The first room we were given the key card didn't work. The front desk clerk came and tried to get into the room with a crowbar, which was unsuccessful. Then we were placed into a second room and the dead bolt didn't lock, we killed not one but three cockroaches on the night stand and there was no remote for the TV

Staff was friendly. Everything worked. I asked for toilet paper once. Bearbear loved her journeys!!! She had no complaints.
