Cleaning had not been finished when we checked in, bed sheets had been slept in. New room had dirty bathtub and was above noisy pool. People were hopping over the pool fence to get in and out. Possibly not even guests that were going in and out.

Check in attendant was very friendly. One thing i should have paid attention to was the fact the “indoor pool” was also outdoor so the water was too cold for my son to swim. (Whole reason i booked this hotel was for indoor pool) I didnt have a shower curtain originally and called the service desk to request one. After waiting 20 minutes i walked down to the front desk and requested one in person. It was as if they were not in the process of having one brought to my room.

Friendly staff and very quiet. Rated cleanliness on a 4 out of 5 as there was just a few small things noticed. Elevators were slow…that was mainly only complaint…but we just took the stairs and would stay there again!

The hotel was nice and clean BUT me and my girlfriend were on the couch watching tv and she began itching really bad and was thinking she was having an allergic reaction to whatever they clean the couch with. She stood up and I saw some bugs on her and she freaked out and ripped her shirt off and as we looked at it we saw three bugs come off of it. We recorded it and saved a pic of it and looked up on google and confirmed it was bed bugs…. They did give us a full refund and were very nice and understanding about it but never in all my hotel stays have I seen bedbugs.

Check in and out experience was great. Gentleman at the desk was super friendly and helpful. Room was dirty. there was stagnant water in the tub with debris in it and marijuana crumbs all over the dresser in the bedroom. There was no towels in the pool area. otherwise was a great stay!

This Drury is very average as far as Drury properties go. High touch Surfaces and public spaces were dirty. Elevators were disgusting. The entire property needs a solid deep cleaning

The room was quite dirty. Fridge had food in it still and crumbs all in it which was disgusting. The bathroom tub had soap all over the faucet that was dried on and nasty. The pillows ALL had these nasty orange stains as well as one of the mattresses. Pool was nasty our second night and there was supposed to be no smoking in pool area but that was not enforced so that sucked . Hot tub was filthy as well the second night . Both breakfasts and kickbacks foods were luke warm . The syrup said caution hot on it but it was not heated in ANY way. We book drurys as we like the food, how clean they usually are and its always a great experience. Definitely not this time i am glad to be leaving . Also there was a couple that was pleasing e as chother in the pool and that was great to know ur in the water with people pleasing eachother . Im all around disgusted with this trip and this Drury Inn

During checkin, the person at reception explained that it would be light service, which is fresh towels, trash removal, & a coffee supply refresh. We stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to service our room. By the time we left, all trash cans were full and over flowing. We had to go to the front desk every night for towels as the pile of used and wet towels in the bathroom & under the sink expanded. The front desk staff were polite and professional. They apologized, but nothing was done to address our issue. Putting a note for the next day did not result in a change. It’s a nice hotel and I usually enjoy my stay and receive good service. However I probably won’t stay at this hotel again.

The check in was nice and staff was courteous. But the room was another story. There were hairs in the shower and in the bed linens. We pulled them off and used our own. The pool was extremely cold and dirty and the hot tub was dirty as well. The beds were not comfortable. Every time my husband moved the whole bed would move with it so I didn't sleep hardly at all. The mattress springs are clearly worn out and need to be replaced. For the price paid I have stayed at a lot cleaner places with better amenities. Really disappointed this time.

Our room was never cleaned the after the first night there. We told housekeeping about it, but it still wasn't cleaned, so a front desk agent (thank you!) came up to remove out dirty towels and empty the trash. Day 2, new towels were left, but the dirty towels were also left on the floor. Again, the front desk personnel came to remove our dirty towels. Also, nothing was cleaned in the bathroom/sink area and our beds were never made the whole time we were there. We stayed there last year and the service was excellent. That is why we we booked this hotel again. They did give me a $40.00 credit, but it wasn't worth the inconvenience, so I will not stay here again.

The alarm clock in the room next to us went off at 530 am I called the front desk it finally was shut off at 6 our room was close to the elevator and it was very loud….we did not sleep well at all. Everything else was good as expected.

The location was good. Breakfast was good. We could hear the freeway noise and anytime the neighbor used the bathroom. Beds were comfy, but the pillows needed replacing/washing due to smell. Friendly front desk staff.

The staff was excellent. The room, while comfortable, is in need of modernization. Actually, the entire property neds to be brought up to date. The bathroom was quite small. Expanding it by a foot or so by making the bedroom a little smaller would make a big difference, as would a curtain separating the sink area from the sleeping area would also be a help.We were in town for just the one night, so we didn't use the pool, gym or business office. The breakfast was very tasty.

We booked a one bedroom suite and it was truly a suite! Two queen beds in the bedroom with a bathroom, then in the living room, there was a pull out couch, chairs and another bathroom. Yes, TWO BATHROOMS! It was great! The living room and bedroom were separated by a door, so you could close off one room from the other. All this with two televisions, microwave and refrigerator. Highly recommend Drury!

The young gentleman who checked me in was outstanding. He completed the check-in in record time and throughout my stay answered questions in a very professional manner. All the other staff was great as well. I stay at Drury Inn and Suites often and always enjoy my stay.

This hotel has really gone downhill in the last year. Broken hairdryer in room and DIRTY linens left on sofa bed from another guest! Disgusting! Prior guest’s room key still sitting on desk. Poor response to these issues by front desk staff.

Nice property, it includes breakfast and it is right next to the highway so easy to get in and out. The price point seems more suitable for a property in Downtown St. Louis but it does have free parking and getting from there into town is not too far even though it is on the Illinois side. You are about 10 to 15 minutes away from the St. Louis bridge.

We needed to stay somewhere close to the city that was right off the interstate and decided to try the Drury Inn in Fairview Heights, IL. This location is conveniently located right off of the interstate and is right down the road from restaurants and shopping. Our rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean. You could tell the employees put hard work into cleaning this property. The beds were so comfortable that I didn’t have any problems falling asleep. We were very pleased with the breakfast as it was hot and fresh with a variety of options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I loved our one night stay so much that I wanted to stay a second night if I had the option.

The breakfast should start earlier than 7:00. There were families there for a sports tournament that came down at 6:30 and couldn’t eat because the breakfast wasn’t ready and they had to leave close to seven. My husband and I had come down at 6:30 and sat and waited. Many others came down at 6:30 also but had to wait.

The check-in process was easy as it should be. The room was clean with everything in good working order. This was a simple overnight stop but it was superb. Now, the breakfast. This is easily one of the best breakfast setups I’ve ever encountered on a road trip. There was a ton of room to move around and a lot to choose from. Also, a lot of space for people to eat. I don’t usually have high expectations for free breakfast, but this FAR exceeded expectations. If you walk away hungry, it’s your own fault. I’d definitely stay here again!

We arrived at 630 Friday night. You get drink cards for your stay, you can get 3 free drinks, mixed drink or beer.They had food and drinks for dinner but couldn't stay as we had to get to a ball game. Slept through breakfast Saturday morning. We went out lunch then a movie. We came back around 530, they had pulled pork sliders,hotdogs/chili dogs Mac&cheese baked beans salad for dinner. I can't remember ever staying somewhere where you get Free breakfast, dinner and drinks. It is well worth the stay.
