We stayed at the Best western last night . The price was fabulous and the room was newly remodeled. I think the bed and pillows were amazing! The layout of the room was perfect! I wish I did not find a long black hair on the counter but I got over it. I wish there was a waste basket in the bathroom as I think that’s important for personal items. It was great to have a fridge and a microwave. Love the colors of the room. Wish the pool was much warmer but it was a nice pool. Small but nice. The flowers coming into the building were so lovely and I even took a pic of my grandsons by them. I think the staff was short on help as I waited over 10 min to check out. Nobody was at the desk. But overall I would recommend this hotel and stay again if I was out that way.

Had some extra time in my schedule to unwind so I booked this room because it had a nice pool/spa. But when I checked in I was told the pool was ‘out of service.’ Most trips for me that would not matter but this was the one time I planned to use it. So Ugh! The room had the tiniest refrigerator I’ve ever seen. I picked it up off the floor and sat it on the rest so I could see into it without crawling on the floor. Also, it wasn’t cold. There’s a two hour button inside. Push the button and it cools right down. But you gotta remember to hit the button every two hours. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Staff were nice. Asked for a discount because I didn’t get to use the pool and I was kindly ignored.

The water on the pool was so cold that we decided to get out of the pool and the pool was the main reason why we chose this hotel and the toilet on the room it didn’t have water we went to the front desk to let them know what was happening and they just gave us the key from another room to use the toilet because at that moment it was nobody to fixed the problem it was horrible experience .

Nice quiet location in a good area. My family enjoyed it. They are in the midst of a face lift so its slightly messy but not intrusive or loud. The pool was good and they have a nice basic workout area. No breakfast but hot coffee most of the time and a nice cafe within a short walk. Will stay again when we are back for soccer

Very good property for the price. Everything was nice and clean, comfortable bed, and no problem with the tv. Also had a nice balcony outside the room and a small but nice 24 hour fitness center.

The room was filthy. It smelled like puke. There was no restaurant or bar like it showed online. The pool room looked disgusting and unclean we didn't even want to take our chances in there. AND they charged me too much. I will be calling about the charges.

Room was not clean. Towel from previous guests was still on the floor behind the door, tissue was stuffed in the peephole, and surfaces were clearly not cleaned off (sticky substance was all over the desk). Ended up not staying, as it was clearly not sanitary.

There was blood in the bathtub, dirty clothes from a previous occupant, and the mattress felt like a concrete slab. The pillows (while having a fluffy appearance) could not maintain any kind of weight and turn flat as hell even when using two at a time. I was able to get a few hours but my wife could'nt get any sleep at all. We left after one night of a two night reservation.

Pros: Hotel is beautiful, very new, beautiful courtyard, very modern, very clean, great staff, wonderful location to suburbs and access to downtown Cons: and there's only one, but it can be a biggie, especially for guests with children. The TV reception in the room was terrible with a lot of lag in the streaming. Then, when the lagging stopping the voices and the picture weren't in sync. Extremely frustrating. The only time we watched was later at night before going to bed, or early in the morning to catch the news. But it was enough of a pain for us to try another hotel in that area next time

The absolute worst beds we’ve ever had in a hotel! We had 2 queen beds. Both beds were lump, mounded in the middle. The sides were broken down and super soft. I don’t know why hotels are using memory foam mattresses. They do not hold up. We woke every morning with horrible aches from the mattresses. The hotel was pretty clean in the common spaces. The breakfast was powdered watery eggs and waffles. We had to clean out the microwave before we used it. The housekeeping staff did not speak much English. Housekeeping was totally on request. For a non smoking hotel they had a lot of pot smoking on the 3rd floor. Upon check out no one asked how our stay was. It wasn’t horrible, but because the beds were so bad we can’t stay here again.

The hotel is in the process of renovating. We stayed in a newly renovated room, the layout was done right. There were separate seating arrangements to watch television and converse. The black out shades didn’t allow a sliver of light through which I love. Overall the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean and fairly up to date. However, the walls were paper thin and the mattress was as hard as a rock. We heard neighbors laughing throughout the night and walking around. My back is still recovering after only one night’s stay.

I booked and paid for room month in advance. When i checked in they tried to put me in a smaller room. I told them if i was going in a smaller room there better be a discount. After too long they put me in the room i booked. Nobody needs this after a busy day. You can here your neighbors talk every door that closes. Didn't use the pool because of the other customers making out in it. Bed was comfortable breakfast good. Was not worth the head ach checking in. They also charge $100 for incidentals that you get a week later.

This hotel has a very nice lobby area. Was so disappointed once in the room. Rooms are pretty basic and plain. The shower was pretty funky, overall the room just felt kind of old and worn out. Likely would not stay here again.

Check in staff was very friendly and good humored. Newly hotel renovated and clean. Skimpy on the towel's and tub should be cleaner. Bed was comfortable, room was cool, and the room was quiet(which is the most important thing for me).. Had breakfast, typical. I did not use the other facilities however, we enjoyed the lovely courtyard .

The front counter employee gave me keys to an occupied room, i walked in on someone in the bathroom and got screamed at by a complete stranger. Was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I'd like some sort of compensation if possible. Completely unnecessary.

Right from checkin there was a problem with my room with an accessible shower. My booking was for a king suite. With a double sofa bed. No Sofa bed. Dirty wash clothes hanging over the shower rod. New linens when I returned that evening. Loud party in the meeting room. The wall to the meeting room was at the head of my bed. I inquired at the desk and they said the group had it rented until 11 pm Saturday night I returned to the hotel and was in bed by 10:15. I was startled awake at 12:13 am. Loud screaming and yelling. Music playing. I called the front desk and the clerk said the party had it rented until 2 am. I asked why would they put me in a room sharing a wall with the party room. Knowing it was rented out until 2 am ? His response was “why didn’t I ask to be moved to another room ? “. BECAUSE I didn’t know it was rented out for a party I said am I going to have to call the police to handle this. He told me that would only cause problems for me and him. I did have to end up calling the police. They came out. Music bass was turned down some. But as soon as the police left. They cranked it back up louder. Until 2:18 am. The next morning when I discussed it with the manager. All he did was say it was an after wedding party and celebrating the new couple. Berated me for calling the police. Never once apologized to me. He acted as if I was being unreasonable for their mistake. Putting me in the room next to the party room. I had a 10 hour drive home.

The room was large and decorated very nice and modern, the staff was friendly and helpful, the commons areas were very inviting and up to date, the location is close to everywhere I wanted to be, and the pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

They gave us no indication when we made ourcreservatio that they were under construction. Advertising-free breakfast, no breakfast because of construction. No fan in the bathroom because of construction, steam set off the smoke detector. Advertising pet friendly but didn't say they would charge $25 per night until after we checked in. One hand towel in the bathroom for two people for two nights.

I often stay in this hotel when I am visiting family in the area. The staff are very friendly and always ask if they can do anything for me. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. They currently do not have breakfast in the morning but there is an amazing breakfast and lunch restaurant right next door. There are restaurants very close on the main street.

It was great. The only thing is, they did advertise. They had breakfast and they do not. They only sell muffins at the front desk. I wish they had a warm breakfast. That would have made it perfect, but overall. It was a very good trip when was very clean. In the staff was very friendly.
