Our room was sparkling clean. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. This is a very well-run hotel with a nice indoor pool and hot tub that are open 24 hours! We will be back.

Right off the highway. New hotel, but there was already soap scum in the shower showing it isn't cleaned well. Staff were ok, but I seemed like more of a bother when I asked them my one question. Breakfast was ok. Meh.

Cleanliness is the one thing I’m pretty picky on with hotels. Some are “clean” but feel dirty either because they’re old and re-done poorly, or just aren’t cleaned very well, but this hotel I felt was just nice and clean. I didn’t feel like I had to walk in the room with my shoes on. The shower in our room was super nice and clean. No nasty shower curtain! It made my stay very enjoyable!

Read the reviews about quiet AC. This is not true. Fairly loud fan ran the entire night. I had turned off the room system but that didn’t stop some other system. Very disappointing!

The hotel is in great condition and was very clean. Location near highway but no highway noise. For some reason we were given an ADA room, which I don't like. The issue we had was with the room above us. The floors are thin, I guess. They checked in at 11:00 and stomped around the room moving furniture etc. til after midnight. Then at 4:11 am until 6, it sounded like someone was bouncing a ball on the floor. My husband thought it was something on the side of the building. Needless to say it was the worst night of sleep or no sleep. I should have asked to be moved but didn't.

The bed was the problem. Was hard to both my husband and I. One night we managed but they didn’t have other beds to move to so we had to stay with the hard bed. Won’t stay again. Breakfast is great and all workers very kind.

The hotel staff were so kind, they upgraded our room for free after hearing we were there for a funeral. They hotel was very clean and updated interior. The breakfast area is large and open, plenty of places to sit even with big groups. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The staff acted like it was a chore to check us in. At check out we waited at the front counter for 10 minutes before someone finally came in from outside. The rooms were clean so that was nice but the bathroom sink was backed up and slow to drain and the shower soap was empty.

The went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The picked me up at the airport when my flight came in after hours. When my rental car was covered in snow the staff removed all the snow from our windshields. They do the little things without you having to ask. Best hotel experience I have ever had.

The check-in and checkout processes were efficient and easy. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. I had asked for a couple of requests on my reservation and the hotel accommodated it with no problem. They also accommodated my early arrival with having a room prepared for me. New property, stayed Sep.29-Oct.01/24. Great staff, friendly & helpful, were able to check us in early ~1:30pm. Ashley was absolutely wonderful. Location is in area of nice upscale new residential homes, off I-15 exit 69, very safe and quiet, about 1/4 mile up a hill from main road and gas station. Incline up/down hill may be a bit tricky in winter. Breakfast very good, basic , scrambled eggs plus meat, changed each day, plus waffles, oatmeat, yogurt, fruit, muffins, juice, etc and coffee available all day. Lady taking care of breakfast area was super sweet and wonderful. Pool and hot tub seemed nice, but area is small and the kids using it had their toys all over the place so it was uncomfortable for us to use, so we opted to leave. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, very clean, cleaning staff does a great job and the girls were all very nice and helpful also. Glad we chose to stay here, we really enjoyed our stay. Only minor negative was even with A/C off, a fan constantly runs a makes the room feel a little cold, couldn't turn it off but maybe we just didn't do it right. Definitely recommend Fairfield Inn.

We had a great stay and the front desk was helpful and kind. The only issue we had was the breakfast. To only have 1 waffle machine was sad for the number of people. The stations were empty a number of times. We had to eat with our hands as there were no utensils at one point.

Friendly staff. Comfortable bed with 3 different pillows to chose firmness. Breakfast was very good including a bunch of toppings for cereal, cooked oatmeal,quiche...... There was always fresh fruit in lobby assortment of teas and coffee.

From the moment I entered the hotel I was impressed with the staff and the cleanliness. The lobby is connected to the breakfast dining room. Both very clean and modern. The room was great. I choose a King Suite and it had a nice couch, comfy bed, 2 TVs, good lighting everywhere, and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything very clean! The breakfast was really good! They had fresh made waffles, cereal, eggs, pork, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal and tons of toppings, fruit, milk, coffee, tea, and juices. The breakfast items were kept well stocked and hot if they needed to be. Very clean also! Staff were all very friendly and cool! The hotel is off the freeway with a convenient store, gas, and places to eat at the bottom of the hill. The only thing kind of weird is that the hotel is located next to a subdivision. When I looked out my window it looked into people's houses and yards. Very close to the hospital and ISU. Straight shot to downtown. I will return to this hotel next time I am in Pocatello for sure and request a room facing the parking lot :-)!

Clean, comfortable, and roomy. Negatives, towels were a bit rough and the shower curtain liner is looking a little dingy. Positives, everything else. Firm beds could be too firm for some. Breakfast was better than most. Oatmeal had a lot of toppings to choose from. Besides scrambled eggs and bacon, they had mini, no crust, quiches. We are making it our go-to place in Pocatello.

The staff was good and hotel itself was fine. The one negative experience was the breakfast. There were several items that were not stocked and food quality was average. Maybe we caught the end of a rush period and they were just catching up, but experience was disappointing at best.
