We liked that they are pet friendly and good food at walking distance, but the room, bathroom, toilets are dirty lucky we always travel with disinfectant spray, the floor must have not been mop and the pool is closed(no water) you can tell hasn't been opened for a long time. In conclusion it's poorly maintained.

I reserved a single king size bed, with access to a swimming pool. I was given a double queen room, the pool appeared to been inoperable since 2012. The sink in my room has been leaking for who knows how long, carpet was drenched, toilet when flushed had water leaking around the bottom as if there was no wax ring. The shower curtain had holes the size of my torso in a couple places, not to mention water spraying out all over the bathroom floor around the shower head. I stayed overnight and immediately went to the front desk in the morning after 4 hrs of sleep waking up to a chirping smoke detector in my room. It started chirping at 4 am every minute. Due to the smoke detector having a cage around it not allowing me to replace the battery. I asked to cancel remaining stay and asked for a refund. They refused on full refund so I paid for the worst night sleep I have ever had in my entire 43 year life! All I have is videos of the sink draining onto the carpet. Not dripping! It was simply draining.

Staff were very nice. Our first room had no working Air Conditioner, so they moved us. The second room had no working TV. The bathrooms in both had black mold growing in the tub areas and on the ceiling. We woke up to find bed bugs crawling on our pillows. We left without taking a shower. This place is by far the nastiest hotel we have ever stayed in, period. They should be closed down.

We lost our home in hurricane helene and Valdosta had no more available hotels I booked this super 8 because the previous night i stayed at the 1 in Valdosta but it was not comparable! When we first arrived to room 136 we ran into a filty toilet with poop and tissue still in front desk moved us to 130 This room had a working toilet but reeked of cigarette and Marijuana smoke mind you we were told it was a non smoking room it was just filthy.food left behind from last customers floors dirtly everything dusty I said ok we will make do just for tonight. We literally had no choice we had already driven an hour. The worse part came around 9pm loud music was being blasted from cars car engines being revved like a party was going on. I just turned the tv up and tried to ignore it but soon it was after midnight with no sign of peace in sight. I soon called the front desk and ask could he ask them to quiet down a little but he was more concerned with what room i was in instead of just walking around and telling them they disturbing other guests i made him aware i would contact local law enforcement if it didnt stop soon. It last for about another hour. I have stayed in low budget hotels before but atleast they were somewhat clean DO NOT STAY HERE it is filthy unsafe for elderly and kids and online picture are not updated pictures believe every bad review!

Had cereal but no milk, no juice nothing but coffee for Breakfast advertised. Our room floor hadn’t been swept. Bath tub disgusting. Coffee cups in room had all plastic covering off (reusing) from previous guests! Sugar /creamer packets were torn open! TV was a joke 6 channels came in. Outside by ice machine smelled of pee and trash everywhere!

This was a very bad Super 8. It was filthy, the ceiling had black spots all over it, the ceiling was peeling and dropped on us in the toilet area and the shot didn't work. We had to us the ice bucket to rinse off. We will never stay at another Super 8.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. Sink didn't drain but l lived with that. The hotel shows it's age but it has been updated. Normal wear and tear. It's not 5 star but it's a good place to stay for a night for a reasonable price

This place was exactly what was expected - comfortable, clean, inexpensive, and convenient to a meeting location for my group. I wasn't looking for a Four Seasons. The only gripe is that they don't offer the DIY Brussels-style Belgian waffles that so many other Super8s have (minus one star). The little waffles in the breakfast area fridge were OK after being warmed up. I'd stay here again and again.

Our first toilet was overflowing. There was a party upstairs. We found blood on the sheets the next morning. Under the beds looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. We got in way too late to check the room due to driving 10hrs so this was all discovered in the morning.

It turned out to be an excellent choice of mine, although I wouldn't recommend them putting visitors into room 121 as its next to a guy who obviously lives there and constantly has his tv and his voice really loud nonstop. Not sure if he sleeps lol

We decided to stay here because of location and decent pricing. While checking in I had my service dog with me and the puppy we have in training, when showing the front office their paperwork and explaining what the paperwork is for, the person manning the front desk looked me dead in the eyes and said “what’s wrong with you?” I said “excuse me?” He asked me again, “medically what is wrong with you?” I told him that wasn’t his role to ask that and it’s actually against the law. He then proceeded to attempt to charge me for the S.D. Fast forward, the room was clean but the property was not. There was trash all over the property and spilling out of all of the trashcans. Staff needs to be educated on laws which pertain to service animals.

our employee that was staying at the Super * was attached with a knife by a person that "just hangs around the motel"(according to the personnel at the motel) then the person wanted charges to be brought against my employee for defending himself. I don't understand how the Motel could have such people "Just hanging around the property"

Didn’t expect much for the price but was a little disappointed wven so. Beds were comfortable room was run down, toilet ran, seat was broken and rhe air exchanger was filthy. Says it has breakfast included - not even. The juice machine was out of order, bagels were stale, cream cheese was not refrigerated. They had 2 cereal dispensers, no milk.
