Staffs were very professional and respectful to the guests. The rooms were cleas and the beds were comfy. My only complaint is there are no elevators which can be difficult to drag heavy luggage to the upper floor via stairways.

The worker for breakfast was really rude her customer service sucks. The room AC barely worked and the toilet made sounds all night. The pool was dirty the filter definitely wasn’t working the handicap chair for the pool was broken. The only reason I went was my disabled daughter wanted to swim and that didn’t happen. I will never use this location again! I rather stay with Embassy Suites.

It's the end of the swim season, but it was in the 90's all week. They opened the pool area for me. Decent area, felt safe there. The property was very clean, well maintained and in a safe neighborhood. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, overall I would say this was an enjoyable stay. The best feature though was the staff. Every person I dealt with was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. The staff was 10/10!!

Rooms are clean and quiet however they are oddly setup with the tv on the side of the bed instead of the foot. Hotel is dated and starting to show it's age and getting rundown with burned out lights, cracked and rusted concrete and surprisingly there is no elevator here. There's a brand new looking courtyard hotel 2 miles down the road, I was jealous I wasn't staying there lol Likely wouldn't stay here again mainly due to the weird room setup

The lighting and outlets needs attention. Our main light flickered on like a strobe light, and the wall outlet shorted out my charger box/cord and melted it. Thankfully nothing was plugged in at the time, but scary thing is I was gone all day and it could have caught on fire. The outlets by the headboard was loose and kept falling out and would barely charge anything. The fridge froze everything. There’s not a vent in the bathroom. However the staff were great and there was no other complaints!

Clean comfortable room & bed, pillows. Was greeted at check in with lovely lady who was friendly and helpful with directions to our early appointment the next morning. She even put us down for late sign out in case we were running late for appointment & could go back to pack up afterwards. We didn’t use the late checkout but did appreciate the kind offer. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Oversold and had no rooms. Never contacted me but had email address (they sent confirmation) and I did online early check-in (which according to them means nothing because they are a franchisee.) Gave me the name of nearby Marriotts but would not assist in rebooking or try to help get rate honored. All of this at 9 PM.

We came into town to visit Chicago, but we didn’t want to stay in the city. This location was perfect for us. They are close to a train station (the MD-N line), and they have a shuttle to take you anywhere within 3 miles of the hotel. We had our car and didn’t need the shuttle, but it’s a nice feature. The hotel has a Starbucks that is only open for breakfast. If you don’t choose that option when you reserve, you can order and pay a la carte on the spot. Their little market of snacks and such came in handy for us more than once. We didn’t find a chance to hang out at the pool, but the indoor pool looked mighty inviting! It was the perfect option for us.
