the staff to extend stay,never received a response back,so we left at normal check out. The bathroom could use some repairs, tub had a hole in the side/bottom, could also use a new microwave was dirty old looking and rusted,was afraid to warm my food in it so I ate my meal cold.

Like that it’s next door to a Krispy Kreme. Everything else is disgusting. Toilet, shower, sink, the walls, bedding. Avoid this motel at all cost. Sleep in your vehicle. The added touch was when we left, there was poop in the elevator.

My room was super dirty. The walls, floors, and celling had stains on them. There were holes in the wall and the electrical sockets were exposed. No hot water in the sink and bugs were in the room. The only kept up area was the lobby.

The area is sketchy with a lot of Random people just walking around all night and they were loud. The room was dirty. I started itching as soon as I walked in the room. The Linens were old with holes as if they haven't been replacing years and the floor was Dusty as if it hadn't been mopped. I immediately went back to the office to get a refund for my second night because I had booked two nights. But there was no way I was staying there a second night. The only reason I stayed that night because it was already late.

Right off the bat, after walking in we were greeted with dozens of small flies, the smell of mold and mildew, and dirty towels and old hair in the bathroom. Tried speaking with the front desk, and were told that they couldn’t do anything about it. The next morning, we were woken up by front desk staff, we were told we had only booked one night and 11am was our checkout time and we needed to leave. We had booked 2 nights through Expedia, and after much arguing and back and forth, the staff admitted their mistake and let us complete our stay at this hotel. The morning of our actual checkout, we were woken up early again by loud banging on our door. They said they just wanted to make sure we would check out on time (this was hours prior to our actual checkout time). Overall, a terrible experience. There are plenty of similarly priced hotels around this area and nearby; none of which I could possibly imagine being any worse than this one.

The room was horrible. There was no furniture besides the bed, mini fridge, and microwave. A roach came out of the shower. The shower curtain and bed linen had burn marks on them. The towels and tub were stained. I've stayed in some bad places before but this was the worst and then to have the word Best in the name is crazy work. I would never stay again.

My desk is falling off the wall rail in bathroom is broken towels were on the sink. And a man was screaming violent things and banging on my neighbors door for about 30 mins and I am a single woman trying to rest very scary dirty pillow cases burns in blankets I asked the manager to take a look and he brushed it off like he did not care there is children next door crying often

False advertising as the photos didn’t match the actual room. Reeked of smoke though they advertised it as a non-smoking room. Booked for 2 nights BEFORE seeing the place. After 10m, we were ready to leave. Asked for a full refund but they said they could only refund the 2nd night so we were stuck there. Every question we asked was met with non-chalance or lack of knowledge. We couldn’t run out of there fast enough! Thankful we didn’t see or notice any critters. This was the only positive.

Please don’t stay… Pulled back the sheets and the sheets were dirty and stained… Room was old and dirty! I requested a new room and the clerk refused me another room… I am 80 years old… I asked for a refund and again the clerk refused! I was forced to stay cause I am 80 years old and was dropped off by Lyft!!! Please do not stay here the male attendant at the front desk was extremely rude and very unprofessional… No one should be treated like this… A man behind me checking in got involved and told the clerk he was being rude to me and therefore he was leaving and checking into another hotel… Please Please don’t stay here!!!!!

At the check-in I was charged $25 since I arrived earlier than 3 PM. I showered once I arrived to the room & upon my return to the room that night, the next morning I requested additional towels &:wash cloth and was informed towels limited and since I was only staying 2 nights I was limited to the 2 towel sets in the room, which is Not acceptable.

Booked ahead of time . For 3 nights . Upon arrival around 11 pm the old man running the window was VERY rude ( was even yelling at another resident ) . Or room door look like it had been ran through and didn’t lock properly . The bathtub filled with water while taking a shower . By time I was done showering the tub would be about full. & don’t expect to sleep in . No matter what day you check out , “room service” will be banging on your door talking about,” check out is at 11 am .” Mind you I still had the room booked for 3 days .

We canceled because it’s was not a safe environment my daughter refuse to get out of the car! The only good thing I can say is they didn’t charge my card after being on the phone with one of your representatives, calling to get the reservation canceled they did grateful for that!

Nasty, beds had dirty sheets on them floors were dirty and it’s an extended stay, so there was kids in the middle of the parking lot playing football and I saw a couple drug deals happen. Definitely not a safe place.

The staff is not friendly at all. The white lines ( towels) were dingy but clean. The door didn't close all the way which had a draft come into the room. I saw 2 baby roaches. The morning coffee in the lobby was weak.
