The front desk person was always on his phone while customers waiting for service. The elevator will not let you sleep coz too noisy. They need to fix it. Its going up and down all night and feels like someone is nailing the floor

We spent a the July 4th week here. It was lovely. Everything about this hotel was lovely. Room service was on point. The restaurant is next to the outside patio with a firepit. That alone was enough to have many romantic moments for my husband & I to connect. My son loved the gym, restaurant and pool. He's 17 yrs old. He left us many times to explore the city.

Check in was wonderful, however the jacuzzi and swimming pool was very dirty… the sauna was ok. Our room was ok. The pull out sofa bed was small. Other than that , the staff were very kind and pleasant.

Did not like how they Bill. Did pay at property but they ran and put a hold on money before I even arrived. They also put a hold of $50 per night for incidentals. Pool is in an inconvenient place and the hot tub was not working(whole reason I chose this hotel).

Housekeeping was terrible. We stayed 5 days and our room was never cleaned. Every day I had to call the front desk for towels. Never got them. Had to find housekeeping myself to get them. 1 day I had to get towels, garbage bags, soap, kleenex, toilet paper myself because the 1 day were going to have them clean our room they told us they were only cleaning rooms that people checked out of that day because there was too many to clean. The day we checked out I dropped our room keys off at the front desk. The lady at the front desk didn't even look up at me. Just a quick thank you as I was walking out. This was the 2nd and last time we'll be staying here. They are just letting this nice hotel go down. Which is unfortunate.

This place used to be amazing. I had to be moved for the first time into a different room because the first room didn’t have a TV with the couch and the computer chair was all tore up the second room didn’t have a TV with the couch again and this room, the shower was a little dirty, and there was water stains on the wall from the roof leaking on the fifth floor. I never had issues like this before this used to be my spot. I don’t think I’ll be back for a very long time. They need to update this place. It’s been used too much for the casino and the power plant and people have ruined it and no, there’s no upkeep.

The room it self was really nice. The hot tube had some dirt in the bubbles. My biggest issue is our room had a connecting door with the room next to us. So the people next to us were being loud till 3am and yelling and talking slamming doors. We had to be up by 7am to make my sons game. We also could hear the people outside around the fire pit screaming and being super loud because they were drunk. I wish the walls were thicker and windows were as well. If they had this it would have been a great stay. Be careful staying here because it is a gamble of if someone will be partying all night next door in another room. You will hear everything.

It was an OK stay. We had to check in late due to the distance to drive and we were using it as a stop on our trip. The room was clean, but the AC was busted. We called the front desk and told them that the unit was dead and the wall thermostat was dead as well. Their only advice was to unplug the unit and fo a reset on plug. This did not resolve it. We were offered a different room, but our daughter was already dead asleep and we were too tired to deal with it. Luckily it was not hot so we dealt with it.

I liked the room size.the room was clean. The things I didn’t like were the walls were thin. The guests in the next room had children. Who were screaming and banging on the walls while I was trying to sleep. I also heard a dog barking for quite a while during the morning hours. I tried to use 2 washcloths and they had several hairs on them. Those were my concerns. The staff at the restaurant was great. Very friendly and kind.

Glade we found this hotel last minute after the nightmare we previously booked. It was like from night to day. Loved the bonfire area in the back and all the amenities. The staff from The front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the room staff were super friendly.

The elevator jumps and jerks when stopping and makes one wonder if they are going to be trapped between floors. There was a grab bar outside the bathtub, but nothing inside and the bottom of the tub was slippery. Staff was slow to replace food at the breakfast buffet. We never did get a chance to have French toast. There was no half-and-half for the coffee, just nondairy creamer. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. The location was perfect for our visit and the room was beautiful. In fact, the entire property was so well kept and beautiful. I used the pool, the sauna and the whirlpool in the a.m. and my husband used the workout room! The beds were so comfy! We also had a burger and fries for dinner, and ate breakfast at the restaurant. It was an entirely pleasant experience! I couldn't recommend this facility enough! Holiday Inn will be my new go to for stays in my future travels!

This is the first motel I've been to that charges for coffee in the morning. Travelers who've been driving on 80 all day should get some free coffee for 200/night. What's worse is the kiosk just spat out hot water and the hotel wouldn't refund my 4$ for the coffee telling me I needed to contact the manufacturer of the machine.

The room had a weird mold smell to it and they tried covering it up with the AC on low and a bunch of perfume style smells trying to cover up the smell. Which after we turned the AC to a comfortable temperature that’s when the smell was worse. The front desk lady was nice and check in was fast.

Overall, our stay was pretty great! My only complaint was that the pool area was in dire need of being cleaned. We didn't go in until 9:30 PM, which was definitely close to closing time, so I will attribute the poor conditions to it just being the end of the day, but it was still off putting. Also, the chemical mixture in the spa did not seem right. The water had a very strange smell to it. Not your typical spa smell. And while I didn't get into the pool, I did notice that the water was very cloudy. We did have dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The price was great, it was taco Tuesday night. The rooms were exceptional. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the pillows were also very comfortable. I got a really good night sleep. I was not awakened by any noises in the night. All in all, we would definitely stay there again, although probably not for the pool....
