Given the age of the property it was clean but not spotless. The linens on the bed were very clean as were the towels. The age of the bathroom fixtures keeps the bathroom from being super clean but felt it had been cleaned as best as possible. Overall it did not bother us. The fridge was clean. There is newer flooring which was nice but was a bit sandy on arrival. We loved the large rockers on the deck. The railing on the deck was fairly new and very secure. Seating on sun deck and around pull was heavy composite material and was nice. Pool was clean. Would stay here again.

Great location on the beach. Overpriced for what you get. I grew up at Wrightsville Beach and as an adult have been a landlord. That said, I understand that renters are hard on rental units and beach properties face additional beatings from weather and salt. The units we stayed in need a renovation. The outdoor pool is large and was clean but the deck around it and fence are worn. 1) BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. Yes, this is a beachfront facility that does not provide beach towels. Sigh. 2) There weren’t any recycling bins in the room or outside. (Come on folks, it’s the 21st century!) This meant people were just trashing all their glass and aluminum. 2) We stayed in rooms 106/107. The AC unit was horribly smelly. Like a sewer. The entire suite smelled so badly we had to turn that AC off. 3) It was nice to have a “kitchenette” but it’s unrealistic to think you’d cook given there is no counter space and the stove/oven combo size wise is akin to a children’s toy. The refrig was full size and clean w/ a working ice maker. 4) If you drink wine you’ll need to bring your own glasses or deal with drinking out of a plastic cup or coffee mug. The selection of kitchenwares and gadgets is super limited. 5) Beds were comfortable, linens get 4 out 10 stars for being hard/scratchy, worn, and in short supply. 6) Walkable to some restaurants and the mini-boardwalk which was nice. 7) Remote check in was easy and appreciated. Would not rent here again. Prices don’t match unit conditions.

I loved the room and people i just forgot to mention I was disabled and it was hard to walk up stairs, my fault. I didn’t see a wheelchair ramp or elevator is the only issues I had. I love the patio the close walk to the beach and the quiet it was very relaxing! I’ll stay again if I can book a lower room!!

The balcony was too hot since the wind from the sea was blocked. Something that needs to be corrected. The insects come inside when the light is on during the evening or night. Bed was too old and dips in when we lay down. Lot of smoke smell even though it is a smoke free, management should advice people and staff to not smoke in campus at all.
