Probably the most run-down Best Western I've been in. Cons: - My room was not ready at 3pm; waited 35 min in the lobby. – Coincidentally, my room smelled as if housecleaning hurriedly and insufficiently cleaned-up vomit. I had to open windows for 48 hrs for the room to air out the smell (dead of winter with 20 degree temps outside) - Worn out carpet in the halls, needs a new coat of paint, and poor lighting in the room. – No dresser in the bedroom for putting clothes in – One-ply toilet/sand paper - Rather noisy from the boulevard and freeway traffic. - Single, slow elevator services all rooms, with no convenient staircases near the lobby. – The staff generated several emails confirming and cancelling my reservation after I had already checked-in and stayed a day. This caused confusion and wasted my time while I was offsite at an event because I had to call and make sure my room was not in fact canceled. – Pros: - The pool and spa were a good temp and clean - Breakfast starts at 6am, smelled good, but I did not have any.

Enjoyed this property it was a convenient location. The breakfast waa great and options were wonderful. The property appeared to be clean and the room was nice and spacious. The pool was amazing nice and warm and the hot tub was actually a hot tub. The downside was there was only 1 elevator that took a little long and the 3rd floor ice machine wasnt working.

The hotel was very humid. The hot tub didn’t work, but the pool was cold and perfect. I loved the clothesline in the shower, that was super convenient. The bed was hard, so if you like a firmer bed this hotel is perfect for you

Room was great but the beds were very firm. Breakfast was pretty good. Only one elevator. Only one bathroom for our 2 bedroom suite however the bathroom was very spacious and had a deep jetted tub along with a separate shower. The pool was very nice and big and I loved the outdoor patio with glass windows to watch your kids swim inside. The hot tub was nice & relaxing and they had a bathroom in the pool room which was very convenient. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, we also appreciate that we could have our 2 dogs there as well. Something that I think can improve is the lighting. The room that I was in seemed to only have lights on one side of the room and the pool room is a lot to warm. My fiance and I had a hard time staying in there to enjoy the pool and hot tub because the room that they are in felt muggy and way too warm. Other than those two things the hotel was great.

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk came to our room to make sure everything was good for us (my husband is in a wheelchair). I so appreciated her attention and care! All of the hotel employees were kind and helpful! Breakfast had many tasty options, which was appreciated. The rooms were clean as was the rest of the hotel. Loved the heated pool and hot tub! The workout room was small, but all of the equipment was nice and worked, and had cold water available, which was awesome. Only thing that could be improved is some air circulation in there! It was stuffy! But that's okay...I just sweat more when I worked out! lol! Thanks for the great accomodations! Will definitely stay there again on our next trip and I recommended this hotel to a friend!

Very convenient location, friendly and helpful front staff. Room was comfortable. The carpets need upgrading badly and the bathroom floors and shower definitely weren't cleaned very well. Breakfast was the normal fair. Overall I would stay again.

I found a ton of black hair in my bed, one of the more dirty hotels I’ve stayed in. Staff was nice. All the tile floors in our room were old and cracked. Hotel needs a remodel.

It was clean, breakfast was the usual assortment. Check in staff were kind. However the bed was rock hard and when we decided we couldn’t handle staying the final night we wanted to check out a day early and gave them plenty of time by checking out that morning early, the manager said we had to notify them 24 hrs in advance to get refunded that last night. Well no where were we told that so how were we supposed to know that. We gave them more than 8 hours notice. They are a busy location. And that was rude. Your rooms were not comfortable and you would not give us back our money. Jerk-move, poor service.

Pretty poor hotel stay. Booked the wrong date by accident on the app. Get to hotel and realize the mistake. I ask if they can change the booking to today. Front desk can’t and the GM doesn’t answer a call. He calls back and says hotels.com has to request it and it would take 72 hours, I am literally in the lobby and this GM wouldn’t give the front dest lady authorization to switch the date. So I am forced to book another 2 rooms. Try to cancel the wrong booking and the GM won’t respond so I’m stuck with the wrong booking days later. For being in the hospitality business this hotel could learn a thing or two. I never leave bad reviews but this place deserves a poor review, plus the hotel wasn’t worth the price I paid.
Pretty poor hotel stay. Booked the wrong date by accident on the app. Get to hotel and realize the mistake. I ask if they can change the booking to today. Front desk can’t and the GM doesn’t answer a call. He calls back and says hotels.com has to request it and it would take 72 hours, I am literally in the lobby and this GM wouldn’t give the front dest lady authorization to switch the date. So I am forced to book another 2 rooms. Try to cancel the wrong booking and the GM won’t respond so I’m stuck with the wrong booking days later. The front desk young woman was very friendly, helpful, & got us on the first floor without us even asking. She was professional & courteous. Very close to where we wanted to meet with friends for dinner & near to where friends live as well. Clean room & bathroom. Facility very clean & organized. Breakfast was wonderful & a variety of choice in food selection. My husband didn't like the light shining from the bathroom reflecting off the mirror. He put a blanket over mirror. A door to enclose the bathroom sink vanity area he thought would be helpful. Everything else was wonderful & a great stay. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. I booked after reading all the info on Expedia. There was nothing stating that we had to live so far from the hotel to stay. I booked so we could celebrate my daughter’s day with her friends there. I showed up to check in and the rude lady at the counter kept laughing when I handed her my id. She told me I couldn’t stay due to living 4 miles to close to the hotel. I gave her my phone and told her no where did it state about their policy of having to live so far away. She couldn’t find anything either but stated it didn’t change anything and we couldn’t stay. The guy in the back kept making comments that him and the lady were laughing about. Once he did it at least 5 times I told him if he had something to say to come out and say it. He then came out and told me I wasn’t going to f***ing stay there and to get my s*** and get out. That it wasn’t his fault I couldn’t f****** read. All of this is going on in front of my daughter. And after all of this I was informed I wasn’t even able to get a refund due to their no refund policy.

The staff (Destiny) was EXTREMELY rude. The hotel would not rent a room to our newlywed kids because they live within 30 miles of the hotel. They actually kicked them out of the room. The room and all expenses were paid for. The couple is inter-racial, my son in black. The staff and manager actually made them leave. They had to find a room at a different hotel.

I prepaid for my stay on hotels.com. When I arrived they took my charge and charged it $224 and $100 listed as manual entry on my bank app. They also charged $100 deposit that was a tap to pay charge. When I asked the front desk about the additional charges they said they didn’t see those on there end. My bank canceled my card and sent me a new one. The $224 and 1 of the 2 $100 deposit charges have been returned to me but it has been 11 days and I still haven’t received the other $100 deposit charge. I was not given or emailed a receipt after I checked out either. The hotel is clean and the pool area is great but all of the charges to my account with little help from the staff has and continues to be frustrating.

The front staff, her name was Precious, very pleasant. She went over and above. I needed a bath chair and tub mat, she rounded the items up, even wiped and sterilized them. The beds very comfortable. As far as the food we didn’t stay to enjoy it, we were running late. Definitely recommend this hotel. We will surely stay there again.

After making the reservation so we could have a night out and having our reservation confirmed. The hotel denied us staying because we were a local. So I guess we're not allowed a romantic stay somewhere because we live in the same count so no get away for us with the Best Western very disappointed

I've stayed at the property several times and would return. It's conveniently located off a major highway. The property is safe, quiet, and parking is free. I chose the hotel online and was unable to check out the bleak setting, which was close to nothing much. I thought I would be able to enjoy the pool, but it wasn’t clean enough and the water was too warm. There was often road noise until late.

Our stay was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were so clean. The bed was beautifully made up. When we got into the bed it was so compfortable I tried to buy the covers we had on. It was a great nights sleep. The morning breakfast was so tasty. The waffles and eggs and sausage were so good. The coffee was just right. Everything was wonderful. Love Barbara. Bloxham.

Room was very unusual as it was long had laminate floors, had a kitchenette area with a fridge and coffee maker and then in the middle of the room there was another fridge and a microwave under the TV stand, the room had a desk with no lighting or information about the hotel or the area, couldn’t find a laundry bag for dirty clothes. It was a good two queen room, very cold when we walked into it, sitting at 60 degrees, took some time to unfreeze the room, but again good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good, nice variety of items. Have a wonderful coffee machine that makes lattes, americanos, espresso, and macchiato plus just plain coffee.

Stay was ok. Clean and quiet. I went to eat breakfast at 9:02am. Lady had taken everything down and said it closed at 9am. Pretty rediculous IMO. I cost them nothing to leave dry goods and Batter out to "make your own waffle".

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great however the wifi was unclear how to connect with a phone number that is no longer in service listed in the room. The gym was not open during my visit and that was a huge disappointment. The breakfast was really good though and my 8 year old found plenty of things she really enjoyed. The beds were very comfortable but I would have enjoyed having a smaller pillow. All 4 pillows on the bed were the same large size and too big for me.

This Super 8 is in a perfect location. The parking is great if you’ve got an RV or pulling a trailer, and the staff is great. The bathrooms are pretty nice, and the property is clean and quiet. It’s also ideally located near the freeway and a loves travel stop if you need fuel and food.
