Clarion Pointe Bettendorf - Quad Cities

The room was very clean and had good towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was very cold, but the sauna was very nice (you have to ask a staff member to turn it on for you.) Common areas were decorated nicely for Christmas. It had snowed, and the staff put out plenty of mats and salt for the safety of guests. This effort was most appreciated!

We found live bugs in our room and dead bugs in the light covers. The bed gave me back problems, no box spring. There are no microwaves in the rooms although they stated there are. The sauna is a notable feature, and the pool wasn't ice cold like most hotels. The workout room is small but has plenty of equipment. Although the treadmill doesn't work.

The microwave in the breakfast area is disgustingly filthy. The lack of breakfast foods was also disappointing. No protein of any kind to be found-no hard boiled eggs, not even cream cheese. The pool table is broken also.

I didn't like that they didn't have the pool table working, or any of the coin video games like they did in the pictures

There was no game room or fire pit.but the staff and cleanliness more than made up for it.I would definitely stay again.

We had orginally booked another local hotel but it was so bad we moved here. The room we had was very updated and clean. Very spacious and the bed was comfortable. There were two issues, the room was very warm and the air would not turn on, we just cracked the window and it helped. Secondly the hanger on the back of the bathroom door fell off when we tried to place a towel on it. That is an easy fix though. Overall this is well worth the price of the room.

Great customer service! People at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It is also a good central location within the metro area—close to Interstate 80 and Interstate 74.

Stayed here for work. Only plus was that the employees were nice and looked to be updated in some areas. Cons were that every single wall in the room i stayed in had this sticky like texture dripping from the ceiling, water pressure was awful, beds were super uncomfortable unless you like an extra firm mattress and the walls were paper thin. If your looking for somewhere to stay for a few days max it would be fine but nothing more than that.

We rolled in late and left early, as a last minute stay. TV didn't work. One of the lights in the room didn't work. Layout of the room is odd. It's a budget hotel. Nothing fancy. No carpeting which means when the people above you walk it's very loud on the vinyl flooring. Probably would stay again if every hotel was booked and we needed a room last minute. Not sure it was worth the $135 rate but when you're desperate it worked. Bed was comfy shower was hot.

Overall my experience at Clarion Pointe Bettendorf was positive. The staff I encountered where pleasant and professional. The room was nice. It was a great value for the price. This is a nice budget hotel that was conveniently located for my needs. I did not use many of the amenities and just need a room to sleep in. When I arrived to check in the clerk was already helping a customer. She gave me eye contact and acknowledged I was there. When it became my turn she was polite and efficient, addressing all my needs. She directed my to the elevator and I went up to my room. The room appeared to be recently remodeled. The room was small but nice looking and the controllable AC made it nice and cold (just how I like it). The carpet was nice and there was a huge mural on the wall the bed was against. The room had a king bed that was comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The room was furnished with a sitting chair, a desk chair and a large TV. The room had a mini-fridge and a microwave. In the closet was a safe, hangers, an iron and ironing board. The bathroom was small but clean. There where plenty of towels and a selection of soaps and lotions. The only negative in the bathroom was the lack of towel hooks. There had been one on the back of the bathroom door, but it was missing and only the screw holes remained. In the morning I made coffee in the in room coffee maker, it worked well. I went down for the continental breakfast. They had juice, flavored water and coffee to

Took 5 minutes for someone to help check us in as no one was at the desk. Loud hallways. TV channels were not changing at all. Fan was not working well. Ran out of coffee in the morning. Poor breakfast selection. Hard beds.

I had to wait more than five minutes for someone to come to the reception desk when I arrived. When I checked in, I was told our king room was not available because the hotel was oversold. We were given a room with two double beds instead. The icemaker in the room was filthy, and one of the beds had sheets with blood on them. The microwave was not plugged in and was not even in an area that it could be. We had to move it to use it.

I had an issue at the Ramada across the road (DO NOT STAY THERE) I called over to Clarion and the staff was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate a super early check in because of the issue I was having at Ramada. Not only was the staff helpful but the room was extremely clean.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Bettendorf! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area. There was no one at the desk When we arrived. I had to find them in the laundry to check in. The room was dated and the comforters had stains. The bathroom floor was filthy.

The staff was very helpful. Plus, my room was refreshed several times (fresh towels, bed made, garbage emptied without any request on my part.

A convienient location for traveling to and from basketball tournament. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Great coffee.

It was close to fair ground

The kind of hotel I like. Safe, easy check in, quiet, laundry, close to restaurants.

Thin walls. A lot of noise we heard through out the night. Clean but the smell of the cleaner was unpleasant. Wouldn’t give us extra pillows. Breakfast was sparse. One waffle maker out of action. Juice was empty.

Nice normal hotel, but the breakfast was terrible. The only warm food was pancakes/waffles with a line of guests waiting across the room. There were a few prepackaged muffins and coffee. Maybe 3 choices of cereal and milk in a crafe that was almost empty. Not even enough food to call it a 'breakfast to go'.

We have stayed at many Clarions in the past and this one did not measure up. It was clean and comfortable but it badly needs updating. Carpets especially. The breakfast was very limited, you could have a waffle or cold cereal. Again, not like other Clarions we have booked.

Tv in room would not work with provided remote. Breakfast was mostly cold cereal. Didn’t see any bacon or sausage coffee pots were empty 30 minutes before scheduled stop time. Rate charged for one weekend night was 3 times weekday rate and 50% more than other weekends I researched at this hotel.

Over all the hotel was pretty good. The weekend breakfast was somewhat limited and the weekday breakfast worse: short on protein. The most annoying feature was also at breakfast. I like to watch the news or weather at breakfast; real news that is. I do not want to be subjected to political propaganda by anyone! Yet they inflicted Fox "news" on their patrons. A really bad way to treat guests!
