Three out of 4 days no hot water every time I wanted a shower had to ask why no hot water? You should not have to ask for hot water apparently not well maintained as I would inquire and they said it works you just have to wait said come down and test they did then found out a water pump was turned off? Humm on day one next day wanted a morning shower no hot water again same in third day and how do you clean and sanitize without hot water ? Also not hot biscuits and gravy apparently no warm up before putting in warmer don’t know anybody who eats food not at proper temperature not sure what management and maintenance are doing but apparently very little go try somewhere else very dissatisfied also add one hundred dollars for incidental really already paid a premium to stay going to watch for retuning of my money very disappointed

The staff were all welcoming, warm & helpful. Able to give us requested type room & assisted with connecting treadmill. Room was more spacious than expected with a larger dorm refrigerator. Very clean and comfortable and appear to be recently updated. Breakfast was typical for a warm continental breakfast but did offer two different types of fruit which was appreciated!
