I was checked in promptly when I arrived. I was given all of the details. WiFi password, breakfast time, and check out time. The doors around the building are only accessible with your key card, so we used one of them. The room was clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfy! There were also plenty of hot and cold options for my family at breakfast the next morning, and it was surprisingly good. Our only issue was the noise because of our room location. We were in room 210 right next to the elevator which between the elevator noise, the people getting off and on, and the air conditioner we did have some loud moments, but it didn’t wake my kids up, and I bring earplugs every hotel I stay in so I’m not knocking any stars for that; however if that might be an issue for you, definitely request to not be near the elevator.

There’s a homeless person sleeping in a tent behind a broken fence where the dog potty station is that made us very uncomfortable. Breakfast is closed by 930 which is very early. Otherwise as expected

This place was darn near perfect. It's the south. Employees are very friendly, well mannered and accommodating.The room was extremely clean. The room carpet was surprisingly clean, housekeeping was great and tidied up the room each day without requesting it. I am not a fan of the room being sprayed with febreze or equivalent to give the impression of freshness. Breakfast was adequate and satisfying but the same each day. It was very convenient to have onsite laundry, but very expensive to wash each load for $2 and pay the same to dry each load. There are lots of outlets for charging electronics. There were a couple of days where we had to take lukewarm showers. The slow drain of water from the tub and the smell from the sink each time water went down the drain indicates the pipes need attention. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and will do so again if we are ever in the area.

The rating I saw on Hotels.com was above 9. We would rate the hotel 7. We thought the room rate was low for a 9+ rating. We realized that the low price fr the rom matched the hotel. The room liked clean, but the bathroom was full of broken white caulk applied over black mold. We were disappointed with what we saw in the bathroom.

We stopped one night while traveling. The staff at the hotel was amazing. It's easy in and out from 75 We checked into our room and it appeared clean although it had a slight smell. Members of our family started feeling sick. A few hours we noticed the incredibly dirty vent near the ceiling with possible mold. The staff was great. They acted appropriately and got us a new room on the other side. They handled it really well. We were pleased with their reaction. The new room didn't smell and didn't have any issues. Breakfast had a good variety. If you have asthma or respiratory issues I would avoid the hotel. We wouldn't stay again.

Checked in late and needed to walk around to find someone to check us in. Cards did not work and had to go back to front desk. Hallway carpets were filthy. Room was clean. Pillows were small and so squishy they melted to nothing. Alarm clock started very quietly going off at 6:30 in the morning and we did not set it, nor did it show that it was on. No way to make stop unless you snoozed it every 5 minutes. Would have to move the nightstand completely to get to the plug to unplug it. AC was on despite the fact it was only 38 degrees outside. Heat would only work on full fan, the auto mode did not work so we either were freezing or melting. Breakfast done by 9:30 when typically done by 10:00.

Our room was on the side of the interstate and the noise could be heard in the room. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The area was clean but there was one waffle maker for 30-40 people. There was eggs and ham and not rapidly refilled. Very sparse choices.

The staff was super friendly but the rating I gave was due to the bed. Way too soft with some valleys in it so to speak. It was great for overnight stay and I realize bed comfort ability is different for everyone but our mattress was definitely too old/worn. Property was clean etc. if not for the bed, I’d stop in again when traveling through.

We stayed on our way to Florida and stayed again on our way home from Florida and Jasmine at the front desk was great! She remembered who we were asked about our trip and even gave us feedback on going to the Mexican restaurant right around the corner. Which was also amazing! We will definitely choose to stay with them again when we pass through!

I accidentally left my tablet in the room. Brittany at the front desk was so nice when I called. She called me back in a few minutes and held onto it for me until I could pick it up. Will definitely stay here again.

No complaints whatsoever! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. We enjoyed a very comfortable stay. The breakfast bar stood out for its variety of choices, excellent coffee, and delicious food. Yolanda is an excellent breakfast host. Attentive without being intrusive, she demonstrated sincere concern for the guests and took obvious pride in her work. Of all the hotels we have visited, her service stood out above all others.
