We arrived during the heat wave at the end of July, 100 degree heat outside with heat indexes even higher. We were beyond disappointed to find that the AC had not been turned on in our room, nor were the hallways being cooled. The AC on the stairway had a code that said “FO”. DISAPPOINTED is truly an understatement.

My car had a flat and there were no tow truck's, so this was a last minute decision. Im glad I went here. I had no personal items, just the clothes on my back. The man at the desk let me take his cell charger until morning. They also had a vending machine. So happy because I was hungry and thirsty.

This is an older hotel but it is very well maintained. Everything was very clean and the service was friendly. The sheets smelled clean and the towels were fluffy. The continental breakfast was minimal but over all this was an INCREDIBLE value.

This hotel was super for a night stop off on R 66 . Easy to find and park . Room was large and clean . Bed so comfy . Breakfast was more than adequate . For what we paid we thought it was a bargain . Pontiac had lots of character .

Breakfast was literally a few slices of bread, eggs waffles, packaged oatmeal (plain only with no topping choices), containers of milk and apple juice (1/3 filled not in manufacturing package just plain container so no way to know what kind of milk) and coffee (sugar and sugar substitute, no creamer). Thankfully there were food places nearby. Whole facility was outdated badly. It was stinky when we first walked in the lobby and air/ heat in the room was just off so it was stuffy. Stains on towels, pillows were flat and only 2 per bed. Only saw 1 worker at the desk when we checked in, only a housekeeper when we checked out (that was not happy we were not gone by 9:30, checkout is 11). Room served its purpose I suppose.

It was horrible. We checked in late at night which went smoothly. We had two reservations. Both rooms were covered in roaches. Crawling out of the microwave. The manager came to verify. We were told they would have hotels.com refund us. We LEFT IMMEDIATELY, DID NOT STAY AT ALL! We have not received a refund. Hotels.com has also not issued compensation even though they can see that we checked in and right back out.

It was very worn down.not maintained well. The tile in the bathroom was missing almost all the grout. The shower head looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. It was a decent hotel but you could hear everything through the walls. The comforter smelled dirty(I don’t ever use them in hotels anyway). Towels were like sand paper. If you need a cheap place to stay and don’t expect much this is for you Staff wasn’t rude but very short and too the point.

The hot breakfast was a joke. You could toast waffles with a barely working toaster (instead of making them yourself) and the orange juice was actually tang. The chain lock between the two rooms was broken which made me nervous. The microwave worked but the door was hard to open. I have been to Super 8s in the past few years and they are cheap and you get what you pay for but this could easily be better. It wasn't horrible or anything. Just could use some improvements.

Check in was easy. Room was clean but the hotel is in need of an update. Hallways were dark. The only time spent there was to sleep and shower so it served its purpose. If I was traveling with my family my wife would have never stayed here. There is a Wally's(Mini Buccees) convenience store/gas station next door which was cool. There is a restaurant next door but we couldn't tell if it was open or not.

Every time I visit this location, they can’t find my reservation. This time was no different. I stay here frequently and it happens each time. Then the staff has absolutely no clue how to print a receipt or find the reservation and it ends up taking 45 minutes to just check in.

The hot breakfast was a joke. You could toast waffles with a barely working toaster (instead of making them yourself) and the orange juice was actually tang.
