When we arrived at the hotel we were immediately told that the hotel was struck by lightning. I asked if there were any issues with the rooms and was told that the only issue was that the elevator was not working. I had knee surgery recently so I requested a first floor room. Of course there were none available. I rented 2 rooms, one for 4 nights, one for 3 nights. The tvs did not work and one remote was missing the battery cover. When I reported the tv issue I was met with a shrug and “must have been the lightening”. We were unable to take care of our laundry because the laundry room was “out of order” We took our grandson down to the pool and it was DISGUSTING!! There is no way I would have put a child in that water (see photos) We even had to help an elderly gentleman up the stairs because he was also unable to get a first floor room and his elderly wife was unable to assist him up the stairs (he used a walker) The entire place also smelled like chlorine and cigarette smoke.I have booked with hotels.com many times and have never been so disappointed in a stay!

Airport shuttle never showed up For the 4:15am or the 4:45 times and there was no front desk staff available from 3:45am-5:00am but the staff who checked me and gave me my keys was great.

Very convenient location. Staff was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. Nice seating area out front. Only gave 4 stars because the pool was extremely cold.

Motel itself was very clean and nice, halls smelled fine and were air conditioned. All 3 of the employees we interacted with were so friendly and helpful!! Best people we have run into at a hotel in a while. Breakfast was typical fare. The brown and serve sausages actually appeared browned and not just microwaved like most hotels I have been. All of this said if you really want to use a pool I would reconsider. Pool was clean and nice but ice cold!!! We could not get in past our waists and even that took time. Our child didn’t go in past a couple of stairs and neither did another family that came down.

Paid to leave car on lot while we were gone. It was to include transportation to and from airport. Called hotel when we got back they said will be there shortly. 20 minutes later, called back. No answer 5 minutes after that call back. They answered hung up. Then I talked to someone and they told me they were in line to get an oil change to be another 15 minutes. After an hour, we PAID to have a taxi take us over so we could pick up our car

This property has a sign on the front desk Non Smoking hotel. The first room they put us in reeked of cigarette smoke. The halls smelled of marijuana. Smell came through the vents during the night.

Wallls had holes in them ceiling water stains bathroom sink all cracked and broke shelf in bathroom pulling down. Holes all over room not fixed in Hallways giant holes in ceiling where you can see up in vents and wires. Needs to be fixed a lot

The room wasn’t real clean and there were stains on the comforter and curtains. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. In general not super clean anywhere. Was excellent location for dropping someone off at the airport though!

The room was nit vert clean the door tonthe cabinet to the fridge area was so nasty! The bathtub has a huge crack in it. When uiu showered and stood in thay area if wiuld almost pinch your foot and you slip a little. Then the smell of weed, and smoke was horrible!!! And everywhere it was bad in the lobby but even worse when i got to my room on the 3rd floor! The smell andbthe snikenfor being a smokefree facility DEFINITELY NOT!!! Then THE FRONT DESK LADY WOW she was so rude. When i went to check in she wasnt even there.... but there sure was a kine to check in.. she then proceeded to yell at a gentleman that came in was at the coffee station yelling that he needs to take of his hat! "I know you hear me" omg she was very rude and unprofessional! The 2nd night wasnt even better. My key didnt work to get me in my room, had to get them rekeyed. Again was very rude. And the weed smell juat horrible in the halls, Elevator and the entire hotel! Will NEVER stay there again. Very horrible establishment.... should not cost what it did to stay there.

We checked in and out in the dark, so I can't tell you what the outside looked like. Our room was horrible. You didn't darn walk on the carpet without shoes as the carpet was really stained and dirty. The shower floor didn't look like it had been cleaned for at least a month. The bathroom floor was so sticky your shoes stuck to it.

The first room we checked into had stains on the door in the hallway and the stains continued inside the room on the curtains, walls, floor and ceiling. The wood furniture was missing pieces. The room didn’t look like it had been vacuumed at all. There were strings hanging from the light in the bathroom and stains on the mirror in the bathroom. Worst of all the room smelled of smoke and mold/mildew, I couldn’t breathe in there. They put us in a different room and while that one didn’t have a smell, the furniture was being held together by duct tape

Quick check-in but quickly noticed signs of an aging hotel. Our first room didn’t lock and we moved to a different room. There were stains on the carpet and curtains. The room was quiet and the bed was fine.

The hotel was bare minimum accommodations. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom was not clean thoroughly. The staff was nice and helpful. Warning: The Wi-Fi on the left side of the building does not work. It is a problem that staff is aware of but hasn’t been resolved. The phone in our room didn’t work, after talking to another guest, other rooms had non-working phones as well. For the price, it was not worth the stay.

So noisy. Having outdoor furniture right outside my window made it difficult to sleep since there were people hanging out there until after midnight. Little kids running around the hallways after midnight. Next to laundry—which should be closed after 10pm. It’s an airport hotel so would be great to be able to sleep! Hear every step taken in the room above so ask for a room on the top floor to avoid all this. Turn in some lights in your lobby. Shouldn’t walk into a dark place at 7pm.

Positives - lobby and room were clean. Great location - close to airport. They have airport transportation that starts at 3:45 am and you can park your car there for an additional $10/day. Negatives - room smelled like smoke, door to room was hard to open and close, A/C unit was loud and didn’t really cool the room. Only ice/vending is on the first floor. Front of ice machine fell off when I was filling my cup and it was disgustingly dirty behind the cover. “Permanent” tub mat was just weird and gross. TV didn’t work. Mini fridge didn’t really keep anything cold.

Staff was incredibly rude and unavailable stood at the front desk for 40 mins before anyone came around. Also stayed at this specific location because we were flying and could use shuttle. Upon return No one would answer the phone. When calling corporate all they said was to let them trying calling and said sorry no answer we can document that for you. After paying to get back to Hotel staff was all on their cell phones and I asked to speak to manager or have them call me and still have heard nothing. Absolutely will not be back!!!

I am very disappointed with the service at this hotel. My flight leaves at 5:15 in the morning and the shuttle service begins at 4 AM. I asked if the shuttle could come earlier and they said that’s not possible. I’m not comfortable getting to the airport only one hour before the flight. I spoke with the supervisor and he said It is up to me to find my own taxi. I found out the charge will be $35 which will come out of my pocket. That’s not right. Thank you.

When came to door was greeted by man and a pit Bull who was on leashed. Went to woman who was setting in porches. We went to desk nobody there, called number on written message left at desk. Then the lady that was sitting outside pre cede to walk in complaining how cold it was outside after it rained.Did not greet or ask how was trip etc. Gave information ask for the she ask for credit card. I said that I gave it online and that it read that the room would be charged when we checked out. In a talked down way she said no that’s not the way it works so gave it was not happy with tone or demeanor. When checking out same thing no body at desk waited 7 min until ride showed up left room cards on top of desk not happy with customer service

Very conveniently close to Omaha airport and Creighton university where my kids attend. Sign lights are not turned on at dusk early enough and can be hard to find in early evenings.

Quietest hotel I’ve ever seen. Shuttle service A pick up and Drop off to and from airport, and a restaurant for dinner. Only complaint is appearance room could use a coat of paint. You can see where a suitcase or doorknob nicked a wall it was patched but never painted over to match. Maids do have place clean and free breakfast was make your own waffles yogurt cereal, sausage and juices. Will stay here again.

My flight home was cancelled and I needed a place to overnight. I booked due to proximity to the airport and the shuttle. however, there is no restaurant nearby. To get a meal, I was told that there was a place to eat just a bit down the road by the staff. It was not very near. I had to walk a ways to the nearest restaurant. The walkway to the restaurant was partially blocked and I felt unsafe. The hotel is clean enough, but is old.

When entering the front desk area was messy, they didn't seem to know what they were doing. When I arrived in the room it smelled like rubber. The bathroom sink would stop up. There was a big hole in the blackout drape where sun came in in the early morning. The sitting chair was filthy, the carpeting had spots on it. The bed was hard. When I checked out Noone was there. The breakfast was cold water for hit tea was cold.

I have stayed here before and it was very nice friendly staff. Everything was good. This time when we stayed there, I had requested to be on the first floor and it she said if I couldn’t get on the first floor, she would put me on the second floor by the elevators. I got there checked in told her I had requested a room on the first floor. She said they don’t have any rooms on the first floor and they’re putting me on the third floor telling me that they were completely booked and they weren’t. I went into my bathroom in my room , and it’s a good thing I didn’t sit down on the toilet yet, because I had no toilet paper in the room. I had the Kleenex box was completely empty. I had nothing my bed was all ruffled like it hadn’t been. It was made very quickly. At this location I sure do like the staff member the first time we were there And his name was Matthew

They tell you there’s a breakfast. The coffee was cold and there was no breakfast available. When we asked about it they got out frozen breakfast sandwiches and tossed them on the counter. There were no instructions for how long to heat them and they acted grumpy when we asked.

Check-in went fine and I slept soundly, but that's what I usually do. The hotel was basically full, so breakfast was sparse when I first went to try to eat at 8:10 AM. This was due to the breakfast room being completely full of people. An hour later there were sausages, biscuits and gravy available, but no coffee, no chilled items, no eggs of any type, and the waffle batter container was empty. The condition of the floor in the breakfast room showed that all these items had been available. The one person in the kitchen seemed rather overwhelmed. Lesson learned: Get breakfast as early as possible!

Our room was very nice, but our complaint was with the breakfast. We were expecting to eat at 6 am because our shuttle was arriving at 6:30 am, but the kitchen staff told us breakfast wouldn't be served until 6:30 am. Fortunately, they tried to accomodate us.
