Wonderful hotel and amazing indoor pool. Usually our favorite hotel. Unfortunately one of the elevators was broken and the housekeeping staff slamming the doors over and over again at 9am was NOT a nice way to wake up.

First night stay did not have hot water. The next morning manager upgraded our room and made it right. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was really good as well. The jacuzzi switch was missing to put on the jets so that was a let down.

The knob on the spa was broken. It was an easy 3 dollar fix but was not done. Also 8 dollars for uncovered park or security parking is a little much but otherwise a great experience.

Hotel was clean. Breakfast was good. I did not like that pool/hot tub was closed for construction and neither hotel website or expedia mentioned that in app. I informed staff that was the reason I booked there to use pool, she suggested that we could use the Hilton hotel pool down the road, we went and when we get there we realize its an outdoor pool and it was raining. So in the future I will have to be calling ahead to make sure it has the amenities mentioned. Embassy suites should have offered me a credit but they didn't and with Expedia I will stop using it because its promoting false advertisement.

Last time we stayed there was a huge cockroach in our room. It was dead but still gross. This last time we had no hot water the morning of check out so we had to leave without a shower. We have stayed here for over 25 years but maybe it’s time for a change:( breakfast bar isn’t kept us and it’s just not the same sadly.

Our hotel room felt like it was used, not cleaned/reset, and lightly picked up to make it seem clean. There were left over pubes/hairs in the tub, around the toilet, and on the bed. Certainly felt like someone was there before, used it, got reassigned and never reset. Didn’t find any bed bugs - so that’s a plus. I always stay with Hyatt Place and I regret not doing that since it’s literally next door.

The room was outdated and the bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was mold in the shower and behind the bathroom door was not cleaned. I should not be worried about feeling dirtier after a shower but I was. I little bit of Clorox and scrubbing goes a long way.

Our room was dirty, there are nasty looking spots on the rug like someone dropped food or threw up. The bed was horrible, not firm at all and the pillows looked and felt like they had fallen apart in the pillow case. There was mold in the bathroom and we had to call maintenance to get the room to cool down. Found beer caps under the table and the sofa bed when we opened it.

The indoor pool was so overly chlorinated my eyes and lungs were burning… the rooms smelled a little stale. Room service did not answer most times we tried to reach them. The elevator broke in the morning. The breakfast was ok except there was only 1 machine to make waffles which created a very long line. The worst was the huge roach my daughter found in the booth where we had breakfast. This place was more motel vibes than a typical Hilton property… yuck!

Good location near the airport. Bathrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. Counters seemed greasy, hair on the floor, toiletries were empty. Toilet seat was loose. The complimentary breakfast was very nice though. The hotel is what I probably should have expected for what it was.

Staff was great, location was convenient and safe. Our stay itself was nice. Environment was quiet but also family friendly. Room was spacious. Nightly drinks were a nice perk, they also served food, although we did not eat there. Downsides. Our shower curtain had black mold on it and our pillowcases had an unpleasant smell. Tops of doors and vents had a thick later of dust and buildup on them. The room itself is dated and furniture shows a lot of wear. They are renovating currently so hopefully those issues will be remedied. There was only ONE towel hook in the entire room. Pool area was not clean.

Probably one of the oldest Embassy Suites because everything looked and felt old. The bathroom was very small. The toilet felt like I was sitting on the floor. The sink felt like it was knee high. All the paint in the elevators was scraped off. The old wallpaper in our room was peeling off. Breakfast and staff were great!

First night I was given a room on 2nd floor #223 close to the freeway interstate 10 unable to sleep with the traffic noise all night long! The heater in that room wasn’t working either. It was a cold weekend in El Paso. I was moved to room # 614 towards the back of the hotel away from the freeway. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, there was no shampoo in the dispenser, the safe deposit wasn’t working in the room. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man to do those repairs right away. On Sunday I almost had to beg for room service. My room wasn’t made till 2pm. The maid only left one bath size towel in my room therefore I had to use the same towel twice. The coffeemaker was never cleaned out from the previous use. I found a used filter inside the coffeemaker!

Even though the room was clean, the dated decor made it feel like it wasn't. The room a/c didn't circulate well throughout the entire room (King suite). Also, don't take your kids to the pool after 6pm because, not only is it jam-packed, but you have a lot of couples being "romantic". Parking around the hotel is limited and the atmosphere is sketchy. - Breakfast is good. - Housekeeping doesn't bother you. - Checkin/out is easy. - Location is great! - Bathroom is cramped compared to size of room. - Felt weird that room had a large L-shape sofa without a couple of throw pillows for comfort. - 'Complimentary' wi-fi isn't easily accessible and spotty if your not a Hilton Honors member, I suppose. - The markup on snacks/beverages next to front desk is ridiculous.

My family and I liked the room, the bed was very comfortable, was clean. Didn’t like thin walls, could hear next door when their shower was started. The AC made a loud noise when it shut off, very disruptive when sleeping. But was a very nice hotel, good location.

I should have changed room ! I was on 3rd floor above the pool. The room was SO humid and reeked of chlorine the AC was set at 64 and never made it under 72 ( which was ok) but it felt as if I was sweating from the humidity. The bathrooms are NO frills about the size of my car trunk the shower head always has calcium build up and never drains properly. However it has the BEST breakfast ever !! I’ve stayed here many times and keep asking myself why.

Johnathan who checked is in was very accommodating and polite. I wosh I grabbed the bar tenders name because she was amazing too! This was our second stay at the Embassy and overall was a pleasant stay. We were disappointed by the gym, the water was shut off for 3 hours and it looks like theyre renovating the place which it really needs. Other than that its still a gorgeous place. Safe environment and close to almost everything in El Paso!

Our check in time was 3 PM. I have traveling all night., I didn’t pay attention to the details as I booked the room. The guy at the front desk said to give him my number and he will call as soon as a room becomes available. 30 minutes later, he calls me letting me a room is ready. How great is that!! They are great! The room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious . Next time I come back to El Paso I will definitely stay here again!

Love this property so very much. The staff, the amenities and the pool. Only problem is the shower shampoo, soap and lotion were empty. This is the third time this has happened. But it’s also understandable as the poor housekeeping staff is already so busy Still THE greatest hotel in El Paso.

This property was nice and fairly well maintained (a few small things not cleaned quite to my standard, but mostly pretty good and I’m just picky). There were lots of perks like complimentary drinks and the desk was pretty responsive to requests for towels and the like. Wonderful breakfast options, only complaint there was that there was only one waffle maker and always a line. But I loved the personalized omelets! Might want to check on elevator maintenance, but it also could be in progress… our stay was over a holiday. Would definitely stay again!

We always stop to stay here when we drive to Waco from California-it’s our halfway point. Now as we trek back to Cali we arrive here at Embassy again. I can not say enough about your desk clerk Gabrielle. I stepped up to check in and she greeted me with “ Welcome Back!” I was in shock!! It’s been over 2 weeks!!!!! I proceeded with “Thank you so much-how have you been-busy I bet?” Here’s the topper…her next statement…How was your trip to Waco and how are your children?!?! Even as I type this I am still completely utterly blown away!!! Never have I ever had that type of service!!! OMG!!! She needs a promotion and a raise as soon as possible!!! I work in the retail service industry where customer service is top priority over everything else!! You can not possibly afford to lose a valuable employee like Gabrielle. I hope you will share my thoughts with Embassy Suites and that Gabrielle gets a chance to see this!! Thank you so very much Gabrielle for making our family’s last 2 stays extremely exceptional and honestly forever unforgettable. Customer service, like yours, is so extremely rare and truly appreciated. Best wishes in your future career endeavors

Love love love this place stay here every time we road trip from California to Texas to see our kids at college. Makes a great half way stopping point. Great rooms, service and very clean. Gabrielle at front desk check in was extremely courteous/helpful/informative and friendly. Apologized for the current construction mess but that did not hinder our stay at all!! Free breakfast is always a plus—cooks were both extremely gracious and super friendly and of course food was delicious. Will definitely stay here again-lol-on the way back to California!!

Clean, decent free breakfast, and staff was very efficient and kind. Super close to airport, parking was plentiful and free. Had a late check in around midnight and front desk was staffed and quick with the process. It IS pet friendly, which is fine with us because we are dog people, however there WERE some barking dogs in the middle of the night during our stay which did wake me up. To be expected at a dog friendly place, but something to consider.

We enjoyed staying at the Embassy suites. The evening reception and cooked to order breakfast is what we typically look forward to, and we were not disappointed. On this visit, we were able to select our room the day of our stay. Very nice.

The room had a funny smell to it when we went in. The sink in the living room had a leak when the water drained, so we couldn't use it. The water would spill out of the cabinet and on to the floor. We ordered room service after a long road trip. All of the food was served on styrofoam, including the very hot soup. It was in a cup, both the same size even though I ordered a cup and a bowl of soup. The cup started to melt around the edges. It was pretty bad. Breakfast had started with some plates, but then switched everything to styrofoam and plastic. Ton of waste out of that place. The lighting in the small bath room is over the shower and very bad. It was very dark in that bathroom. I do not recommend this place and will not stay there again.
