This hotel needs a lot of work. Furniture in rooms (ex: chairs) were old and ripped up. Bathroom (sinks, showers, walls, floors) felt unclean due to age and yellowing. A/C unit had to be off all night since it smelled like burning fish when on. Front desk warned us not all doors in the building worked. Parking felt unsafe.

Stayed in Room 323 and experienced very little hot water for two days, which made basic needs like showering nearly impossible. More alarmingly, the fire exit door was not functioning, posing a serious safety hazard to guests and staff. As a former fire chief, I find this unacceptable and dangerous. I reported both issues to staff at checkout, but these need urgent attention. Potential guests should be aware until resolved.

Water sprinklers broke so our hallways stunk. Coffee pot in room did not work. And we were told that there was no cable at all so no tv…thou we did get a discount. Otherwise the room was fine breakfast was good.

The hotel was great! My issue was with customer service, and misleading info. On the site it stated there was a laundry room, in fact there is 1 washer and 1 dryer. This was a big baseball weekend, so everyone was washing clothes, I had to wait til 1 am to wash my sons clothes, the machine took my money, I called the front office they sent someone up who didn’t have a clue all they kept saying was we don’t handle it call the number on the washing machine. The gentlemen told me to come get my refund. I came down stair and the Caucasian lady told me they don’t issue refunds because they aren’t associated with the machines. My issue is don’t advertise a service that you don’t associate with, I get it things break, but you can’t give me 2.75 come on. So I had to go to a 24 laundry service that night 3am to was clothes, cost me 15 which was the minimum to only use 7 dollars of that. Very disappointed in how the situation was handle.

The room was clean and very welcoming. The outside of the hotel seemed to be in the process of an overhaul. We asked if the pool was opened and told it was and it was dirty and the pool needs to be resurfaced as paint was peeling off of the bottom of the pool that you could clearly see and there were no lounge chairs to lounge in while sitting around the pool.

Very unclean, found built up hair on my sink drain, tiny roaches in the bathroom, bed was sloppily made, bathroom shower had hair in it, bed was uncomfortable and I had loud neighbors. Overall, unpleasant experience and would not stay here again. The only thing good about this place is how nice the staff were.

The carpet was stained and sticky. There was a hair in the bed. Both my boyfriend and I ended up ankle deep in water when we showered... Would not drain properly. The breakfast was subpar. The sausages and eggs hold have been hot, they were cold. The hard boiled egg tasted funny.

Large group of people gathered in the parking lot smoking marijuana and the entire first floor smelled strongly of the same. My room was dirty and extremely dated. The shower was moldy and the floors were stained.

The room was NOT clean. Room phone was greasy as well as the channel selector. I had to purchase from Walmart, Lysol wipes to clean up. No one came the second day to clean up. No fresh towels and the excuse was that because of COVID, you have to ask for everything (IE: beg for maid service)Tub floor mat was slimy. I slipped on it.

The room was filthy. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed where a salamander literally slithered out from inside the wall in the bathroom (see pics in Google). Everything in the room was worn and in no way useful or clean. The door was warped so much that you can see in and out of the room at the bottom (see pics in Google). The microwave was disgusting and unsanitary this unusable. Between the filth, condition of the room, and the lack of anyone who cares makes this a nasty place to stay. The first night we found the television didn’t work so the maintenance guy came and plugged in the tv to an extension cord then to another working receptacle so we had a cord laying in the room the two nights we stayed (see pics in Google). If I hadn’t paid so much money for the room I wouldn’t care but I paid over $170 a night. I feel violated by this hotel. The filth and disgust is worth a report to the health department and ask for a partial refund for having to clean up before I could safely use. I would fire the “cleaning lady “ who is responsible for such filth.

Thé floor was damp and filthy. I did not want to be barefoot due to damp carpet and my socks where so dirty from walking in the room. I ended up laying towels on the floor to make a path to the bathroom and they were brown with filth after just one night there. I would not go back there. Not to mention water stains on the ceiling and ratting looking curtain over a window that was too messed up to see out of

The staff was very nice but the room left a lot to be desired. The carpet was stained up, the mirror was barely hanging on the wall, the drawers of the dresser was scared with several cigarette burns and the drawers wouldn't stay closed and so they stay wide open. I couldnt get the lamp switch to turn off so I had to unscrew the light bulb. The bathroom had some holes in the walls that needed repaired and it could use a deep cleaning. The window was so fogged up in between the panes that it was difficult to look through. All that being said, I just needed a place to sleep for the night and it served its purpose.

I’d stay here again. 7 night stay. It’s convenient, clean, large room and comfortable bed and good A/C. Small fridge, microwave, kitchen sink and cabinets. Love seat and coffee table. Friendly staff! Cons that need addressing. Door handle to room broken. Card entry worked but required to lift door handle to open door. TV - crap! Old analog and many many channels didn’t work, frozen. Front desk said it’s been that way for a long time. No fix in sight which is unacceptable! You have to ask for room service, so if you need extra soap or garbage bags you have to ask. They won’t service your room unless you ask. I didn’t mind this actually. Most days there were gentlemen detailing and washing/ polishing cars on the end of the building. Not sure why but it’s not a good look. Nice place, convenient to the interstate although you have to go around a restaurant parking lot to get to the hotel. All that being said, I might stay here again if they get the TV issue fixed and get rid of the people running a car detailing business out back.

This property needs serious update. The furniture in our room was shabby and very worn down. There was even a huge top to bottom crack in our window that had been patched, they had not replaced the window. Our bathroom was pretty much clean, but still very old and shabby. The worst part was the carpet right outside the bathroom was wet and soggy the entire stay. When we tried to turn on the lamps, only one worked. We had to swap out a bulb and put it into another lamp to make it work. The stay was almost laughable in the issues that we experienced. The redeeming quality would be the bed linens were clean in the bed was remotely comfortable. The breakfast items were sparse, and the staff was helping themselves when we were trying to eat but we were able to cobble something together.

Terrible. In town for a 4pm wedding. The hotel was not 1/4 full the night before. Asked for a 2 pm check out. This seemed to be a big deal. The best they would do was noon without charging a full additional day. Agreed to the noon time. Then our keys stopped working at 11pm. It a $120 hotel. More like a $50 motel.

The staff, particularly the employees present in the lobby area for breakfast, were extremely unfriendly. Upon going for coffee and something to eat, I told them “good morning!” and was met with silence and unsmiling, cold stares. It made me feel completely uncomfortable and unwelcome. The desk clerk when I checked out was also unfriendly and was irritated that I requested a paper copy of my receipt/invoice for my stay. I felt I was an intrusion at the hotel rather than a welcomed guest. For this reason, unfortunately, I would never want to stay at this location again. The staff need to be trained on quality customer service, including treating guests with kindness and a welcoming attitude, and not making a guest feel apologetic for being there!

My crew was coming in for the week for work. There was a hiccup in the schedule due to weather and we were unable to come the first night. Despite speaking to a staff member at the front desk about the situation and being assured my crews would still have their rooms (I was willing to pay for the night we didn't stay with no problem) the reservation was cancelled. Not only that, but the manager was difficult to work with, but did eventually refund the stay minus the one night. Things happen that are out of our control. Management should understand that and be willing to work with their customers. This hotel has proved to be undependable and will no longer have my business.

The girls Checking us in was on a person call the entire time during check in. She continued to talk on the phone and not acknoedge us other than to say ‘drivers license and credit card’ while continuing her conversation. She handed us our room key while talking on her personal call. She didn’t tell us our room number, how to get there, etc.

Was in town for business. Location was sketchy, lots of homelessness around the area and people wandering through the parking lot (lock your car doors and don’t keep valuables in the car). Not too much to do in the area, couple of restaurants close by.

Overall experience was good. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast experience. When we got there, there was no meat or eggs available. they had about 6 biscuits left. we stayed there about an hour. No meat never came out and eggs came and went very quickly. we were able to share some of that. One waffle iron did not work.

Great stay for the price. The building is older, but in good shape and clean. The HVAC unit in the room was older but functioned appropriately. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. The mattress was okay, I've definitely slept on worse! Front desk staff was friendly and check in was fast. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was so-so. It was definitely worth the extra nightly rate versus the other hotels in the immediate area. It'll be our go-to when visiting family in the Thomson area.

I ve arrived to breakfast at 8:20, my bad, been working hard all night. Since I got there the food containers were empty. I was standing there and waiting for 15 minutes. After a little while one lady came after chatting with her coworkers at the front desk and she asked me if I need something. I answered:"Yes, food." After a while another lady brought a small container off eggs, enough for 3 kids. I wasn t alone in the room. They said it s not worth it to cook more. Since 8:20 arrived 10 people except me to that cantina or breakfast area, all of them left hungry. I paid the hotel the day before at my check in. After checking in I took a nap for 3 hrs ans took off to work. Been working all night, wanted to have breakfast and not to pay another 30 bucks at waffle house. Checked out right after the breakfast. I know, I chose a cheap hotel and I expected probably too much, my bad, will never happen, I promise.
