I booked this hotel because of the pool for my daughter's birthday. 1 st the took the payment out before we even arrived which wasn't stated at booking. I thought we paid once we arrived as it stated at booking. Next upon our arrival, we we tols rhe pool waa down!! Of course the kida were disappointed and myself because that was the whole point of booking. They did nothing to accommodate this inconvenience. Very disappointing

They claim they have a whirlpool and pool. When I went to use the whirlpool there was ONLY A POOL. Signs say "Pool & Whirlpool". Very disappointed in that.

People and kids were yelling until 3am. Adults were threatening each other and outside my door. Kids were knocking on my room door and trying to open it as well. Police came in and the noise still went on after they left. I did not feel safe staying at this hotel and I would not recommend it. Staff however were very friendly. Also there is no hot tub.

The staff was friendly, but our overall experience was just “okay.” We arrived after check in time and still needed to wait for a room to be ready. However, the room was freshly cleaned and looked good when we went in. My kids were really looking forward to swimming, but the pool was out of service as soon as we checked in. When we came back after dinner, it was operational, but closed at 8- much earlier than most hotels. The pool was also out of service first thing in the morning. We understand that this happens occasionally, but it was very disappointing.

The location of the hotel was awesome. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a nice gas station. The hotel it self was ok. Small, hallways smelled, clean for the most part. The pool was over powering of chlorine and way too hot. Needs air ventilation in there.

The indoor heated pool was not heated. I understand it was recently cleaned before we got there but it still should have been warm considering it was cold in the halls of the hotel. Also, that is solely the reason we stayed the night because my daughter really wanted to swim.

Everything about the room was great! The only opportunity for improvement would be the fitness room. I needed to ask the front desk clerk to let me in both times I needed to use it. I would think the room card would be enough to access it. The two different clerks mentioned something about the time being different than advertised or on the sign at the door.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I expected more for the price that I paid. The carpet was dirty in both the room and the hallway. The paint was chipped and the walls were cracked in places. The thermostat in my room was not working correctly even after the desk person came and reset it. I just tolerated the warm room as it was too much trouble to move at that point.

The carpet in the room was stained and so dirty I would not walk on it without shoes or slippers. The bathroom sink was not very clean it looked like it was wiped out not cleaned with cleaner. The room had very poorly lit. And the light on the desk didn’t have a shade, appeared was broken and never replaced. I do not travel much, but when I do I will not stay at your hotel. .

Blood stains on the pillow cases. Basically dirty. Garbage on floor. A/C unit leaked all over floor in bedroom soaking the carpet. Carpet was filthy to begin with. Mostly smell. Gross. Stains on furniture.

Got a suite to have an area to sit but the Red chair was so dirty we were not able to use the extra room. Carpet was absolutely disgusting. What looked like splatter on the wall but turned out to be maybe glue from where they took something down and never repaired the wall. Garbage and towels all in the hallway because they don’t service rooms daily.

The room was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. There was a dirty pillow case with makeup on it. A black sock was on the floor between the bed and nightstand. There was a women’s butterfly hair clip on the other nightstand. The carpet had stains all over it! We didn’t put anything on the floor because it was so gross.

Seriously … the photos don’t reflect how poorly this facility is maintained and the cleanliness level is non existent. Literally has ants walking around my ordered food the minute I stepped in. Avoid at all costs.

There were dead cockroaches in the shower. Called the front desk they offered to move us.. to a smaller room. but he needed to call me back due to he had a line of people. We never got a call. I went downstairs there was a line of people all complaining their rooms were dirty. I asked for a few extra pillows, he wasn't sure if they had any and would let me know. We never heard from them about anything. At checkout I informed them of the issues again and basically was told I need to take it up with the third party I booked with. The manager overheard and came out to talk to me. He really couldn't do anything because I used expedia.

Our room and the hotel itself, was filthy and run down. We had to ask for clean towels, we never received housekeeping services during our 3 night stay. There were people and kids up and down the hallways at all hours of the night and day. The breakfast was disgusting and dining area disgusting. I would never stay here, so gross!!

It was like a sauna in our room. Thermostat said it was 74, but my children and I laid there sweating all night! The system won’t let you turn the fan on. Other than being uncomfortably hot all night, the place was great.

Room needs extra lighting. Very dark with just the desk lamp on night stand. Desk staff in general was okay. One even provided her own banana for my husband when no options were available for my husband for breakfast with his egg and gluten allergies. Managing the heat in the room was difficult. Label on unit days use the thermostat and the staff said they are not connected and to use the controls on the main unit. Had to keep temp at 60 degrees or the room would be overheated. Cleaning staff could not understand enough English to provide a face cloth when requested. Garbage cans are too small and the bags are very thin. Fairly good job with plowing the parking lot following the snow, but parking spots on the back and sides should be cleared better so those with handicap issues. Ice at the curbs are an issue.

Beds were comfy, but the bed sheets had stains on it that’s not washed. Fridge is only light cool, not cold and my milk and yogurts had gone bad. Bathroom with broken toilet holder. Iron board pad is old and not covered the board so I kept on hitting the metal plate

I am originally from the area and have always stayed at this location when I come to town and have always had a great experience...until this visit. My stay was for 5 days/4 nights, my room was never cleaned during my stay. I regularly had to go to the front desk and request towels and toilet paper. The last time when no one asked why I was requesting these items, I told them that my room wasn't cleaned, no apology, no let me get someone up there to clean, nothing. Given I spent over $800 on my stay, I shouldn't have to request my room to be cleaned and to be provided with basic amenities. This was my last stay at this location going forward.

Arrived at check in time and waited approximately 45 mins to check in. Individuals ahead if us were told their rooms were not ready. Only one person behind the desk for about a half hour. The staff person Eriq was by himself and was pleasant under the stress of a long list of customers. Not his fault.

There’s never anyone in the front desk! I waited a good minute before someone finally came to check me in. Then I tried taking a nap but there were noisy kids running up and down the hallway. Also it was as if there every room was throwing a party! There was loud music coming from almost every room. I called the front desk to try to get some order on the floor but as usual there was no one in the front desk! I had to check out earlier than my scheduled checkout time and I waited 30 minutes for someone to attend to me at the front desk before having to leave me hotel room card on the computer keyboard and walking out since no one was available! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!

It was very nice there. We only ran into two issues. One this young gentleman who first waited on us seemed a little rude and it was like we were bothering him while he was on his phone. His name was Johnny. He wasn’t pleasant at all it didn’t look good for your business. He didn’t even greet us nice. I felt you needed to know this. It happened the next day too. He had hi feet propped up on a chair laid back in the office and yelled out from there did you need something??? Terrible hospitality!!! This lady last evening was very nice and wonderful hospitality and greeted us with a smile and very helpful.

The staff at this hotel are very hardworking and friendly. Jacob was such a joy to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We (my family and I) stayed in one of their suites which had a door separating the living room with a couch bed and two queen size beds. The room was perfect, with microwave, refrigerator and most of all privacy and space. I would definitely stay here again. They also have free breakfast and a heated pool (although heat wasn’t on was still very pleasant).

Our room was not ready on arrival after check in time.. We were offered another room which we took and it looked fine when we went in about 4;30 but soon found out the toilet would not flush properly and was ready to over-flow. Called desk and Val told me no maintenance on duty. Told them we needed to move room if they couldn’t fix the toilet… We were moved to another room. It was similar to the room we booked and we could make it work. Not the front desk person’s fault. Only person on duty and swamped with people checking in. I feel the hotel needs to have more than one person on duty and maintenance on duty or on call 24:7!

Property is very clean staff members are so nice and efficient when checking in. Check in was so fast no issues at all. I would recommend this property if you are in place to stay in the location. Great property area if you are going to Tinley Park for a concert straight shot about a 10 minute drive.

Motel is right off Hway 45, easy access to Tinley Park restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean and quiet. Would go back if we returned to the area!

Although clean and pretty quite, there were young teens offering weed in the lobby. Front desknstaff was not around and whn i called the front desk twice beofre arriving and 3 times to inquire about an article ofnclothing inleft behind, there was no answer at all.

First the pool was closed for “decontamination “ then breakfast was shut down early. Website said 10am sign at hotel said 9, but they stopped putting food at 8:30. Having a pool and hot breakfast were key reasons for picking this hotel and we were disappointed with both. Desk staff were nice but the woman attending to breakfast was rude. We won’t be back.

It was a nice hotel and staff was friendly but the breakfast wasn't good at all that would be a 1 star. We got donuts for the next day. Lots of people look at that as important because it saves time in the early hours and saves a little money and these days every dollar matters. Overall it's a nice place but I can't say it's a 5 star

The staff was all very friendly, which was the best part of our stay. We have a family of 5 and we received 2 towels. After asking for extras, we were told there were no clean towels, butv were given pool towels, or glorified hand towels. Breakfast was very limited. Out of milk and many other items. Breakfast staff was super nice though. Also went to get ice, and of course the ice machine was broken also. Wouldn't stay again.

Nice room, clean, breakfast was blah, potatoes were old and overcooked, hot eggs not fresh. Hard boiled eggs wouldn't even peel, Tried several. But overall good place!
