Carpet on first floor was old and stained. Pool was like ice, even for hot El Paso weather. Towel fixtures were falling apart. Surfaces, sofa bed cover and furniture in our suite were dirty and stained. Bathroom door lock was loose. Pillows were lumpy. Second day eggs were unedible, burned. Staff was pleasant and polite. Good location. Decent designated dog areas.

We stayed for 2 days for medical appointments. The room was cleaned maybe dated. But as I checked in the clerk said the elevator is down for a say or two for parts. It was pretty plain to see the elevator has been down for a while. We had a dog and they put us on the 4th floor... with a dog and no elevator. The hotel was not even. Close to full; and yet they were putting alit if folks, some very elderly up on the top floor. They need to get their elevator fixed. I saw a little old lady just about dying trying to get up to the 4th floor. It really really took away from the stay. Breakfast well at least the hot breakfast needs improving the powdered eggs and sausage both tasted terrible, all the ither breakfast was standard and good. FIX THE ELEVATOR!!

Hotel was convenient off the I-10 highway. Erin was very friendly and helpful. She had excellent customer service. The room was clean except for the one dirty q-tip that was hanging from the bathroom picture frame. The beds were comfy and we felt safe. Front Parking is limited during the evenings so we ended up parking in the back which was fine. The breakfast was decent for the cost of the hotel room. The pool was clean and relaxing. Because of the highway I ended up waking up around 3am- 2 times in a row- to the sound of trash trucks across the parking lot and cars racing on the highway. Make sure to wear headphones or earplugs. Overall, for the price and feeling safe I would come back to stay at this hotel.

We chose this location based primarily on cost and proximity to the airport. The room was clean and comfortable however there flooring was coming up or gapping in areas, not a huge issue given the price of the room. While we were staying there the elevator did not work. There are a lot of options for dining and shopping nearby. Very busy area but road noice not an issue.

Absolutely disgusting, room 327 is unsanitary and needs to be fully redone. There is weird stains all over the bathroom walls and boogers. The floor in the bathroom and the room are in horrible conditions with plenty of soft spots meaning yall have some flooring issues that need to be addressed. The base molding is clearly peeling off but neglected to be replaced along with the flooring. The toilet seat is all discolored and needs to be replaced. Overall y’all’s cleaning, maintenance, and management team lacks basic skills to perform your jobs. These issues are in plain-view to the naked eye so you can’t act ignorant to these issues. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room I stayed in on the back side of the hotel, away from IH10, was less noisy. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is good. The dining area was clean. Ask for a room where the air conditioner has a Constant Fan setting. Having the air conditioner on fan all the time will help drown out the IH10 noise.

No WiFi is a huge deal for people on business and staff and management had no remorse or alternative solutions nor advised prior to booking so I couldn’t work. I had to find somewhere else to go.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room floor in need of repair/replacement. Vinyl floor bubbling up and warped. Bed was comfortable. Room temperature difficult to regulate to comfortable temperature and was overly warm. Room key worked well this time. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but our rooms weren’t fully serviced. One day we had no towels, another day we didn’t get our garbages taken out etc. Every morning there was a foul odor in the hallway …other than that our stay was pleasant and the breakfast was nice. Just wish there were more fruit options like bananas, oranges or berries

Hotel needs work. Bathroom was dirty, it had urine on the walls. Vending machine area, floor was taped up with like a tarp and tape. Front desk was not professional. Lady with pink and blue hair was rude and she was busy talking to her friends. Not professional staff. You get what u pay for with this place. Never again.

I stayed over for the night and it was perfect. Very affordable. There is an Applebees and Pizza Hut in walking distance if you don’t want to lose your parking space. It’s right off of the freeway and accessible to many other places. On the other side of the freeway there’s a Dunkin’ Donuts, BK and McDonald’s. The location is great. I had no issues with cleanliness or my room. I had towels, everything worked just fine. I didn’t go to the pool area but I saw some kids heading to the pool. The morning breakfast was just okay and you can make your waffle the shape of Texas. Oh, Texas.

So it’s right off the 10 so it has easy access. It’s a little sketchy right there but the hotel was just fine. The room was big and comically under furnished. The best part of the whole stay is, it shares a parking lot with Applebees for an easy dinner and drinks. The gal at the front desk was very nice too!

Bad neighborhood. Groups of men hanging around outside. Also appeared to be Prostitution activity. One guest was pulling two aggressive Pit bulls around in a wagon. There was an argument and shoving match in the breakfast room. Hotel was overall dirty and any attempts to upgrade were obviously done by the lowest bidder. If I had children with me, I would have slept in the car. I honestly have no idea how they earned an 8.2 on Hotels.com.

Just not as well kept as other La Quintas I've stayed at. AC barely worked. Breakfast was overcrowded, not a great selection of food, boiled eggs way overcooked. Floor and walls visibly dirty and damaged. Bed uncomfortable, springy, and squeaky. Key card stopped working when I came back to hotel, had to go back to front desk to get it reset, which wasnt a big deal, but still annoying. Sheets and towels at least seemed clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. One of the ladies on shift at the desk during the night shift seemed VERY stressed out and overwhelmed, but they were all doing their best to run the place. Staff gets 5 stars.

I partly pick this property for the hot breakfast...I didn't like the sausage or scrambled eggs. I could not eat the eggs (I think my first time ever...it had a texture of mashed potatoes) and only partly ate the sausage...could not cut the sausage (too hard...over cooked) with plastic knife.

It was a clean simple hotel room near i10, it had no extras and the breakfast was limited, and you can only eat in the breakfast area I like to eat in the room as I get ready, the staff was nice and gave us the extra blankets and pillows we needed for our 1 night stay just passing through, 15mins from downtown if you have time it’s really pretty

Little disconcerting on the breakfast. Advertised to start at 6am, which was good, had to get an early start. They offered eggs but were none prepared yet. The woman who did breakfast was there and when i asked her about it, she said that she was not supposed to clock in until 630am so that we the eggs were not ready. To me that was very strange to not have your breakfast person on the job at 6am, if not earlier, since breakfast starts at 6am.
