The front desk person was funny and friendly. Rooms were great. Pool was fun for the kids. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. I left my coat by accident and i called back they found it and we are picking it up after the tournament we are attending today!!

We were greeted by the nicest young lady. The computer system had been having issues, but the did not deter her from being super friendly! She took great care of us and got us into our room early enough that we could get ready for the wedding we attended. The exercise room was roomy and fit our needs for a quick stretch after a filling breakfast.

Everything was great. The only thing that I did not like was that the advertisement said there was a hot tub and I was looking forward to enjoying a relaxing evening but found out they no longer had a hot tub. They had a very nice indoor pool, but no hot tub. A plus was they allowed pets and our puppies were very happy

This hotel is great! Super clean everywhere. Rooms are new and updated with nice firm mattresses. It is super quiet. The staff were nice and friendly. Lots of dining options close by. This will be my go to hotel when I am forced to come to the Chicago area henceforth.

This Hampton was a great option for an overnight prior to attending a funeral in Chicago. It was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, nice large shower. Front desk staff person at check in wax friendly. Breakfast better than most-- coffee was good. Although it is right next to highway, we did not hear noise.

The hotel was nice the staff were very nice and the breakfast was amazing with a great selection!! Bathroom was nice and big the only complaint was the beds was like sleeping in boards!! But overall it was a nice stay!!

Julie at the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly, helpful and made us feel like “one of the family”! We met family at the hotel on this trip and she was helpful in getting us next to each other on the same floor. Brought our kids rubber ducks to share with others! We will definitely stay here again bc of her!

Appreciate all the staff and their assistance with items that we had forgotten. They were pleasant, professional and exhibited smiles at all times. Special thank you’s to Anna and Erin for their exemplary care during our stay. The manager the morning of the 12 was also lovely. Highly recommend this facility!!

Dirty. Room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. The night staff was terrible, a lady at the desk who had no idea how to use her computer to log people in or out and honestly, was twitchy eyed and scary. There was a guy (staff) laying on the couch in lobby watching TV SMOKING A CIGERETTE while I checked out. Parking lot felt unsafe at night, with people sitting in their cars at 3am smoking cigarettes waiting for something. Drugs? Pimps? Who knows. Avoid this location.

They gave my room away! I even called earlier that day to confirm since we were Driving 10 hours from out of town. The lady at the desk was incompetent. No one said sorry for the inconvenience or gave me any sort of apology. The area and clientele were not what I had hoped either. I requested a room with two beds. We were tired and it was really too late to go looking for another hotel. So, Instead, they gave me two rooms and comped the second. Breakfast was average. I will not be going back and dont recommend for anything other than their room cleanliness. I did not get what I reserved and would have preferred a refund, but did not have another place to stay that late at night. It really made me look stupid in front of my traveling companion.

There was nothing unique about the property. When we arrived, the shampoo was empty in the bathroom, but the staff replaced it when we told them. At breakfast one morning, eggs and potatoes were not replenished on a timely basis, so we got none. On our last night there, a truck came in with a trailer and took up 5 parking spaces. These spaces were near the front of the hotel, even though spaces for larger trucks and construction trucks are provided in the rear. Maybe there should be someone checking the lot periodically since you were sold out the 3 nights we were there.

My husband and I wanted to come and relax. Our experience was nice. It was comfortable and quite. The only thing is we didn't enjoy the breakfast. But I would recommend this place to others if they are trying to just get away and relax
