Pool and Sana were closed.

Parking lot is really small. The grass around the building is dead, need to water. It was a good place to stop for one night.

Carole was amazing!!! Check-in was smooth and quick. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Pool area was nice. Hotels.com shows gym at this property but that is not the case. Quiet, safe area to stay. Would reccomend!!

They say they have a pool but alas it was closed. That was a bummer since it snowed the whole time we were there. Other than that it was great.

Pool had visible muck around the edges, the hot tub was green. People in hallways sitting on floor and in stair wells. Noisy

Place is starting to look dated. Pool was down due to a leak and the water in the hot tub was very green! Room was ok but looking dated. Staff were fantastic, support nice,. Breakfast was good. Price was a bit high for what it is

Did not like not having access to pool which was advertised.

Alot of noisy kids on our floor. The beds were comfy so that was good. Everything was clean. There were no elevators.

The swimming pool and hot tub is 'out of order'

The place was broken down surrounded by weeds. Filthy, needs a serious deep cleaning.

Staff were friendly and kind. Great Breakfast and rooms were clean and tidy. It was a wonderful stay.

My car was hit in the parking lot overnight. Its a small lot right beside the hotel, but apparently nobody heard or saw anything. There are cameras in the parking lot but the woman at the front desk said 'they dont work well at night' and when the police came they said they are live feed only. But clearly nobody pays attention to the live feed. So basically this stay cost me over a thousand dollars because of the hit and run and having to pay the deductible to get my brand new car fixed. Its a false sense of security having cameras in the parking lot if nobody is actually watching them and they do not record. Also the carpets and curtains were dirty in the room. I will say the bed was comfortable, but overall a bad stay and i would never stay again.

The staff was Pleasant but the hotel is in terrible shape. Bad. Bathroom moldy,dirty carpet, room had a smell they were trying to cover up with fragrance. Just bad, I don’t know who wrote all these glowing reports but they lied, needs torn down

Convenient and a reasonable price. Mold and water damage in the bathroom around the tub fixtures and door Cleanliness would be a “B”

The nonsmoking room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff said “oh well turn on the ac”. No other room available. The carpets were extremely dirty and stained. We would not recommend this hotel. Spent the last 28 nights in hotels in Canada and Montana and this is the only one we were unhappy with.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a hot breakfast but just the usual hotel food. The building itself needs some upgrades. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and had a bad odor. The bathtub barely drained. The TV was having issues. It kept going off and wouldn't get a signal. Staff member did try to fix it. It was better for a while and then had problems again. The outside door that is supposed to be opened only by a room key is never locked.

Clean quiet reasonable price older hotel but well kept

This hotel is nothing fancy but it is clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, shower was in great condition, staff was friendly and the check-in and checkout process was smooth. Breakfast was included, which is a huge plus.

Ok. Needs a few updates. Like paint and deep clean. Especially the bathroom.

Unable to sleep. People above us were showering and walking around well after midnight. Refrigerator had not been cleaned out after previous guest...made me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the place. No towel racks in the bathroom. Probably will choose to stay elsewhere on our next stay in Pocatello.

The rooms need some updating. There were stains on the floor but the bed was clean and comfortable

We were only there overnight on our way through Pocatello. Decent rates and decent stay. Rooms are spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the staff very pleasant! Tons of channels on the tv!

Staff were nice and put cookies out. A/C worked great. Shower creaked and sounded like it was going to crack every time you moved. The drain backed up, but water temp was stable and the hot water did not run out. Bed was a little stiff but there were plenty of pillows. Room was quiet. TV had plenty of music channels. Breakfast was average. Did not use the free Wi-Fi or any other amenities.

No elevator for guests who have physical issues. Wifi not good. Room air conditioner was intermittent.

Fine for comfort and convenience. Kind of older and could use a bigger TV but all in all ok

Could not be happier with my stay at this particular Quality Inn in Pocatello, Idaho. The room was spacious, well appointed, and clean. The hotel provided breakfast was very good. The location and close proximity to the freeway was a huge plus. Parking was a breeze. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. And, I will be back again.

The hotel was well taken care of and the staff was very kind. The hotel is outdated but was perfect for our stay. Comfy bed and quiet. The only complaint is that the room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke, not something I cared for especially with having my small kids. Overall worth it.

My only complaint is that the bed was so hard it hurt my back and hips!

Front desk was awesome. Very engaging and even just pulled out fresh baked cookies out of the oven.

The check in staff was excellent. Professional & personable. Comfortable stop ... Nice to have our dog with us. Thank you!

The hair dryer in my room didn’t work. I called the front desk - after they checked they said they did not have an extra hair dryer and had no solution for me. They said the hotel was sold out. The people across the hall left and I asked to use their room for their dryer. Liam at the front desk said he was busy taking out the trash and then proceeded to hang up on me. He finally did go open another door for me -told me I wasn’t to go any further than the bathroom. I’m sure I wanted to go in 3 guys dirty room!!! (Sarcasm!) He was very rude! Because of him and his cocky attitude I won’t be coming back. He is a horrible face to your hotel!!

Staff were friendly and efficient, got our ten person party checked in quickly! Several options for shopping and dining within a comfortable walking distance, which was nice after six hours in the car!! Room was clean and comfortable, with the a/c already on so didn’t have to wait for the room to cool down, which was huge!!

The woman who checked us in was very accommodating and extremely friendly.

This stay was horrendous. This was the worst encounter I have ever had with a hotel employee in my life, and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. I have stayed dozens of times in the same town other hotels. I have never had anyone be anywhere close to this disrespectful to me and my family. The lady running the front desk today, 9/29 was rude and abrasive and treated my kids and I like criminals. I kind of planned on things being really low quality based on the room being somewhat less expensive than good quality hotels in the area, and I did find that it was the case that things were rundown with a lot of maintenance in several aspects being very much needed. However, this employee being so rude was what made me say i’d prefer not to stay at the hotel again based on the experience with her. I was pretty surprised to hear her respond that she was fine with me never staying there again. Her comments and attitude were totally unmerited and unprofessional. On top of that, the minute it was checkout time, she said that my kids had two minutes to get out of the pool and out the door, had staff on standby to call the authorities to physically remove them if they weren’t out in those couple minutes, then held the door open to police us out of the pool. I don’t know what her problem was, but it was as if she had seen my kids faces on wanted posters in Pocatello and had some kind of battle to fight. This crazy woman seems delusional, but somehow she was the person in charge.

When we first arrived to check in, we waited about 8 min before someone came to front desk. Front desk lady Donna was not very friendly. She seemed mad that we were trying to check in. She was very unprofessional throwing stuff around mad. We were never notified that the pool had closed. Very upsetting because kids wanted to swim, no warning or apology. Also the room had a very bad smell of mildew and pillow cases looked like they never got changed they were dirty. Not once in the 3 day stay was our room cleaned and we had to asked for additional towels and trash bags. Room was dirty, behind the tv stand there was alot trash and dust. Told the lady that was doing the house keeping, when we were leaving that and she just smiled and acted like i was joking. Will not stay here again. Only good thing was that we needed a place to stay close to our event for the weekend. And younger girl in the evening was always super nice.

This hotel is conveniently located, near Interstate 15, but not too close. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was very good. The staff was very polite & helpful. I regularly travel through Pocatello, & will remember this hotel the next time that I'm in the area

Although the hot breakfast was good, I will not plan on staying here again. The whole area seemed a bit cramped for space, from the park lot area, to the sizes of the rooms, and the area for the hot breakfast. In the morning, people were in each other's way trying to get to the tables, as there was just a small opening to get into the breakfast area and the counter with the food items were in that same location. The bathrooms had a slight mildew smell and there were no towel racks other than a hook on the bathroom door. There were no elevators at this location, which made it a bit difficult for my elderly mother, as our rooms were upstairs, but we managed. I had to stand at the front desk along with another for 10 mins, during check-in, the attendant was no where to be found, but finally came, indicating she was sorry, citing that she had to help someone with their TV in their room. Seemed like they were understaffed at the time, but not sure, maybe this normal for them.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and they had a very nice breakfast with waffles, eggs, seasoned potatoes, sausage, and an assortment of bread, bagels, etc. The woman at the counter was very nice.

Everything was well the only thing is that breakfast area is way to small especially during breakfast time too many people and not many tables to sit. The staff/house keepers were very nice and all very attentive!
