This was the most horrible stay we have ever experienced!!!! Our first room was dirty the beds hand black on the white sheets there was old food left in the room! Got our room switched, that room didn’t lock correctly due to the door being previously kicked in the shower not work and exploding everywhere!!! To the person next to us screaming all hours of the night with 2 dogs that wouldn’t stop barking the hole time!! The beds felt you were sleeping on a hard concrete floor, the fridge didn’t work, the pool was filthy!! All and all this was the most horrible hotel experience ever!!!!

Old carpets in room. Shower was old and you feel it was about to give out. Old and dirty toilet. Just not that nice white finish or easy flush sable kind. Hand soaps and shampoos need to be update and better quality. Better mounts in the tv. Ice machine was old and not working. Broke, loose security hinge and bolts.

Found water on the floor next to the tub . Parking was safe, when I left saw a homeless setting on the steps a few steps from the main door . The mattress needs to be change a little worn out .

Being able to travle with our furry friend is what we want. Red Roof Inn allows this with great pleasure. The room was large enough for our extended stay with plenty or space for lounging around when not working too.

Was nice, will say there was no ice. They were working on the one in the lobby but floors 2/3 looked like they hadn't worked in a while. Also, multiple times tried to talk to front desk, and no one would be there. Very nice room though and comfortable.

There were roaches fight when we walked into the room. The bed covers had stains and also the couch. There was no hospitality from staff memeber as slacker worked up front laughing with her friend who was watching movies and eating food up front on the desk/counter. This is what red roof allows? Although she was making fun of elderly people passing. Wouldnt visit ever again.

Horrible stay! We checked into a room that was dirty unkept and the shower was covered in mold on the floor. Tiles were broken and water was dripping add to the moldy shower. Checked out after 15 minutes and we did not stay and the front desk did not do or say anything to refund or allow me to cxl the reservation. They only offered another room which at that point we left

Overall the property is dilapidated. The room we were checked into did not appear like it had been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets were stained and there was hair all over the bed frame. Would not recommend anyone staying longer than a night to book a room here.

Windows may as well be open for all the noise from the freeway. It's so loud! Shower faucet waters the floor around the tub making for low pressure showers and a mess to clean up afterward. DO NOT leave your clothes on the floor!

Contrary to reviews I read the property and room were in good condition. The staff was nice and greeted me with a smile. I haven't been here in a while and was satisfied to see laminate floors and freshened walls. I was sorry not to be able to get into their pool because I arrived late. They could keep up the surrounding area better.

The guy at the front desk was so rude an then he kept looking at my I'd an then looking at me an giving me this dirty look I felt like he thought I was a prostitute or something because I was with an older man which was my grandpa when I asked if everything was alright he responded with what's your problem do we have a problem here me and my grandpa asked for our I'd an left found somewhere else to stay for the night it was awful and super uncom

It’s just about 45 minutes for me to check in as the person running the front desk was all alone, and there was a line of people trying to check in. The coffee machine in the lobby was not working when it finally did work the coffee tasted like dirty water.

Only paid $69 and it was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. It was a 12 minute freeway drive to the US Passport Office. Super Walmart, Cinemark, Cracker Barrel and a Mexican restaurant are close by……literally within walking distance. There’s also a Pei Wei, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, and McDonalds. Sam’s Club and a Hobby Lobby are a 1 minute drive away. Outdoor pool was clean. Room had mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron & board……just no personal coffeemaker. Coffee available in main lobby. Friendly staff.

The only thing is Hotels.com site offers smoking rooms for extra cost. I booked the room for that purpose and Red Roof no longer offer smoking rooms nor breakfast as advertised. Overall the room was great for the night stay.

The check in was normal. However the room was horrible and the property is old and poorly maintained. There was poop in the toilet and food in the fridge. There were also wires coming out of the wall. We did not even stay our 2nd night. Staff did address concerns immediately but the complaints are unacceptable.
