It was fine. We were on the second floor near the pool and could hear all the laughter and chatter from the swimming pool area. And there were no similar rooms available on the 4th floor. I'll still return to this Hampton.

I liked that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours. I didn’t like the perimeter lights mounted in the grass on the exterior of the building. The lights shine up the building but are almost pointed at the sidewalk. Every time I’d walk to my car they would blind me as I walk down the sidewalk.

Room great. Staff nice. Breakfast only ok because the toaster was out all but one day and they didnt have muffins last 2 days. The major issue was the pool. Too much chlorine!! Bleached my daughters navy swimsuit light blue, and her hair was fried after 2 swims!!!

The room was very clean and looked nice. We had plenty of space for us and our baby to sleep comfortably. The room temperature was excellent and consistent. The shower unfortunately drain barely worked. It drained very slowly and the body wash was completely empty. Which made showering pointless because we were staying for only one night. The bed was probably the biggest disappointment for us. It was very rigid and hard. Almost like we were sleeping on a box spring rather than an actual mattress. We both didn't get a lot of sleep because of how uncomfortable it was. The next morning we both woke up sore and very tired. On a more positive note the pool and hot tub were excellent! The pool temperature was quite warm, which was a pleasant surprise, and the hot tub was very hot, relaxing, and spacious. Though there was a very loud and annoying beep for what felt like every 30 seconds. The staff were wonderful to work with. They were so helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.

Check in process and the ppl at the front desk were friendly. Our room had an electronic blind which didn’t work. We also chose that place for the indoor pool and hot tub but it wasn’t working until really late that night so we didn’t get to use it. Also, the toilet plugged super easy with minimal tp and the maintenance guy just handed us the plunger and asked if we could get it because he’s too busy. If they wanted us to do that, they should leave plungers in the rooms so we didn’t have to call.

I was not happy with our stay. I waited 5-10 minutes till someone came out to check us in. I even said hello? Once we got to our room, it was not very clean. The toilet was filthy when the toilet seat was lifted up. The floor was filthy and you can see coffee stains like it hadn’t been moped. With how much we paid to stay, I was not impressed.

My room was not super clean, the shower head barely worked and my dog found soda bottles under the bed which was disappointing. He staff was nice but there was a mix up with my room, housekeeping knocked early in the morning and attempted to enter my room- waking me up and I had a dog in the room which I signed the agreement papers for/paid the pet fee so the staff should’ve known not to enter a room with a dog possibly loose. The staff was apologetic but didn’t get any answers as to why or any compensation for the disturbance/liability risk. I’m a single female traveler; I don’t particularly like being woken up to someone trying to enter my room

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was very good and great for convenience. However, the room was extremely filthy in the bathroom. The floor had hair and dirt. I’ve actually taken pictures and will forward. Once I realized how filthy the bathroom was I did not sleep well in the bed. I have used this hotel on many trips through many years. I’m very disappointed in the filth in the Room.

We had two rooms and both rooms were covered in black human hair. We were here for a funeral so we just went to the room late at night and unfortunately didn’t discover that we were sleeping and showering in someone else’s hair until that morning. Some of us didn’t even shower because they spotted it before they got in. We I told the front desk as we were leaving and they offered to go clean them so we could shower?! Not helpful.

The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. 4 housekeepers were smoking by entrance. There was hair in bathtub. No toilet paper on the hanger, fitted sheets inside out and dirty socks from someone’s previous stay in the floor, fridge had green stuff smeared all over inside of the back of it.

Nice room and common areas. Breakfast was ok but not great. Check in and out was smooth. My only complaint was I could hear the people in the room above walking around all night long. I like my room to be a little quieter and not hear neighboring rooms.

Great location. Close to the interstate but far enough away it was quiet. There was a computer crash when we tried to check in. The staff was on it and we went old school (paper. Works every time). Good food near by. Would stay here again.

Every great property accept for the person who dose the breakfast area, he was very rude to my wife who ask for some additional items for breakfast that was empty. there was very little to eat at 7:45am. very poor service. we ask the person at the front desk and she said she could not do anything about it.

Our stay was good. The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, but after we explained the problem, they hotel fixed the issue. Our first morning, the breakfast was not good. They ran out of food.
