Stayed 2 nights

My family and I booked 2 rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it. The first room we had gotten was still being cleaned , so they had to switch her to a new room & one mattress had a literal hole in it and they had to switch the room again. The management gave us free breakfast vouchers however the restaurant made us super sick. The elevators were super sketchy. The tub wouldn’t drain properly. It’s not as up kept as the pictures suggest. The only nice thing was the pool.

Stayed 1 night

We arrived after midnight in a delayed flight. Checking was easy. We went to our room and immediately upon opening the door a strong odor of cat pee wafted out. The room was hot and the AC didn’t work. The desk clerk was very helpful and immediately gave us a new room that smelled neutral and was cool.

Stayed 1 night

I originally reserved a room with one king bed. Got to the hotel, and my reservation was bumped to two queen beds. Not the end of the world- but I feel if I reserved something, that is what I should be getting. If two queen beds were wanted, then that would have been what was reserved. Rooms do not have refrigerator or microwave-again, not the end of the world, as long as you know going into it that the expensive dinner you were bringing back with you would not be able to be refrigerated or heated up and will be going into the garbage. Bathroom did not have a vent. The hot shower (which was amazing) ended up steaming the bathroom, fogging mirrors, leaving condensation all over the floor, sinks, toilets-just a wet mess. Beds-I would have been better off sleeping on the floor, and I ended up having the ability to choose between two beds. They were so firm that it was uncomfortable. Pillows looked great all fluffed up upon walking in, but as soon as you lay your head on the pillow, they flattened paper thin. Overall, I was not impressed with the room. As a female, there is not a floor length mirror or even a mirror that you can get close to to do hair/makeup after taking a shower. I had to rearrange furniture to do this. I was there for business, so I just ended up having to make it work. I can say I would not go out of my way to stay at one of these hotels again.
