Wow. If I could give no stars I would. We were rudely greeted by front desk. Then told to get on a very rickety elevator, the floors were moldy and squished as we walked. Our room was all nicked up and disgusting walls. Then we looked at the beds: visible bugs on sheets, blood splatters and pubic hairs. We left so fast. It was beyond disgusting and front desk offered no compensation. Hallways were loud and smelled bad. STAY AWAY!!! This place is not only disgusting but unsafe and gross. And now we’ve tried to call for resolution, been hung up on 7x and twice manager pretended not to be manager. Ridiculous! On website they say fully refundable, but it’s not. Front desk is manager, he refused us a full refund! Stole our money.

In need of a good cleaning. Crevices in elevator door full of debris and filth. Used soap from previous stays still in the shower. Visible hair in bathtub drain that didn’t have the proper plug. Obvious smell of cigarette smoke from previous stays so wondering if those folks were charged for that violation. Multiple layers of paint covering ceiling including the bathroom vent that had rust showing through. Couldn’t wait to get a few hours of sleep and head back out on the road!

The hotel was advertised with complimentary bottle water, outdoor pool, shop. Free WiFi WiFi no problem at all. I got 2 bottles of water on arrival, i had booked for 10 nights. When i asked for more water i was told its 2 complimentary bottles of water, i said but im here for 10 night, was given 2 more bottles. In total i did get 6 bottles of water but i had to ask for them. Information on the pool said its open 9am - 9:30pm.....it was always locked. The photos on your web site look lovely, table, chairs, parasols, lovely pool. Its nothing like the photos. The pool is filthy, no seating, tables , etc. Even if it was open you wouldn't use it. Breakfast was ok, the hot chocolate machine was on at breakfast only. My personal choice would be to have a hot chocolate in the evening. I don't drink coffee so i can't comment on that. The room was ok. The shower curtain was mouldy, i asked for another one which was also mouldy. The hotel staff were lovely and very polite, even when there explaining the complimentary water rule :-) There's no shop at all. 3 cold drink vending machines, and some shelves near reception with a few items.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it was very comfortable! The room was clean. I didn't get a chance to visit the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Felt safe in the area.

I have stayed here several times in the past months. The rooms are clean and neat when you arrive, although sometimes housekeeping doesn't seem to do much cleaning while you are there. Getting clean sheets and towels is also a bit hit or miss. My biggest beef is that twice the power has gone out due to storms in the area, leaving the hotel with minimal lighting, no A/C,, no elevator. My last stay there, I had to go to a different hotel due to power being out. Its a nice, economical place to stay, as long as you arent to particular, and there are no storms

Used this property for an overnight stay visiting family. To sleep and shower arrived after midnight. The room was what I expected, neat tidy clean and sufficient for what I needed. However the shower was mildewed. It needed a good bleaching or replacement. There is also an uncovered air vents directly above the shower.

The hotel was subpar. The exterior does not match the interior. There was debris still on the floor. AC unit worked well, but you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Drapery is old and outdated and with the wooden floors you hear every footsteps from the room above you. There is a major safety issue with the windows. The windows do open for fresh air, but there is absolutely no screen behind the window which allows for smaller children to fall out of them.

Arcade in pics does not exist anymore, was removed at renovations. There was pink hair dye and hair smeared on shower wall and make up hand prints. Smelled very musty. We even brought my air freshener from the car to try and help. Vending machine ate $5 and they would only return half. Check out time is 11am but when we left the room at 1045 to retrieve a luggage cart our cards had already been deactivated.

I didn't get a single day of room service during my 3-night, 4-day stay - even after making the request at the front desk on the 2nd night. The room had no space for clothes, no hangers or any other provisions. "Breakfast" was 2 types of cereal or make your own waffle in the nastiest kitchen area I've seen in a while. The facility is obviously frequented by some questionable guests, as the hallways and rooms WREAK of smoke, despite the no smoking signs. A fight broke out in the room next me, and not once did I hear any one attempt to mediate it. I wanted to extend my check out to noon, although I realized check out was 11am...I figured after the complaints about having to get my own linen and towels during the DURATION of my stay, it was the least they could do...they charged me for the one hour extension. All in all, I would NEVER stay there again, and would not recommend it to my enemy...but possibly to my WORST enemy!

The front desk clerk was very understanding and respectful. The room looked similar to the pictures. The room was not as cleaned as I preferred. The floors needed mop, bathroom needed a deep clean, and the bed sheets didn’t smell freshly washed. The room also had a very strong smoke smell to it even though it was a nonsmoking room. After checking into the room, about 20-30 minutes later, we checked out.

The hotel itself was perfect for my needs, but the guests in the adjoining rooms were loud, talking until 3am. There also was excessive slamming of doors all day (I stayed in the room all day studying for a Board exam), for maintenance, housekeeping, etc. Also, there is no place in the room to store clothes, only a few posts on the wall. This should be remedied for more convenience for guests.

It was clean and mostly quiet except for people letting their doors slam in the middle of the night we were sleeping but that’s not their fault. It’s in an ok area, we felt safe. Only things I didn’t like was the bathroom was a bit small and there wasn’t much for breakfast considering how much we paid.

In town from Orlando for a baby shower. Chk in was fast. Parking, lobby, and room were clean. Looks recently renovated. Bathroom and towels new. Comfortable king bed. Fridge and micro. Desk and chair. Noisy a/c, but reported it and they promptly replaced it. Mike, who checked us in and out, and was always there for us, was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

This property counts towels. So, if you want to get a new towel you have to turn in your old towel first. You cannot just request towels without the exchange process taking place. If you clean up a coffee spill with your towel you will be told you will be charged the $50 security deposit for that. This hotel isn’t bad…it just has some growth to go through.

Ok here is the issue. When you read the restrictions on this property before purchasing it does not provide any information about a $50 deposit at check-in. You only hear about it after you have booked the property through the website. Why is it not listed under terms and conditions? I was told at check in that the $50 is for incidentals there is nothing in the room to consume that would cost money. My point is this hotel should post that they have a $50 deposit hold on their reservations otherwise it looks like a bait and switch.

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the room is stiff when opened and scraped the floor and gets stuck midway. Upon checkin, they send you a text to welcome you and ask you to use the number for any inquiries. When I had texted to find out what time breakfast was, the next morning, nobody responded. I did have a restful night’s sleep. Very quiet environment.

Unfortunately, the staff at the front desk upon arrival was rude. We had a language barrier, and when I had to ask him to repeat himself, he responded in an unfriendly manner. There were some terrible odors in the hallway and elevator. Overall, the stay was good as I felt like the place was pretty clean but would have felt better if I knew there was a friendly face at the beginning.
