Upgraded to the executive suite. There was only one bath towel and wash cloth in the room. Was stuck watching basic cable as Netflix log-in wasnt possible due to tv-internet connectivity. They advertise that they have a hot tub - yet it hasnt worked in 9 months with no plan to fix it. Pool area was extreme noisy and there was only 1 clean towel available. Free breakfast is free breakfast - but it was horrible.

My husband is handicapped and we were on the 4th floor. The button on the elevator to go down was not working correctly, so you had to walk down to the third floor and bring the elevator up to the 4th floor. They had it fixed but the day we were leaving it was beginning to not work well. One morning I went down for coffee and there was no regular coffee and had to ask the desk to get the carafe that was in the back room. Another morning I went for decaf and the coffee from the day before was in the carafe cold. Went to spend one night at the pool and no lights were on. I had to go to the front desk to have them turn the lights on. Also from the parking lot you could see garbage stacked up against the window you could look into.

Very comfortable bed! I was able to relax after busy days Very quiet. My only complaint would be that, yes, laundry services ARE available. But there is only one washer and one dryer. Every time I tried to use it, they were in use. One or two more of each would be helpful. But otherwise fine. I would stay there again.

I've stayed in worse. After I changed my itinerary, the price went up. The stay wasn't worth more than $40/night. Went there for the hot tub, but they said it hasn't worked in over a year - it's shown in their advertisement. I think it should be removed.

A roach crawl across my forehead while I was sleeping that woke me up. I ended up killing 5 of them. The place looked clean but the mext room had roaches as well. One escaped by running under the door to the hallway. It messed with my psych, and I broke out across my forehead. Not a happy camper, they said that Eco lab was going to come spray the room as if that was the only room with them. I asked for a full refund but they said No! They charged me for one night. Close to $80.00 and refunded the rest.I showed them pictures as well.

AWFUL, HORRIBLE experience during my recent stay at the LaQuinta in Tinley Park, IL. To make a long story short. I booked a room for two days, as I was getting married in a nearby suburb. On the day of my wedding, I woke up to roaches crawling on my floor. I immediately contacted the front desk, who came to my room and actually witnessed one of the roaches crawling around as if he had paid to stay there as well. (I have this all on recording, FYI) They moved to another room, however I was still very uneasy about the whole ordeal giving that it was my actual wedding day. I contacted Expedia and I sent the General Manager an email. I never heard back from him, however Expedia was very apologetic and offered me some compensation. I will NEVER stay at that location, or probably any LaQuinta hotel ever again in life. It was an awful experience and then to not even get a response or an apology from the GM was very disheartening.

Absolutely FILTHY. This property was disgusting. Do not stay here. The hallway smelled like a dead body I kid you not. We checked into our room at midnight, and we’re immediately shocked at the blood drip down our toilet. We asked for drone one to clean it and no one was available so I had to do it myself. There was also hairs, stains on the towels and bed. And there was also white residue which I’m assuming was biological fluid on the black bed head. We asked for some sort of compensation and Wyndham refused to give us anything. The breakfast food area was also subpar. The water jug was covered in hard water marks and crust very gross. I’m mostly disappointed that Wyndham would not help us at all. Disgusting hotel and customer service.

There was a large spider web in the upper corner on one wall and the floors were sticky when walking on them. You could hear the shoe stick to the floor. Limited continental breakfast. The bed frame was cheap. If you say on the corner of the bed, the mattress went thru the bed frame. Most of the staff was nice, not all. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We woke up to bed bugs bites and live bugs on very blood soiled mattresses. The desk clerk came to the room and left saying that he could not take it, it was so bad. The second night was refunded but the first night was no refunded and no contact from the manager. This location is privately owned and no information on the owner given. I did contact the Health department and a review is being conducted. DO NOT BOOK THIS LOCATION!!

The room was dark, no over heard lighting. The shower was very noisy, had 2 different high pitched sounds coming from it as well as the water temperature was just luke warm, but the water temperature coming from the sink outside the 2 pc bathroom was scolding hot. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. The wall outlets did not hold the plugs in, curling iron kept coming out and it took forever to charge our phones. However, the staff were nice though. We will not be staying here again.

The hotel is OK, the halls definitely need some cleaning. Very low status of the hotel chain. I had to move rooms because thermostat didn't work and the next room the TV kept cutting off so I couldn't watch TV. They offered to move me AGAIN but I had already cleaned and disinfected all of my surfaces in the room by then and didn't want to do it again. Also when I pulled up the mattress cover it looked like someone was murdered or at least bled out on the matress! It's definitely just a place to lay your head. Just a tip, PLEASE be ready to check out by 10:45/10:55 because Management WILL knock on your door if you're not out by 11.

My partner and I reserved a room for a 4 night stay at the La quinta inn, in tinley park. I reserved this room 2 weeks prior to me coming!! Fast forward my partner comes into town we go out to a concert that didnt end until about 11 pm and we were about 30 minutes out from the hotel. Earlier that day around 10am and 6 pm i called to make sure that i can check in late and confirm the deposit cost. The women asked me what time we would be arriving; i estimated about 11:30-11:45 pm, with traffic and maybe if we wanted to stop for food. The lady said okay i will put that in your note. We get there and i go to get our keys, he couldn't find my reservation so I show him on my phone like look. He proceeds to ask for a confirmation code, i read it out and he found me. He said something is wrong with the payment and i was confused because i selected pay at hotel, i never out card information in. He said that sometimes the third party site creates their own temporary card when the customer doesn’t upload one.. ok. So he ended up looking at the computer for a while and realized that my reservation was cancel, i didn't do it nor receive a email about it. So I said i can’t get a room he says no you can not so rudely to me. He didnt even try to help nor see if he can get me into another room . I told him that we was just tired and from out of town no place to stay he didn't care. It was just a i cannot help you

Upon check in there were a million kids arguing in the lobby and some lady yelling at them. Them another person tried to walk in the building with a million balloons and a birthday cake . The clerk at the front desk told her she had to leave because of the no party policy and they proceed to argue .. it took me an hour to get checked in … terrible experience… tell them to show you the camera footage

The front desk attendants were not friendly at all. The lady that checked me in didn’t go over any information regarding the hold they place on your card, check out time or about the continental breakfast. When I come back up there later while she was checking someone else in she was going over all of that with them. Also the pool water was not warm and they had 3 electrical heaters plugged up around the pool area because it was not heated which is very unsafe. Then there was an empty hot tub with no covering over it I had to keep an eye on the younger kids that were with me to make sure they didn’t go near and fall in. Later that night when I ordered food from a restaurant I forgot to get plates and cups and I was told by the man at the front desk why didn’t I get plates from the restaurant and didn’t I have cups in my room. The entire stay was not pleasant at all . I would not recommend this place to anyone.

If you are staying 1 night or 2 this hotel is ok. If you stay longer don't bother. There were 2 people in our room. They literally give you 1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person. And a .88 oz of bar soap and a very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There is a sign on the mirror that states there is housekeeping after your third night. Lies! I was there 5 nights and after the third night I didn't receive housekeeping services. I went to the front desk and at first was told that I must have been in the room. I said no I was gone all day. After the gentleman called housekeeping I was told I didn't ask for housekeeping. Since when do you have to ask? I told him the sign on the mirror states every third day. I was able to get fresh towels every other day along with soap and the shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Breads, some fruits, cereal (that actually wasn't stale), oatmeal, coffee, milk, yogurt, and you can make your own waffle. The pool area was pretty dirty due to unruly guests who left stuff all over. A worker looked at the room and left without doing anything. The traffic noise was terrible. I've never stayed where I could hear every semi that went by. The site isn't letting me upload any of the photos I took

Our room was on the other side of the wall from the breakfast area. We woke up to banging and loud noises at 6am. Then at 730am they had people leaf blowing right outside our window. It was meant to be a relaxing trip and was anything but. Also didn't feel super secure, there were multiple people roaming the parking lot around cars. Someone was arrested in front of the lobby.

My husband and i were traveling to Mt Rushmore from PA. We made this our 1st stop. The room was huge with a long counter table along 1 whole wall and there were 2 chairs. The was also a fold out tundle sofa/bed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not very clean and there was some type of stain on the ceiling in the bedroom area. The breakfast consisted of only waffles as the "hot breakfast". I would not stay there again.

1. Nothing functioned properly. Microwave, tv, shower curtain and elevator all did not function properly. The elevator kept getting stuck or would never stop at the right floor. 2. Breakfast was bad. There were very limited options. The one option that was available which was waffles tasted sour and like the batter had gone bad.
