No elevator on this property.

The main reason I stopped there was to wash my clothes. Because they said they had a washer and dryer laundry service. When I got there, the washing machine was out of service.

The boiler was down so no hot shower. Not what I expected.

No elevator, had to carry belongings up a flight of stairs. Did not know this before making reservations.

Pictures showed what looked like a hot tub, but it was a weird kid pool upon arrival. Price was high for a shabby, UN- remodeled, hot tub-less, elevator-less, smelly hotel right off the freeway with unsafe trashy parking lot.

All good except phone didn't work, poor internet, no elevator for 3 floors, broken desk chair. Very clean, beds, bathroom good.

This property was conveinient off the highway, was clean and quiet. There is no elevator, so, very awkward to pull luggage to upper floor, wether mobility impaired or not. Front doorway is narrow, and staff indifferent about guests struggle with that door

Quick check in, but she was kind of rude to my daughter later on. No elevators. Some things are a bit worn out, like security doors.

Mold in the shower, for price was not what expected. Left after one night and found a much cleaner and nicer hotel down the road for $30 less a night.

Not very clean room especially carpet edges and bathroom edges needed cleaning and vacuuming. Property in general needed better cleaning. Entrance rug appeared to have grease or oil. Dinning area was clean. Toilet bowl enamel very worn and appeared blackish inside or someone had extreme bowl issues and had not been cleaned. I didnt want to look closer. Disgusted! Freeway noise very loud all night. Check in gentleman very polite and friendly.

The sheets were dirty and most likely unchanged from the previous guest. Hair and blood stains in sheets. I had to request new bedding and change the sheets myself.

The room was incredibly clean, new carpet, fresh paint, bedding, walls, windows bathroom, all very clean. The pool and hot tub room was also incredibly clean.I was pleasantly surprised as this was a hundred dollar room. The motel shows its age as the only updates I noticed were carpets both inside and out. Surrounding properties weren’t too fancy either, large dirt parking lot, nothing scenic, but good location for travelers. Breakfast was eggs, links, and coffee apples bananas.

This is a little older hotel, but the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

Sheets were stained room smelled bad and dusty and I paid 228 when I booked it for 123 that was not fair cause I couldn’t present the document to them

I don’t often leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience to caution others. The front desk staff was friendly, and the hotel, though older and without an elevator, had updated bedding and furniture. However, the odor was unbearable. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, so we were moved to another, which had a strong musty smell. My allergies flared up badly. Ultimately, we chose to cancel our stay and drive four hours home, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. I’ll be steering clear of this place in the future.

For an older building, it was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was really good, if you got there early. First morning it was almost gone when we got there. Air conditioner was good at keeping room cool. Would have been nicer if it was more consistent in going on and off and or quieter.

Rooms don’t have the auto-shut doors, which helped keep it quiet. Room’s cooling unit was loud enough to make up for that. Chair in room quite dingy. Mismatched paint on walls, just a little run-down… not terrible, but I wouldn’t have it rated at 8, either.

I like that there was a pool, fridge, microwave, and I could actually turn around in the bathroom. However, the plumbing was so poor that the water pressure dropped so much during my shower, the plunger literally dropped back down, and I had a large drizzle coming out of the tap! It was so ridiculous, I was laughing out loud in disbelief. There was a hole in the bedspread, the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived, and the window was filthy.

There was a lot of road noise, room vibration till about midnight from the laundry room boiler, and the caulking around the tub was not in good condition. Breakfast was adequate and staff was nice

The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I felt like we were gonna roll off the sides. Barely slept all night.

The hotel was dated, but they've tried to update it. It was fine to stay in for a night while passing through.

It was a great stay I enjoyed it a lot. The only thing is the cable was messing up the whole time and the Internet was messed up the whole time but I enjoyed being there with my kids and had fun.

Had a single king for 3 nights. Room is decent size. The AC filter needed cleaned. Mattress was needing replaced, it sagged from where people rolled out of bed. Sheets were stain free, but had some long hairs in them. Shower pressure was weak, but water was hot which was nice. Close to freeway and accessible.

The lady on the front desk was rude. I am a 70-year-old woman with a small dog and she had me on the second floor. She told me she could not upgrade my room to the first floor because I had booked it online. When I got there I was overheated and tired and in need of some cold water and an insulin shot. She handed me a bag with a warm bottle of water and two cookies in it. She wouldn't even let me trade that bottle of water for a cold one out of the refrigerator. If I wanted the one out of the refrigerator she said she would charge me $2. She wouldn't even hold the door so I could get the luggage rack in a hotel room guest held the door for me. She was more interested in talking on her phone to her friends then she was in helping the customers. I stayed in Caldwell because I had to pick up my only child's cremains. My son had just passed away.

The cleaning products they use must be heavily perfumed. The rooms had a strong floral scent it really bothered my allergies. The two rooms we had were extremely close to the front desk. And on our second night, the front desk called my staff room at 12:30 in the morning to ask them if they were making noise. This was not a trip for fun. It was really important that we were able to sleep. I have no idea why they didn’t walk a few yards down the hall to make sure what room they were calling. But the cat meowing constantly, and the dogs barking wasn’t a concern but people loudly walking that was not us rested in the phone call. We did complain about it. They did refund us $50. But I think they should’ve refunded us entirely for that night for that room. Because the whole point of having the hotel is having somewhere peaceful to sleep.

Friendly staff, easy check in/out, decent breakfast with waffles, eggs, biscuits & gravy.

It started the day we were travelling in. I called, let the front desk know we would be arriving later in the evening and that we had our dog (the site said pet friendly, but nowhere to specify we HAD a pet) and we were told there was a $25 charge for pets. Nonrefundable. That's nowhere on the booking site. THEN, when we arrived, we were supposed to have room for 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) in our double queen room. We had 2 queens, a gigantic desk and a gigantic TV fridge shelf thing, already too much furniture for our room. When we asked about the extra rollaway, the front desk gal (who had her vape on the desk) just giggled at us when we asked how a rollaway was supposed to fit in there for 5. She said, "I dunno, but people do it. You figure it out. " So we waited an hour for the rollaway to appear. Turns out, she left it in front of our door in the hallway and never knocked. We moved the furniture around to make it fit. Either that, or it would be in the door's way. The TV cable was unhooked (we fixed it), the "remodelled" bathroom toilet rocked back & forth (was it bolted down??!), the shower's hot & cold knob was upside down & backwards to normal hot & cold, and had pink bacterial growth in the caulk lines. Our fridge was warm & we didn't notice until the next day, so we threw out the refrigerated food. Did I mention the black fuzzies in our sheets? (Not bugs, we checked). We were excited we only stayed 1 night. This was a lousy stay.

Not impressed... No elevator for upper or lower levels, misinformed about breakfast time by the front desk, found spiders in our room, had to get up multiple times throughout the night to reset the window unit to get air conditioning. Only thing you had going for it was that the pool was fairly warm

Staff was very friendly and amazing. The room was clean, comfortable very quiet. The pool was amazing and it’s nice having Dutch Bros Burger King right there real close especially if you have kids, but also I’m not far from other dining as well.

A short stop over on a long trip. It was convenient and clean. There is a bit of road noise but a nice stay.

This is a great hotel for a quick weekend stay. Breakfast included, which is always nice. The staff was great. Just know there is no elevator, if you can't do stairs, you'll want to make arrangements for the main floor. Parking is great! And easy on and off access to I-84. We've stayed s few times and it's a great hotel for the value.

seems to be an economically depressed area. noted an abandoned/closed restaurant right next door. Only fast-food available. Ugh! Had to drive to a family restaurant instead of just walking across the street.

I would have given 5 stars but it does need updating and the breakfast ciukd use some improvement. Everything was very clean and all of the staff was very nice!

The room was clean and reasonably updated. We were missing some toiletries - shampoo and bath soap. The breakfast was fine, but the space is cramped and the flow is poor so more than 8 people in the breakfast area creates a roadblock.

The water pressure was awful- a drizzle in the shower. No hand sanitizer in the food area. Not overly impressed.

Employees were awesome! So helpful with finding some lost items left in a room. Great breakfast layout and choices. Overall good experience!
